Pretty good. Some do this programmes and workouts but as with a lot of Dan Johns work it gives you a good base to put your own plan and workouts together.

Wafer thin book but there's a lotta good stuff in there; however, Dan John University on YouTube is a much deeper, richer, bottomless, unending source of all aspects of Dan's philosophy of the kettlebell and general strength, fitness, and life. This new book is paperback only. No kindle version. If you love Dan John, support him and check it out. The last few pages of the book have his entire philosophy of life in there. A great read and reference.
