Very much common sense and a massive advert to this guy's business. You end up being peppered with emails to sign up for an extremely expensive subscription.

T1D for over a decade, I’ve read all popular books and joined all popular programs out there.

Matt is light years ahead of anyone else. He doesn’t enforce a diet, a lifestyle, a set of rigid rules.

He reversed engineered diabetes down to its First Principles, and the principles and strategies and blueprints he shares really do apply to anyone, any lifestyle, any diet, any thing.

Wish I’d had this book sooner, instead of the generic and ineffective recommendations of my endocrinologist (with all due respect).

My life with T1 has improved so much — I can make sense of blood sugars and actually control them (and I am an endurance athlete who loves to eat).

And I just perform better in life in general.

I consider this book required reading for anyone living with T1 or close to someone with this disease.

I really liked the explanation of the systems behind T1D. Some things I already knew because in Holland my doctors and the diabetes nurse help me very good, but especially the systems behind it all are very good explained. I will recommend is further. While reading (took me a while as English not being my mother language) I just applied a few tips and my TIR did already rise, currently at 88% in stead of 60-70%. I am very pleased with the book (and myself) and hope to try a lot more to get more confidence of myself and the T1D. Thanks!

I'm 26 and I have had T1D for 25 years, so I can tell you that this book takes too many pages to tell you some simple common sense. If you live with T1D long enough (and take it seriously), you will figure all of this out on your own. You don't need this book or any of his over-priced courses. If you have T1D and you want a book that offers amazing results, check out Glucose Revolution by Jessie Inchauspe.

An eye opener

The book is a must read for people with Type 1 Diabetes who want to start a journey to have a deeper understanding of why blood sugar levels do what they do and options to be able to manage diabetes more effectively on your own terms. It is well written with anecdotes by Matt to explain theories. With Matt being a Type 1, he completely understands the frustrations we all experience in our journey to achieve better control and live a full and meaningful life.

This book illustrates that you can have more control over you Blood Glucose and diabetes, than the traditional medical field lets you to believe. The different methods of managing and manipulating BG, as described in this book, are eye opening and truly unique (although require quite some work and dedication). I highly recommend anyone with T1D to read this book, to enhance their understanding and increase their toolbox for managing this difficult disease.

Finally found a book with answers, strategies and solutions to the problems when living with T1 diabetes. Page by page you realise that everything makes sense, and that there are ways to fix all the awkward situations. There is so much valuable information in it!! Thank you very much for sharing the knowledge Matt.

Thought this would be more than his youtube videos - just a big marketing scheme. He really wants you to buy his several thousand dollar program. Giving him money for his book wasn't enough for actually useful information. He promises big and doesn't deliver.

This book is a game changer for TYPE 1 DIABETICS such as myself, treating it for 37 years. I encourage any T1D’s to read this and get your blood sugar in the 90 percentile rather quickly! It definitely changed my struggle to control!
