This one has been hard but the satisfaction from finishing these puzzles has been amazing.

This puzzle book was recently recommended to me and it has been a really long time since I have found a challenging and fun work book for adults. It reminds me of the work books I got as a kid but on a level that I feel is keeping me just as occupied for the same amount of time. While there is a lot of general knowledge there is also a lot of engineer specific things that tie the work into its title. But its just a title as far as this substitute teacher is concerned.

I highly recommend this one to adults or teens looking for a challenge, and to teachers needing to spark a little creative thinking in their students. During a quiz today I handed off this book to a student who seems to always be finishing before anyone else and she was so excited to show me how quickly she finished 76, a puzzle I have been unable to figure out while flipping through. But she was able to finish it within the 10 minutes she was waiting for everyone else to catch up and I am still trying to figure out how she did it. She asked me to check it and when I did she had found the solution but had never checked the back.

I think the best part about this is how the solutions in the back are set up. They are multiple solutions per page, rather than one solution for each page to fill up the empty space and I appreciate that in a good puzzle book, it makes it harder to search for the solutions and keeps you on track solving the puzzle rather than just filling in what you see.
