- been over budget on a project
- exceeded a timeline on a project
- worked on a project that completely stalled as you neared the finish line
- lost money on a sure-thing project and had no idea why
- noticed that scope and feature creep held you back
- watched a project take three times as long as planned
- felt too embarrassed to perform a review of your successes and failures
- wondered whether your project actually made any money

By the time you finish the book, you'll be ready to implement Project Management for Profit in your own company--and be prepared to keep your projects on track and on budget.

Projelerde bütçe yönetimi yapacaksanız, kazanılmış değer yönetimi gibi konularla henüz tanışmadıysanız, basit tekniklerle projenizin projesini ve karlılığını nasıl yönetmeniz gerektiğini açıklayan kısa güzel bir kitap. Türkçe içerik olarak değerli. Türkçe içeriğe katkıları nedeniyle yayın evine teşekkürlerimi sunarım.

Outstanding PM system for seasoned and new PMs

As an engineer this book and it's content resonated with me. Like Einstein once said, "Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler." This book has done just that. A straight forward understandable system, with what it will take to make it "stick" in your company. Great work, highly recommended.

A pretty standard book on project management. Nothing revolutionary. I am just amazed how many companies do not follow these basic rules. Perhaps one of the reasons projects are often behind schedule, over budget and out of scope.

Ultimately it's a book about a series of spreadsheets that differ from the traditional accounting method. Still a decent read with some good insights though.
