I am an avid ‘self help’ reader and this book was like a balm to my soul. I’m reminded that in my continual search for growth and change, I’m not always allowing myself to be. Not only that, but remembering that my ‘being’ is just as important as all the STUFF I feel like I have to do. Reading the very real, very relatable stories told in this book helped illustrate an idea that I didn’t know existed in me. Yay for ENOUGH!
