I’ve read and enjoyed the book, though it’s not among my favourite reads. This, however, is wonderful. A perfect colouring book for this time of year.

The lovely designs are on the right hand side of the book, and on the left hand side there are quotes from the story. I love that. It looks very cute, cozy and autumnal.

I’ve coloured my first page with fineliners, and the darker colours show on the other side a bit. But since there’s only a quote on the other side, it’s not a problem.

I did not enjoy the main book, but I saw this coloring book at Meijer today. I looked through it and it was so freaking cute! Definitely going to buy this when it gets closer to September.

The fiction book by the same title was viral last year, but because of the secular content, I didn’t read it.

When I saw this gorgeous accompanying coloring book, I got all the fall feels and it was a total impulse purchase! I did however, scan through every illustration to make sure there wasn’t any spicy or Halloween content before buying. Every illustration is completely cozy and bookish and autumnal. 🧣📚🍂

I have since noticed that a few of the accompanying quotes on the opposite page of each picture do have some content: two quotes include the “d” word and one is descriptive of Halloween decor, including witches, crystals, and spells (funnily enough, the illustration beside it is of a farmer’s market 😆).

I’ve already colored three of the pictures and will revisit this seasonal coloring book each fall. 😊

This book contains a little bit of the story of the Pumpkin cafe and you can color Genie and he friends. I will not e coloring my book . It will just be part if a collection for the series.
