To say I was sad that the Boston Blizzard series came to an end was an understatement but when CL Rose said I'm not done yet and hand delivered me my favorite group of football players on a silver platter in a short and spicy novella, my heart has never been happier! No seriously, I was so over the moon ecstatic that she announced we were going back to the Boston Blizzard universe one last time.

Not only were we graced with the whole gang, which I would like to personally say THANK YOU to Candice for giving me my boy Dalton in all of his goofy deliciousness, but we were introduced to Jett and Bailey. Jett and Bailey were childhood friends who lost touch and reconnected during the week of the Super Bowl when Bailey was hired to be Dia's aesthetician for the week. They immediately rekindled their friendship and a romantic relationship immediately sparked! Now in true novella fashion, this is an insta-love situation but they have so much love and history for one another it just seemed right for them.

I want to talk about Jett real quick. This man is the biggest Pleasure Dom golden retriever I have ever had the pleasure of fictionally meeting. He was so emotionally available, had open and honest conversation, had no problem telling Bailey how he felt, put her needs above his own and made sure she was well taken care off, if you know what I mean 👀. I mean this man literally came in is pants twice... TWICE! Once he didn't even touch her! And I am here for it!

At the end of the day, if you love the Boston Blizzard world, you NEED to read this one. This is one last hurray as we say goodbye to this world that we love so much. And don't worry, your favorite blizzard boy will make an appearance, and who knows Jett may just take your number one spot. And if you red til the end, there is a little surprise on what's to come!

I didn't read the other guys' books, and from there, interaction in this maybe I'll dive into this series. Jett and Bailey knew eachother since they were 12, but Jetts parents died suddenly, and he was taken away. And never saw her again until now.

They meet in an elevator when they are checking in. And Jett remembered her and from the start was all in. They start off slow then 100!! He wastes time and doesn't wanna waste anymore. They fool around, but they don't have sex because he wants her to know that when they do, there's no going back. She's his. So he wants her to think about that. He wasn't going to let her go away.
And this man is a PLEASURE DOM!! i loved that he loved eating her out, giving her funishments when she touched herself without him. Lots of "play" time. Quick superbowl moment friendship with the girls and the past couples and them getting there hea. They were doing a long-distance relationship in the epilogue.. then her saying she's moving with him.

Also the group of Wags were so nice and they had their books! It's a nice cute insta love.

Saftey-it was talked about they both had past relationships, and no exs showed up, no ex drama.

Okay, but 135 pages had no right to be this dang good! Like I loved this with every fiber of my being!

I know the Boston Blizzard was supposed to be done, but I’m so glad that we weren’t done. Jett and Bailey were everything I never knew that I needed, and I absolutely adored every moment they were on my page.

And holy hot heck, these two were spicy spicy. Pleasure Dom is my new obsession after this.

Jett and Bailey were best friends when they were young, but life pulled them apart and they lost touch with each other. That is until Bailey runs into Jett as he prepares for the Super Bowl. From the second these two reconnect, it’s pure magic. They are so needy for each other and it’s absolutely scorching hot!

And a pleasure Dom!!! Like Bailey definitely found out quick what it means to be gods favorite. Like I did t think a novella would have me sweating this much but HOLY HELL.

This man is the definition of “she comes first” and I loved it!

I was so excited to get back to our football roots and see my babies again on the Blizzard. It was exactly what I needed to be able to say goodbye to this world and this team.

C.L. Rose has made me so emotionally invested in this entire series, so when she said there was one more novella coming I was beyond excited.

Bailey & Jett were childhood friends who got separated and now are reunited. Jett will stop at nothing to have Bailey back and make her his. Only he's got some specific kinks and this man is SPICCCCCCY.

This was such a fun and quick read. We really see the whole Boston Blizzard group, and the girl group is goals.

Sad to end this series but absolutely will be a forever recommendation to anyone & everyone

This book may have been short, but it packed a punch, and I cannot WAIT to see what C.L. has planned next.

Jett and Bailey were childhood friends separated by circumstance for 13 years. When they run into each other unexpectedly, it feels like fate! Jett is now a football player for the blizzards and Bailey is an esthetician for a player’s wife. After reconnecting, they pick up where they left off and the chemistry is unbelievable.

Can they make things work long distance? Jett isn’t letting Bailey go without a fight!

It was great to check in with the other Blizzards players and WAGs. This was low angst and spicy! I loved it! 🏈

I swear I didn’t think it was possible to become this emotionally invested in characters after 130 pages but here we are….head over heels for these two.

Bailey spent her summers at her family’s beach house next door to her best friend Jett. The two grow up together and promise at the age of 12 that if they make it to 25 and aren’t married they’ll marry each other. Then one summer, Jett doesn’t come. Never able to find out what happens Bailey carries on with her life until she runs into a stranger in an elevator….Jett Kingsley, all grown up and playing for the Blizzard.

As Jett is able to explain to Bailey what happened throughout the trajectory of his life they both realize that there is so much unfinished business and unresolved feeling between the two that just can’t be denied. The trust and friendship of foundation that was built as children hasn’t diminished in the slightest- if anything its stronger now.

Bailey and Jett found each other again in the most serendipitous way and it was straight magic. I loved these characters and returning to the Blizzard world brought me so much joy I can’t even describe it.

For being a short novella, I instantly loved this from the start and could definitely read more of them! Jett & Bailey haven't seen each other in years after having been best friends while spending their summers together as kids at their family's beach houses. But when Jett never returns one year, Bailey is left wondering what happened and if she will ever see him again. Little did she know, Jett also kept thinking about her over the years.

Fast forward 13 years and they find each other randomly in an elevator, instantly reconnecting! They are both so sweet and caring and I could not get enough!! The chemistry between them is still so palpable and the spice is hot and heavy!

Felt all the love so fast in this book and the spice was freaking top tier perfection!

Jett and Bailey were friends years ago as kids, then Jett never returned to his families beach house and they haven’t seen each other since. When they reunited after so many years, it was perfection. You felt their chemistry and feelings for one another that only grew. Definitely recommend the Boston Blizzard series if you’re a football sports romance lover and this novella ties it all up so well.

This was such a soft, sweet, HOT story of reconnection and true soulmates. Jett and Bailey were magical together and steamy AF at the same time, it was such a delicious combo. I loved their shared history and how fate stepped in to make sure these best friends and kindred spirits would reconnect at just the right moment. And reconnect they did! Mr. Jett whew sir, pleasure dom indeed 😮‍💨

As always, it’s such a pleasure to be immersed back into the Blizzard world and I was like a kid in a candy store reading about my favorite couples again.

Another knock out from honestly one of my favorite authors!

It’s so hard to believe this was less than 140 pages because it was so jam packed with second chance goodness and a complete backstory and pasts that both characters had to work through.

The swoon, the spice, the amazing friend groups (both male and female). If you haven��t started the Boston blizzard series yet GO READ IT so you can enjoy this novella to the fullest! It also had a little teaster of what the author has coming in the future 😏.

Also this had my favorite microtrope IYKYK so please go read it asap thank youuuuu.

Fated Mates, Soul Mates, whatever you want to call it, Jett and Bailey are IT. After being separated for years after Jett was involved in a horrific accident, they meet again in a random hotel elevator.

After that? There’s no turning back for either of them. They’re all in, forever.

Jett isn’t about to let the woman of his dreams go a second time. And he knows that one night? Never going to be enough.

I LOVED THEM. I loved this series. I loved these characters. And I’m never going to forget any of them. This was everything I never knew I needed, and let me just say.. Jett? Well that man knows how to please his woman. And he does. Repeatedly. A lot. Over and over. You get the idea. HES A PLEASURE DOM. I die. Thank you. Goodnight.

Ok, instalove is not usually my thing, but the way EVERYONE folded Bailey into the group immediately? Yea, I would have fallen in love right away too. This story easily reminds you why you fell in love with each couple in the Boston Blizzard series.

Now on to the new couple. This isn't a super emotional read, but good Lord do you feel for these two. The way they've been searching for one another for years, yet never found one another until a chance encounter. And the way Jhett immediately knows who she is just by looking into her eyes? *swoon* Speaking of Jhett...whew. That's my kind of man. This might be a novella, but it doesn't fall short on the steamy scenes.

Now, I've already talked to CL Rose about this, but my heart did break a little (ok, a lot) at that ending. And then she threw in a twist. My emotions went from super low to super high. Don't worry thought. This is truly a feel good read.

This is a novella you don't want to miss. It comes out December 27th - so add it to your TBR!

C.L. Rose does not miss! I was so excited to spend more time with the Boston Blizzard crew. Jett and Bailey's story is perfect. It took me about 10 minutes to fall in love with them. I am obsessed!

Jett and Bailey spent their summers together at their parents' summer houses when they were children. However, due to circumstances beyond their control, they lost touch. Years later, Bailey is hired as Dia's esthetician for Super Bowl week. She and Jett meet again in an elevator, and instantly, their chemistry reignites. Although it takes Bailey a little longer to get there mentally, Jett is determined to take full advantage of this second chance. Nothing will keep him from being with the woman who stole his heart all those years ago.

I loved Jett and Bailey together. Jett is the perfect book boyfriend. He is thoughtful, sweet, and caring, with a filthy mouth. I loved everything about this man! I want to be besties with Bailey. I loved how she fit in so well with the other ladies. Jett was down bad for Bailey and always put her needs first. I loved their sweet and spicy second chance, insta romance. Jett and Bailey had such a genuine and special connection. Even though this is a novella, there is excellent character development, and the pacing of their relationship is perfect. Everything felt real and natural.

I am sad that the Boston Blizzard series is ending, but it was fun to see the Blizzard couples again and catch up on their lives. Jett and Bailey's story brought me so much joy, and I can't wait to read what Candice writes next.

Bailey and Jett meeting all those years ago at their beach houses and becoming best friends was the sweetest meet cute 🥰. Having another meet cute 12 years later is nothing short of kismet 😍. I absolutely loved these two! Even though it was a short time period these two knew when they were meant to be!

I loved that about them! They knew what they both wanted without having to second guess where they wanted to be in each other's lives. How these two fell for each other after the 12 years was super cute. I can truly appreciate how much Jett brought Bailey into the fold of his friend group. I loved that the WAGs of the group folded her in like she was always meant to be there, and had been.

CL Rose really packed a punch with this novella and it was such a great wind up to her debut series! The Boston Blizzard has been so fun, I love the energy Candice brings to her pages!

Jett and Bailey were best friends growing up, spending summers together at their respective beach houses. Tragedy struck Jett one year, and 13 years later, fate decided to intervene.

As with all novellas, this one is fast paced and once Jett and Bailey reconnect, it is ALL ON. There is no doubt that these two had a soul deep connection, and I love how there was so much emotion packed in! Their reconnection seemed so organic and natural, and it was really like no time had passed between them. As always, Candice writes epic banter, epic spice and the best found family. It was such a great wind up to this series, and catching up with the rest of the Blizzard family, seeing where they were at was the last hurrah we all needed!

Getting Jett and Baileys story was icing on the cake for my Blizzard loving heart. I’m such a sucker for second chance, but throw fate and childhood friends to lovers. IM DEAD. DONE FOR..

Jett & Bailey were always meant to be together. You’ll never convince me otherwise!! When fate puts them at the same place, right time… there’s not way in heck Jett will let her go this time around. The fact he has the best kink just makes the book that much better!!

C.L. Rose delivers yet another gem with The Throwback! This novella is short and sweet but packs plenty of spice and heart, reminding me why I love the Boston Blizzard series. Jett and Bailey’s story is pure magic—a beautiful childhood friendship rekindled years later.

I loved the dynamics between the WAGs; their warmth and support added such heart to the story. And while the novella is only 140 pages, it’s the perfect length to leave you smiling, swooning, and maybe a little flushed.

If you’re a fan of sports romance with lovable characters, great friendships, and just the right amount of heat, this series is a must-read. C.L. Rose knows how to craft stories that linger with you long after the last page.

WOW. This novella was phenomenal.

Jett and Bailey were amazingly written characters, their connection was off the charts, the spice was hot, and the scenes between Bailey and Jett were sizzling and perfection. It’s hard to believe The Throwback was just under 140 pages, this novella packed a dang punch, I honestly couldn’t put it down and devoured it in one sitting.

Jett and Bailey were Summer Best Friends for years, until one year Jett didn’t return to their summer home leaving Bailey with no explanation.

Now 13 years later in a twist of fate, the two run into each other, and the moment they do its like two puzzle pieces falling back into place.

You’re given flashbacks to those past summers and how deep their connection ran even when they were kids, there reconnection was truly organic and beautiful.

All the Blizzard Couples make their appearance and the girls adopt Bailey into their circle like they were always meant to be friends.

This novella might be short, sweet and hella spicy, but it’ll also will make you swoon and have you routing for their HEA from the moment you meet the MCs.

The Throwback goes full circle to tie up with the end of QB Keeper. CL Rose truly gave us the perfect ending to the Boston Blizzards.

It is HARD for a novella to get 5 stars from me but this one absolutely deserves it! The relationship didn’t feel rushed, the spice was delicious, and the end had me cheering.

I loved this set up because it was organic and believable and I just wanted these two to find their happiness together. You get glimpses of their time in the past, and it’s obvious they cared so deeply even as kids, so their reconnection really did seem like fate.

Jett is a caretaking in ALL the ways. He’ll have you swooning and panting. The girls all adopt Bailey into their group with ease. Getting one more time with all the Blizzard couples and updating where they are post-QB Keeper was so fun. This was just the ending the Blizzard series needed.

Short & spicy but so romantic. I am sucker for second chance and the story of Jett and Bay is just the best! Summer childhood love 🥰 and then they run into each other 13 years later and Jett is a pleasure Dom 🥵🥵 CL Rose knocked it out of the park with this series and all the bdsm pleasantries!!!

So Jett was not what I was expecting and I loved every single part of this book.
I love the insta reconnection and just feeling that pull towards each other and not fighting it.
