Chance at Love #3

Tender Offer

Rate this book
When one door closes, another opens to unlock your heart and awaken unexpected desires.

Trying to find love has become a graveyard of disappointment. My dating history reads like an obituary of bad decisions and a lack of common sense. I have neither the patience, a map, Ciara's prayer, nor holy water to keep swiping right.

After a recent rejection to add to my wall of shame, I'm done. Over it. There are only so many skid marks—the kind left on your forehead and not from questionable hygiene—one can bear after being tossed aside, and none of them go with couture.

Every failed attempt at a happily ever after is another reminder of the ghost who haunts me to this day. Fifteen years later, I still feel his whisper against my ear.

His taste.

His touch.

Forgetting Preston and our time in Paris has never been easy. It's impossible now that life forced our paths to cross. The determination in his eyes and my nickname on his lips earned him a door in his face.

Why is he here and so fine?

Love has never come without a cost. But this time, it comes with an offer that's hard to refuse.

Tender Offer is a second chance romance with twists, turns, shenanigans, and another trip to Ravenous. This spicy book is perfect for romance readers who love cinnamon roll heroes with kinks.

I'm so sad to say goodbye to this series—at least for now—it very quickly became one of my favorites!

I was one of many who did not care for Madison in The Seven Month Itch. I started to warm up to her in Miles Apart, but I remained wary of her and her every intention because she was so believably bad in book 1. But now she has my whole heart—that's my sister!

Tender Offer is filled with a lot of swoony moments, but it is the story of a woman finding herself and her worth at an age that many might assume a woman should already be established at. While Madison's career and friendships thrive, she is stuck yearning after her first love, who broke her heart in a devastating and life-altering way fifteen years prior. Through a series of events, Preston comes back into her life with a clear message: he ain't going nowhere.

While this is somewhat of a slow burn in terms of when they finally decide to give each other a fair shot, I adored how Preston was ten toes about Madison from jump after they reunited. He made it very clear to her that she was his priority and shifted so many things about his life and career to prioritize her and set her up to feel supported and important in their relationship dynamic since he was both a bit older than her and a billionaire.

Tanvier remains one of the funniest writers around at the moment, and I love how much culture and different lived experiences she incorporates in her stories about Black love. Literally every single character is dynamic, interesting, and plays an important role in the overall arc—no characters go to waste around here! I hope to see more characters from this series someday.

I did feel like the third act conflict was a bit hard to bite into. Preston went out of his way to ensure that he would prioritize Madison so I found it challenging when he struggled to. The villain in this story was so vengeful and cunning she felt like a Disney villainess, but she also served as a mirror for Madison. It's nice to see characters who were previously on a villain trajectory become introspective and take accountability.

Thank you to the author for sending me an ARC!

ARC Review-
If you know Madison from the two previous books (The Seven Month Itch & Miles Apart), she definitely was not a favorite. In fact- she pissed me off so bad. BUT-
Every villain has a back story.
15 years ago Preston & Madison fell in love. He left and her life changed.

Fast forward, they reconnect and Preston doesn't let up from her.
I loved the character development. Honestly would be a 5/5 but I still don't like Madison LOL I keep holding a grudge.
The spice was SPICING okay??? What tiktok say? "Looks like a cupcake.....WILL put you through a mattress"
I appreciate the opportunity to become an ARC reader for the Tender Offer. Release date 7/29!

Okay, special shoutout to Tanvier Peart for selecting me to be an ARC reader!!! I was so hype when I got the email, read the book weeks ago but life been lifeing, okay?

Anyway, I hope y’all enjoy my unsolicited two cents because I got thoughts.
Let’s start here: Black women deserve to be loved out loud. Unconditionally. Without struggle. Without needing to prove they’re “worth it.” And I will die on that hill. Every. Single. Time.

Tanvier did a beautiful job showing us that love doesn’t always show up wrapped in neat little boxes. Sometimes, it arrives scarred. Sometimes, it returns after distance, after hurt, after years of not being seen.

This wasn’t just a romance it was a reckoning.

I don’t even like second chance romances, but this one made me pause. Because it was about two people figuring out what love even means when you’ve never seen it done right. When all you've known is conditional love the kind that withholds affection until you behave. When vulnerability was treated like weakness.

So to read a story where love is redefined? Where Madison and Preston tiptoe through fear, through pride, through softness... That’s powerful. Because the truth is a lot of us don’t know how to love, or be loved, because we’ve never seen it done gently.

Love doesn’t look the same for everyone. Every story is stitched together by different wounds, different hopes. But one thing’s for sure when you meet your person, your soul knows. You can hop from pony to pony, but there’s always that one, the one who touched you so deeply, it’s like they left fingerprints on your spirit. The one whose laugh you still hear. Whose soft kisses, whispered words, and gentle touch still echo inside of you.

Preston and Madison? Whew. Their story was grown. Soft. Spicy, too Preston fast y’all, and so is she, okay? 😂 But beyond the smoke and steam, was a story of intentional love. A love that required accountability. A love that was willing to say, “I hurt you. And I want to get it right.”
And that? That’s what makes this book unforgettable.

What to Expect:
- Billionaire Romance
- Second Chance Romance
- Kinky Cinnamon Roll MMC
- Fashion Stylist FMC
- Hidden Identity
- Love in Paris
- If He Wanted to, He Would
- Banter
- Dual POV

Okay, don’t come for me, but Tender Offer is my first time reading Tanvier Peart’s work. I know, I know. I'm late to the party! I'll make up for it by diving into the rest of the Chance At Love series immediately, because baybee, I had so much fun reading this book. Even without knowing the characters' backstories (and the full extent of Madison's shenanigans), I was completely hooked. Madison and Preston’s journey pulled me in from the start. They met in Paris, had instant chemistry, and were on the path to something special. When secrets came to light, everything fell apart, and Madison was sent packing.

Fifteen years later, they cross paths again. Despite Madison's heart still being broken, their connection is undeniable. The moment Preston sees her, he is determined to win her heart again. Preston refused to let Madison go, and I loved every second of it. Preston completely stole my heart. I fell head-over-heels for that man. The way he supported and cared for Madison had me swooning. I love stories where two flawed people grow, heal, and find their way back to each other, and Tender Offer delivered all of that and more. From the chemistry between Madison and Preston, the banter, side characters, nostalgic nod to 90s R&B, messy drama, spicy scenes, and unexpected twists, this story checked every box for me.

Thanks to Tanvier Peart and The Frenchy Press for the review opportunity. Opinions expressed are my own.

I LOVE a redemption arc, & Tanvier delivers in this one!
Of course, it’s really only a redemption arc if you’ve read the first 2 of the series. This book CAN be read as a standalone, and it’s also an excellent second chance love story, but really - read the first 2 to get the full effect!
This from someone notorious for jumping into a series in the middle. 🤣
All of Tanvier’s book have made me laugh (her shenanigans are legendary!) but this one made me cry. The angst was just ON POINT.
The Seven Month Itch also made me tear up, but this one made me full on CRY for Madison- a character who was once the villain of the series.

On a side note, I love the culture embedded in all of Tanvier’s books. This one showed that you can take the girl out of the bayou, but you can’t take all of the bayou out of the girl. And that’s just fine! 💗

Troupes include:
Second Chance
Billionaire Romance
Fashion industry

Thank you to the author Tanvier Peart for the chance of being a beta reader and the e-arc in exchange for my honest review.

4/5
— I love a second chance romance when it’s done right. The character development in this story was lovely. The Madison we met in the previous books (The Seven Month Itch and Miles Apart) had me beefed up with her. Receiving the background and root of Madison in Tender Offer, welcomed her redemption.
— In the words of Lady London, “I love dealing with a rich…” — and Preston was THAT. Billionaire that’ll put you through a mattress. He lost his chance with Madison 15 years ago in Paris and refused to lose her a second time. I’m talking PRESSURE was applied.
— I’m happy for Madison finding her true love but I need a second with Preston right quick.

Thank Tanvier for this ARC opportunity.

Second chance romance seems to be finding more and more lately and I’m not mad at it. Preston and Madison were so cute. They loved playing tug-of-war with their love but Preston was not letting up this time around. He was getting his lady by any means. I also enjoyed the jump back to how they started because i was a little confused and side eyeing. Lol! These two were always meant to be. The time they had apart had to happen. Madison needed to focus on her purpose and rebranding/rebuilding herself after some hot mess.

Now to that plot twist. I knew it wasn’t but the truth reveal got me though. Anyways we love a HEA and how they still blush over each other is amazing.

The cutest second chance romance

This book was an easy 5⭐️ for me.
Probably the cutest second chance romance I’ve ever read!

I loved Madison and Preston’s story. I was rooting for them the whole time. Tanvier did an amazing job making this a true second chance romance with the first relationship properly ending so they could have a second chance.
The way Preston chased after this woman was so impressive. He was willing to do anything to get his woman.

You will not expect the twists and turns in this book! I won’t spoil it. But just know I was wishing the absolute worst for Bellamy and I don’t feel bad about it.

Overall I recommend you read this book you will not regret it.

Note: I have not read the first two books in this series. But it read great as a standalone no problem.

If you’ve read this first 2 books in this series then I know you had some choice feelings about Madison. However, getting insight into her life and love story truly changed how she was perceived as a character and forced readers to proceed with a less opinionated open mind. This story has a beautiful theme of growth, forgiveness, and grace. It was a love story for herself and for the love she once lost. I loved it!!!

This book is all about growth, forgiveness, second chances, and new friendships. And let’s not forget, it’s packed with some seriously steamy moments — lots of good cunnilingus! Honestly, this was my favorite book in the series

Preston, our male main character, is a guy who’s all about determination. He’s absolutely convinced he’s going to get his woman back and would do anything to make it happen.

Madison, our female lead, is someone we've watched grow a lot throughout the series. In book 1, she was chasing after a married man, which was definitely a wild choice. But I really appreciated how she took responsibility for her actions and was willing to give Preston a real shot at love — one she definitely deserves.

Tanvier Peart does it again! I loved the first two books in the Chance at Love series but this one may be my new favorite. Normally I absolutely do not like second chance romance. This book changed my mind on that. Tanvier took a character who most people hated in the first book and gave her an outstanding redemption story. There was so much push and pull between Madison and Preston I was about ready to pull my hair out, which made it that much better when the tension finally boils over. This is a spicy romance book but it's so much more. It's a story that shows people can make mistakes, learn from them, and deserve love just as much as anyone else. Also that end?! What?! Can't wait to see what else Tanvier has up her sleeve!

This was a 3.5 for me

This was my introduction to Madison's characters as I this was my first read of the series (I know, I know...lol but I plan to circle back). That being said I didn't dislike her as I heard others did from how she was portrayed in the prior books. After seeing what she went through at the beginning of this book and what her and Preston shared I actually empathized with her and wanted her to get her happily ever after whether with Preston or someone else.

When Preston first sees Madison again for the first time after 15 years, a fire was lit under him and he realized that she was the one who he let get away and he was going to work overtime to try to get her back. Seeing what caused the rift in their relationship, it was a little surprising that he let her go so easily but he was "young and dumb" back then and feeding into what he was fed by his father so he didn't really give her a chance at that time. Regardless of what happened all those years ago, as a reader you could tell the love was still there and were rooting for them to get back together. It took some time to get there but once Madison finally let him in, I was happy to see them being happy with each other.

While we do still get a HEA, there was drama that was presented in the story that I felt wasn't necessary and I was surprised Preston just went along with it instead of seeking more answers especially since he knew what kind of effect it would have on Madison. Also, the book seemed to focus not only on their rekindled love but also on his business initiatives, her niece and his relationship with his father which didn't quite add that much to their storyline in my opinion and at times disrupted the flow a little for me.

Overall, I liked the storyline of Preston and Madison and what they lost and found their way back to and I liked how he supported her in her career goals. I liked her friendships especially with Kojo because he was a trip and I thought it had a good amount of spice and funny banter but it didn't quite flow as I would have liked which took a little away from the general story for me.

Thank you to Tanvier Peart for this ARC in exchange for my honest review.

Madison gets her man!

This was such a beautiful way to close out the Chance at Love series. We finally get Madison and Preston’s story, and it’s the perfect mix of messy, emotional, and full-circle. I loved the flashbacks to their time in Paris when Madison was studying abroad and pretending to be her wealthy roommate Heather. That lie set the stage for heartbreak later, but I appreciated how Madison took accountability and owned her part in their fallout once she was able to forgive Preston for how turned on her and hurt her.

This one is definitely the spiciest of the series. Tanvier turned the heat all the way up, but it’s also layered with depth and heart. She weaves in real issues like environmental justice and climate change, especially how pollution and fossil fuel plants harm Black communities. As someone who’s lived in Louisiana like Madison, I really felt that truth.

What I love about all the MMCs in this series is that they aren’t afraid to express their feelings or show up for their women. They know how to communicate and aren’t scared to chase after what they want. Preston, though, takes the crown. He is the king of if he wanted to, he would, because he did not mind pulling up on Madison or finding ways to stay in her orbit. He was locked in.

And when Madison got a taste of her own medicine through KD? Whew, she needed that. It made her growth so real she was able to truly see what she was putting Justice through. Preston doesn’t play about her, and I love that his drive comes from not wanting to become his father.

I also loved the side characters so much, specifically Kojo, Tammi, Jewel, and William. They are so interesting and elevated the story to another level. The author does a great job of creating side characters who don’t steal the show but still make you want to know more about them.

Sexy, emotional, and full of redemption, Tender Offer is the perfect finale to a series that just keeps getting better.

I almost forgot to sign up for the ARC of this one, but thankfully Tanvier reached out since I’ve ARC read the other books in the series and was able to get me an early copy. I’m so glad she did because this book was fantastic and fit perfectly alongside the rest of the series.

I absolutely loved everything about it. Honestly, I didn’t expect to connect with Madison’s story since we first met her in The Seven Month Itch and Miles Apart, where she was interfering in Justice and Terrance’s marriage while they were trying to work things out. At the time, she wasn’t exactly likable, but this book completely changed my perspective on her.

Tender Offer gives us the chance to really understand Madison. It shows how her past relationship shaped the way she approaches love and helps explain why she made the choices she did. At her core, she just wants a happy ending of her own.

Enter Preston. He and Madison met 15 years ago in Paris and had a whirlwind romance that didn’t end well, but the feelings between them never really faded. Watching them reconnect and try to make it work now, as more mature versions of themselves, was such an emotional and rewarding journey. It wasn’t always easy, but their second chance romance felt authentic and heartfelt.

Surprisingly, Madison’s story ended up being my favorite of the three books. If you’ve read the series, you’ll appreciate how far she’s come. She gets a redemption arc that’s both believable and satisfying (you Nesta girlies will especially love this one! lol)

Be sure to check it out when it releases on July 29.

ARC Review
Love isn't always lost. Sometimes it circles back. Louder. Bolder.

First off if you haven't read The Seventh Month Itch & Miles Apart first STOP and go read them. Whiles these are interconnected standalones you really need to start from the bottom to truly hate/love Madison lol

Tender Offer is not just a redemption arc for love—it's a redemption arc for relationships in every form: family, friendships, and the most complicated one of all, the relationship we have with ourselves.

Coming into this book, I’ll be honest—I hated the FMC, Madison. She rubbed me the wrong way in the first book, but whew, every villain really does have a backstory. Now that I know hers, I’m not even mad at sister girl. This book highlights the power of forgiveness, grace, and healing.

That said...one person I absolutely will not be forgiving is KD. Sorry, not sorry. Once you read it, you’ll understand why. Some characters just dig their own grave, and KD - handed herself the shovel and the tombstone.

On a lighter note, I really appreciated seeing Madison come out of her shell—especially when it came to her kinks. Sex is so often over-stigmatized, especially for women, and seeing her confidently explore and own her desires was empowering. It was written in a way that felt authentic and liberating without being performative.

All in all, this book surprised me in the best ways. If you’ve been on the fence about Madison—give her a chance. You might just end up rooting for her like I did.

After multiple failed attempts at dating and taken men Madison has ruled off dating and finding love. That’s until someone from her past comes back and brings back all the old feelings she suppressed for the last 15 years. Preston has made the biggest mistake of his life and that’s letting Madison go. When he sees her for the first time in 15 years he’s decided he’s not letting her go ever again and will do anything he can to get her back.

Okay, I know we are supposed to not like Madison because of all the drama she caused with Justice in the Seventh Month Itch. But this book is her redemption era. You get to see a different side of Madison and even through Preston’s eyes why he loves her. So maybe I started rooting for her half way into the book.

She was so closed off and blocked from love that she didn’t take the time to heal. It seemed like nothing went right for her in the love department and in the end you just wanted her to have her happy ending. Preston made sure to come pressure with her. He never let up and let her know every chance he could his intentions. I just wanted to see them win in the end because of everything they went through. She definitely gets a taste of her own medicine but in the end you have no choice but to be in her side and want good for her.

I loved Preston for her. He softened her in a way. And she made him realized there’s more to life than working. The book highlights second chance in so many ways not just in a romantic way but in life as well. Give grace when you can and love fiercely.

Do you believe in perfectly aligned chemistry like a gift from the universe? Well you will after reading about Madison and Preston! Madison is kind of a villain in some people's eyes but she is just misunderstood. She loves hard and she is a true girls girl. She's successful and beautiful but sometimes forgets her true worth. 15 years ago was a perfect example.

Preston seemed too good to be true. When they are together the sun and moon orbits around them. Preston is successful in business but when it comes to love, no one has ever been Madison. When the chance comes to reconnect, Preston is not letting this opportunity slip through his fingers. This can be a fresh start for both of them and maybe they can heal all the cracks that exist from their pasts.

This story is STEAMY! There's the perfect amount of angst and spice. The way Preston is willing to prove his love to Madison will give you all the feels. I think one of the best parts of this book was seeing Madison grow and heal. She deserves her happily ever after and I can't imagine anyone other than Preston giving that to her.

If you like to laugh out loud, like your men spicy, and to have your heart warmed by a book, this is the one for you! This is book 3 in the Chance At Love series and you will actually meet Preston and Madison in book 1.

I was starting to lose hope for Madison for a minute there and book 3 was the perfect glow up for Madison in love. Once I opened this book I absolutely devoured it. I can't wait for the Rugby romance, One Knight's Stand, coming next!

I absolutely loved everything about this book and because of how we met the main character in book one of the series I didn’t think I would; but this was such a great redemption of her character!

If you have read the other books in this series The Seven Month Itch & Miles Apart. Then you know when we met Madison she was inserting herself into Justice and Terrance marriage as they were trying to work out their issues. So starting out you didn’t like Madison at all but this book makes you see beyond the mistakes she made and helps you realize that bad moments doesn’t define you forever!

With Tender Offer we get to know Madison and we can kind of see why she may have done the things that she did because she herself didn’t know how to accept love because of her previous relationship! All she wants is her own happily ever after!

Cue our MMC Preston! Him and Madison met 15 years ago in Paris and it was a whirlwind romance that didn’t end great but that didn’t stop them from still being in love with each other all these years later! Getting to see them reconnect and try to navigate a relationship as the people that they are now was such a great ride and not always smooth either but I absolutely loved the second chance romance in this book and I think you will too! So please check it out when it releases on July 29th!

Thank you Tanvier for the chance to review this book early!!!

Who would’ve thought that Madison’s story would be my absolute favorite of all three books! If you’ve read the prior two books then you know who Madison was and why she wasn’t a fan favorite.

But in her story “Tender Offer” we get to see how she’s truly a woman who just wants a HEA with someone who truly loves her, and that person is Preston.

Preston as we’ve met in “The Seventh Month Itch” is a billionaire playboy who regrets not having the love of his life, that person being Madison.

What I loved most about this book was just the growth that Madison displayed. I’m glad that we were able to get her backstory and see that she truly wasn’t the villain but truly just someone who wanted to be happy after years of not being. I wasn’t too sure about Preston and why he initially was hiding his billionaire status but after reading this, I understood why and it truly wasn’t a fault of his own. The chemistry between these two characters was off the charts. They truly cared for one another and let years go by before they were able to come back together. The spice level is definitely there!

Overall, this was a wonderful semi conclusion to this story and I look forward to reading more from Taniver Peart.

Thank you to Taniver Peart for this ARC. Review of this book is based on my own thoughts and reactions.

Madison may have been the villain of previous stories in this series, but she was misunderstood. She met Preston 15 years before she tried to find love in the wrong places. Her one true love was stolen from her due to a fib that was told. She never got over Preston. Preston sees her 15 years later and is not going to let her go. I mean, Ch. 4, and she's still angry enough to almost slap him out of his shoes, but he still pursues her.

Now he does get his way and hires her for 3 months, which she agrees to. This leads to all those strong love feelings to come back to the surface and knock them both back together for their happily ever after. There were definitely some shenanigans, and many flashes forward and backward to get the reader up to speed on their circumstances during their first go around. And for spicy scenes, I'll leave you with the words "chocolate cake and not forks." Iykyk. This book ate and left no crumbs. This book wraps up this series really nicely with the villain turning over a new leaf. Everyone wins! (I love a good second chance romance 🥰)

ARC: Tender Offer @tanvierwrites
(Chance at Love Book 3)
Release Date: July 29, 2025

I didn’t expect to like this story. How could I root for a woman so deeply entangled in her own web of deception? And yet, every villain has an origin story and Madison’s journey gently unfolds into one of redemption and second chances.

Fifteen years is a long time to convince yourself that you’re unworthy of love. Long enough to stare into the mirror and only see the remnants of heartbreak and regret. But what happens when you’ve forgiven everyone but yourself?

This isn’t just a story about giving love another try, it’s about finding the courage to extend grace inward. To trust yourself to love again, even after everything has fallen apart. Leaning into the tenderness love has to offer.

I enjoyed myself! If you enjoy a good redemption book this one is for us. I loved the characters being in their late 30’s and early 40’s. There was spice, humor, and depth. The side characters came to shine and I feel like the series was wrapped up perfectly. The author left room to expand but she also gave space for other characters to have a chance at love 🥰

Save for later so you can come back and we can talk about why that man is nicknamed Thumper 🐰.

Synopsis:

After a recent rejection to add to my wall of shame, I'm done. Over it. There are only so many times one can bear being tossed aside. Every failed attempt at a HEA is another reminder of the ghost who haunts me to this day.

Review:

I saw Tanvier speak on a panel at Toledo Romance Con and she was so funny and witty, and I thought to myself, I've got to read her books! This is my first book of hers but it won't be my last. This book had it all, a kinky cinnamon roll MMC and entrepreneurial and independent FMC. Their romance was HOT - especially after 15 years of pining for each other. Her writing is as charming and witty as I expected. I loved reading about a black billionaire MMC - it was so refreshing and a reminder of why I love reading diverse perspectives. The book was set in two of my fav cities London & Paris - which really brought the story and imagery to life for me. And this book is SPICY and will leave you clutching your pearls.

Thank you Tanvier for my advanced copy! Happy pub day, QUEEN!

Talk about a redemption! I started this book skeptical of our good sis Madison (well… not so good at first, but we forgive lol). After meeting her in The Seven Month Itch, I did not think I’d be rooting for her—but wow, did she prove me wrong! Watching her growth over time was great, and honestly, I don’t know why I was surprised. Every single thing Tanvier Peart writes is golden, and this story was no different.
The love between Preston and Madison was everything. Even after betrayal and fifteen years apart, their connection still felt so strong and authentic. Getting those glimpses into their past helped so much in understanding their pain, their choices, and ultimately, their healing.
This story beautifully explores forgiveness and accountability—not just in romance, but in friendships too. It’s a powerful reminder that we’re not defined by our mistakes. What matters is being able to own our wrongs, grow from them, and most importantly, forgive ourselves.
Tender Offer was a perfect way to end the Chance at Love series. If you haven’t already, go check out the first two books—especially if you want to fully appreciate Madison’s redemption story. You won’t be disappointed!

Book THREE in the Second Chance at Love Series did NOT disappoint. What I’ve come to understand about Tanvier Peart is she is going to give us characters that feel like home. She’s going to give us a plot that could easily be your sister, your friend, your coworkers love story. She has a way with words that dig their claws into you and leave a lasting impression, every. single. time.

I really wasn’t sure if I wanted to hear Madison’s story. After meeting her in The Seven Month Itch, and then again in Miles Apart, I truly thought she was someone I could forget ever existed (ha!). I am SO glad to say I was wrong. Sometimes it’s the least likely characters that resonate the most with me. The misunderstood, the ones that had to fight to get ahead, that ones who ended up on the road less traveled and had to prove themselves over and over again.

I love Madison. I am so glad Tanvier knew she had a story worth telling. I loved this redemption tour.

I will forever sing the praises of Tanvier Peart and her writing. She amazes me in every way and is a true inspiration. TANVIER FOR PRESIDENT. (IYKYK)

Tropes
- Second chance
- Fell in love in Europe
- Different sides of the economic ladder
- Hidden identity
- Billionaire
- Opposites attract
- 4 🌶️

I know I shouldn't be surprised at Tanvier's ability to make me love someone I DEEPLY hated before. but look at that👀 I'm a converted woman and now I love Madison. Madison's ability to see her wrong and try to make amends was so honest and felt so realistic of someone who regrets their choices in the past. and I don't know about you, but I loved it. I loved that we got to see someone make really shitty mistakes and own up to them and try to be better.

and dear dear Preston... queue "whatta man" by Salt-n-Pepa.... scrumptious, delicious, absolutely delectable
description

I cannot thank Tanvier for trusting me with her baby when I beta-read this book and now for the e-ARC its amazing to see the progression of the storyline and the development of the characters.

I honestly feel like the luckiest girl🥰

Tender Offer (Chance at Love Series – Book 3) is emotional and honest, filled with laugh-out-loud moments, steamy tension, and characters who love hard even when it hurts. It’s the kind of second chance romance that’ll have you smiling one moment and blushing the next.

Madison is a woman who’s made peace with being misunderstood. A villain to some, a friend to others, and the love lost to one. She’s thriving in her career but struggling in the love department. She is often drawn to the wrong people and haunted by a love that never had all the pieces.

Preston was raised to lead the family business, but behind the success, he’s still chasing the woman who slipped away. He’s accomplished, driven, but missing the spark that only one person ever lit.

When Madison and Preston cross paths again, the chemistry is undeniable, but so are the old wounds. When life hands you a second chance, you grip the reins and don’t let go. With laugh-out-loud moments, blush-worthy spice, and scenes that will heal what’s broken, their journey is unforgettable and exactly what they both needed.

Do I recommend? Yes!

Tender Offer by Tanvier Peart was a slow-blooming, soul-stirring second chance romance that earned every tender moment.

If you read book one, you know Madison wasn’t my favorite I wasn’t sold. But Tanvier made me sit with her in book two, and something shifted.

She kept chasing love in the wrong places, but when it came to the one man she couldn’t forget, she was self-sabotaging like it was her second job. And honestly? I got it. But Preston wasn’t going for it. That man came back with intention “I’ve waited 15 years, and you’re not running this time.” His love was steady, grown, and grounded and that made their tension feel rich and fated.

Their Paris past gave it depth, the present gave it heat, and the way they chose each other this time. Whew, The chemistry was real but the emotional payoff? Even better.

If you’ve ever questioned if you’re still worthy of love after heartbreak or rejection, Tender Offer will speak to you.

Preston didn’t let her go and I’m so glad Madison finally stayed.
