Starting my life in New York has had its ups and downs. Right now I’m looking up while downing a shot of tequila because my landlady kicked me out of my apartment. Spicy Romance & Dark Romance Author. Writing books with different tropes and sexy characters with tattoos 100% of the time. I’m a chaotic writer in all my glory. I love to explore different tropes and weave my way through them. I’m a sucker for love stories with all kinds of lust, desire, passion, heartbreak & heartache, darkness & healing.
Ronnie owns the Hella club, his best friend owns the building runs a tattoo shop upstairs but downstairs is where the part is at literally since it’s a bar/club. Ronnie is dealing with his crazy, clingy ex girlfriend who he doesn’t want to ban but he just wants to be done. Beating cancer 16 years ago, he now lives his life both like it’s his last but also guarded. Needing some air he steps into the parking lot all to almost be ran over by a biker chick. Apologizing profusely when he asks her if she needs a drink.
Amber is filled with so much anger, never feeling like she fits in. Who knew all it would take is almost running the owner of one of the hottest clubs in town over with your motorcycle? Her past haunts her daily, but being the strong independent woman she always has been she buries it deep, deep down. Being pulled onto the dancefloor by the owner of the club and his hot roomie life has a moment where it doesn’t seem so bad. Until she gets the call that she’s being evicted and has nowhere to live.
Bradley lost his father 5 years ago, suddenly leaving him the oldest man in the house, not the man of the house since he had all brothers. His dad was the first person to know that he liked both men and women, while loving him no less just wanting his happiness. He’d been pining after his best friend/roomie since the day they met. He would wait years if he had too. Instead of just his best friend he got a spunky, purple haired spitfire who needed his love too.
Plot: Spice:
This is the 5th book in the Ink My Heart series, you meet Ronnie in book 1, and you get a glimpse of this throuple at the end of book 4. None of it will prepare you for these 3 though. The walls that get knocked down, and the love that is shared between these 3 is unmatched.
I think this might be my new favorite in the series! It’s fighting for the top spot with race me wilder. This book hit me deep with Amber and her mom’s relationship cuz mommy issues. I loved her relationship with her dad though. I also related to Amber more than I thought I would. I loved that her character wasn’t put together. That she was trying to figure life out and learning to live in the moment. Ronnie was the cutest shy yet sassy character. His nana was a vibe and their relationship is so cute. I loved his loyalty to Luka. It was nice to get more of Luka & Dylan in this book. I also loved his longing to Bradley and the playful banter between them. Ronnie also started to learn to live in the moment instead of in the past like Amber and I liked that’s how they connected. I like that they have this “almost” connection. Bradley on the other hand was funny and flirty. I loved his personality so much. Especially being broken up about a family member and being that positive and fun was refreshing to read. His family was so cute to learn about also. The connection between Bradley’s brothers and amber’s sister was unexpected but I loved how that turned out. Throughout the book I was impatiently waiting for their fxck it moment because there was sooo much tension between all of them but I really wanted that moment for Ronnie and Bradley. Each flirty comment and writing entry they did I was eating it up. They liked each other for a long time but Ronnie was scared to take the leap. When Amber came into the picture, it made it easier to take on his fantasy of having them both. It was worth the wait. I love them all together. They each have a different connection to each other and it makes them better as people and lovers. Their relationship is everything. It has spice, banter, loss, epiphanies and family. There’s always good quotes in her books also. I expected nothing less from Kay. I really hope this series isn’t over but if it is, it was such a good ending! 🥹💜

“Can I have your phone first?” “Why?” I deliver my words slowly, “So, I can give you my number and when you’re ready you can tell me?” “Tell you what?” she steps back to look at me. “About the sadness in your eyes that look like mine.”
“Drop on my face,” I demand. “Let me taste that sweet, dripping puxxy .” “Go on, Bear.” Bradley coaxes with a smile. “Let him taste you so I can get my fix.”
“She fails to see your worth because she’s fighting her demons so don’t fight hers too.”
“You will have two cxcks to suck, two cxcks to fxck, and you will get to have us both inside your tight puxxy until we stretch you beyond what you think is possible.”
“You stormed into our lives and gambled on us, it must’ve been hard when once again you felt like you didn’t belong. Like you are interrupting something that had already been established. You didn’t. You made it better. You made us feel whole. We know what we want. We want you, Little Bear.”
“The beautiful thing about heartbreak is that your heart still works afterward, and you will love again with each one. Maybe stronger, louder, even deeper. It’ll imprint your soul and you’ll be able to experience the most beautiful things.”
“I’ll smack your axxes when we get back home until you beg me to stop.”
“My dad was the first to know I like boys and girls. I told him they all excite me. And he said then you better excite them back.“ I chuckle as I reminisce. “My dad asked the first guy I brought to the house how much I excited him from one to ten. The poor guy said five. My dad said get out of my house, my son deserves a ten.“
“You will always have a special place in my heart because when I found you, I found myself.”
“Look at you, Bear, our dirty little fxck toy.”
“I want more days of us—tangled in each other or collecting more adventures wherever the wind takes us. I knew it from the moment I met them. They are the light of my life.”
“Smack me again,” her voice is soft yet demanding and I submit like the good boy I am.
“If a guy doesn’t drool all over me I don’t want him.”
“Lie on your back and let me eat, I’m fxcking starving.”
“We deserve to be seen.”
“It doesn’t matter which side I wake up on, one of you is already there, keeping me warm.”
Sometimes i hate being a grown-up with all these grown-up obligations because otherwise i would've finished this book in a day or maybe two. There were so many little things in this book, subtile things that made me fall in love with these characters. It's the little things that matter. All three of them have some pain in them, losses that made them feel like they don't deserve nice things. The fact that by a chance encounter they become roommates and start healing together, ugh makes me feel so jealous.
Ronnie and Bradley are just so delicious, the moment they give in, ugh! Absolute perfection! How they can switch so easily shows how much love, respect and trust they have in eachother and then that they found that same thing with Amber. How beautiful! The way they are with eachother how they can talk, their way of communicating with eachother is something that takes this book to another level. They hold eachother accountable. They have their own pasts, demons but they know that the others are what gives them life again. What makes life great again.
The little things i really loved, the banter, the nicknames, their vulnerability with eachother, the writing, their interactions with their families. Their rides together, feeling what the other needs without words, like that level of trust and love was so beautiful. And ofcourse let's not forget the spice because it's chef's kiss! So deliciously hot!
Insta-lust anyone? Kay Jensen delivered another spicy novella that had the added bonus of being why choose. This story follows Amber, Ronnie, and Bradley, three broken souls trying to find their happiness, and they find it in each other.
Amber was sassy and had a unique sense of style. But she held so much anger from years of feeling like she didn’t fit in. Bradley was the most outgoing one despite dealing with a loss that he was still mourning five years later. Ronnie was dealing with a recent bad breakup and carried a heavy weight on his shoulders, trying to navigate his emotions while running his business. I loved how Ronnie and Bradley embraced Amber. These three created a great found family dynamic. Their banter was spicy and layered with humor.
I enjoyed seeing the trios' growth and how close they became. Bradley was the glue and the most in tune with Amber’s and Ronnie’s feelings.
I was so excited to read about some more characters in this series. This did not disappoint at all. I honestly think what I loved most was the connection that they all had and built. Yes there was the tension simmering but they all didn’t push that too much. They had their little moments here and there and built upon that but also made sure to build a solid foundation first. They definitely had that in spades. The friendship and banter was chefs kiss. Also…. I never knew I needed to read about that secret project but DEAR LORD PLEASE it made my brain glitch. That was one of the highlights of this book. I mean… dangggggg. That’s all I got on that. If you want a good novella to read, this is definitely something to give a look at. Especially if you want to read about roommates who are special roommates, a secret project and some fun banter this is definitely for you.
MULB is book 5 of 5 of the Ink our Hearts spicy novella series. I’m sad we have come to then end. Hot tattooed bikers that may have a little damage but always hit you hard with the found family vibes. And as always, Kay gives us a loveable but badass FMC. This one takes us on a bit of an emotional journey with our 3 mains who are all lost in their own ways. But the friendship and the unwavering support is what really got me. Kay that jump scare with Johnny at the end…. Omg, pretty sure I was holding my breath and was about to Kim K ugly cry. That was rough!
If you love fun loving biker boys, sassy fmc’s and found family vibes then check out the Ink our Hearts series and read in order to not spoil the other books x
Kay Jensen continues to write characters and stories that speak to my soul. This is now the fifth book I’ve read and once again, I love every word and how hard I get hit in the feels. Ronnie Amber and Bradley all have emotional past that they continue to wrestle with . Walls built up for protection and guarded hearts for fear of more pain together they begin to heal and evolve for a chance of happiness. Each of them bring something special to allow emotional growth, understanding and true unconditional love to blossom. The entire spectrum of emotions is one I happily endure. This book is beautifully written and one you do not want to miss. The entire Ink Our Hearts Series is one of my top five and while you do not need to read them in order I highly recommend you do to advance your reading enjoyment. Luka still holds the top slot in my heart. IYKYK
I absolutely love a good why choose book and this one was sooooo good. From the start, you have the banter, and the connection starts forming between characters when the FMC hits it off with the MMCs at the nightclub. Amber doesn't just connect with one of the MMC's. She connects with both Ronnie and Bradley.
Kay Jensen does an amazing job of tying all the characters together. You get to read as they help each other with their past traumas and as they lean on each other to heal. You can feel the emotions from the characters while reading this book, and that's one of the things I love, from sadness right to the humor.
🧸 MMF spicy romance 💜 ROOMMATES 🧸 Banter & Tension 💜 Bikers 🧸 Found family 💜 Multiple POV - 1st person 🧸And more!
I actually have no idea what to say fully besides saying every book has been perfection. What I've loved about the Ink Our Hearts series is that each book has amazing depth and character backstorys and an all-over good storyline; but you can literally read Kay's growth as a writer also. Basically, if you love bikers & tattoo artists, with a good amount of spice, this is for you. Ever since I've found Kay's books, and binged them all I couldn't wait to read this, and I can't wait to read more. If i could give more than 5 stars I would! Ty kay, for letting me arc read! And for getting to read the O.G Teddy! 😂 🖤
They wanted each other but what I loved the most, is that they became friends first and I think that’s the best foundation for a amazing relationship (Thinking about Daphne and Simon from Bridgerton)
There was no big drama in this but a LOT of healing was necessary and everyone had their moment of it
The expression through written words and the other reading them after, was what build a connection that is hard to do with speaking and I really teared up a lot because I can relate to so much
I loved them so much and it was so nice to see everyone connect and meet
“If you want something, make it happen. Go and get it. Stop saying to yourself that it’s impossible. The only people who can limit us are ourselves”
My girl Kay has done is again. This is Book 5 of the Ink Our Hearts series and it was just as amazing as the others. This is a MMF, why chose book and it was a great read for beginning to end. Bradley, Amber and Ronnie (B.A.R.) characters are so great. This book was such a fun read. They find the love, protect and strength in the love of each other. Ronnie and Bradley are hilarious, the way Bradley teases and Ronnie had me laughing and smiling. I love the characters from the other books are mentioned in the book. Let’s not forget about cute little Piper, I can totally see her cute kid that lives next door character, she her wanting to hang with the fun group in the building.
This was a cute MMF romance where everyone is in a relationship with each other. This is the first book where it’s why choose but all the way around. They work through their childhood trauma and issues together while lighting up each others life in the process. They all were in love with each other and the love was sweet! It was super spicy and everything I expected! I enjoyed this but it was kind of a bullet point book with limited details and transitions and some things I had to read twice because it didn’t make sense. It felt a little rushed but I enjoyed it anyway!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I think I say this every time I read one of Kay’s books but Kay does such an amazing job at writing emotion and developing a relationship between characters. Several times I found myself tearing up. I’m always so moved by Kay’s characters. Amber, Bradley and Ronnie are beautiful but together they are perfect. I loved watching their growth and development through the book. And the side characters, excellent.
This is such a great book! Ronnie, who owns a club with Luca, is struggling mentally after a bad breakup. He literally almost gets run over by Amber and is immediately drawn to her. Bradley is Ronnie's roommate and has a great personality. He also meets Amber in the parking lot. These three become close and help each other deal with their traumas. It has a great storyline and spice, and I loved it!
Mark is little bear is Book 5 in the Ink our hearts series and is a MMF biker- bartender- tattoo artist romance which can be read as a standalone but why wouldn’t you want to read the others first? They are awesome!
This book is multiple 1st person POV and pretty high spice with MM scenes as well as MF and MMF action and even has some DVP! Oooof hahahaha
I absolutely adored Ronnie and Bradley! I just wanted to cuddle and smooch them!!
I freaking loved this book so much! Kay Jenson writes amazing books. This one is perfect! It’s MMF, why choose, but it’s so much more than labels. It’s a healing book. These characters go through so much. Then randomly they find each other. And by doing so, they find themselves.
“When someone wants to be in your life they stay. They fight to stay. Bring a constant thing in someone else’s life is hard but it is possible.”
This book affected me in a whole different way. The relationship Amber had with her father brought out every daddy issue I have. He was everything you want in a dad. The reason this book was hard for me was the relationship with her mom. I kind of feel the conclusion of that was just not there. I loved the relationship with the boys though and that made up for everything. I think that may have been the point of the story. The people in your life don't have to be blood but people that love and care for you. This book really put me in the feels of love. These boys are just so wonderful and made Amber's life better in such a positive way.
One thing I really loved in the story was how the book played a role in the relationship and I don't want to give anything away but it was one of my favorite parts, and the dog of course.

god i love when my biker boyfriends are also boyfriends
aside from the occasional typos and grammar errors, i feel dialogues in every aspect got better. some parts of this book hit a little too close to home… especially the relationship between her and her mom 🧍🏽♀️ i can only hope i get the closure she did, but that’s such a rare find.
overall, much much better and compared to the first book from this series i see definite progress :)
This one is the final book of the Ink Our Hearts series. Ever wonder what it would be like to have two boyfriends who are also dating each other? Read this and find out. Amber, Ronnie, and Bradley make the MMF story come alive in this novella. I loved the dynamic of how they met and then how Ronnie and Bradley stood behind her, no matter what. Has “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” vibes and I absolutely loved it!
I just love this series. I really enjoyed this one. I was a bit sceptical on how 3 povs would go and was worried I’d be confused as hell but nope. It was just another amazing read. I can’t get enough.
This is up there with my favourites of this series
Highly recommend if you love: -roommates -found family -spice,spice,spice -throuple romance
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- rating 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️-spice This is the 5th book into the ink our hearts series And it was such a fun read. I loved the banter between the characters and how the fmc & mcc’s are fireballs. Once the spice kicked in it was 🔥🔥🔥🔥 I love how this series is intertwined but you don’t need to read the books in order to get each characters story.
I read a few of the other books in this series and they were fantastic! I was SO excited to read this book, but this book let me down and I DNF’d it. The whole story seemed rushed and like very important details were being missed.
The best MMF I have ever read and I don't say that lightly. Each character touches a part of your heart and nestles themselves there until you love them all.
From a sassy queen to the eternal joker and a survivor through and through, MULB will see you go from teary eyes to kicking your feet and laughing.
The MMCs and the FMC grew as people, grew together, making their character arcs a joy to watch unfold. Not to mention how each brings something different to the dynamic, completing the other in ways they didn't fully realize they needed.
The tiny details embedded in the story truly make this book a masterpiece in its own right. There is not a single line contained within that I would change.
A whole spectrum of emotions were experienced during this read culminating in a sense of euphoria as I read the words The End.
If you do one thing today, then add Mark Us Little Bear to your TBR, if you don't then you're missing out!
The BEST MMF IVE READ. These characters make you feel so much and you love each and every one! This story was written so beautifully and I’m in awe. Truly love Kay and her work!
First off, a huge thank you to Kay Jensen for allowing me to read this ARC in exchange for an honest review!
I absolutely loved Mark Us Little Bear! From the very beginning, the insta-lust felt so real and raw—it hooked me instantly. This novella brought the perfect mix of spice, emotional depth, and drama, and the best part? It absolutely nailed the Why Choose trope. I’m obsessed with this trope, and it was done so well here—it felt natural, and the relationships were so balanced and meaningful.
Amber was a fantastic character. She’s sassy and fearless, but underneath all that toughness, you could feel her years of pain and frustration. I really connected with her journey of finding a place where she belonged. Bradley was the outgoing one, even though he was dealing with his own grief, and Ronnie’s struggles with heartbreak and the weight he carried made him so easy to root for. The way these three supported and complemented each other was amazing to see.
The found family trope was done so beautifully in this book—it’s one of my favorites, and this story delivered! The banter was sharp and so much fun, and let me just say, the spice was spicing!
This novella had it all—chemistry, heart, and a cast of characters I couldn’t get enough of. If you love Why Choose as much as I do, this one will not disappoint!

Mark Is Little Bear by @kayjensenauthor ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
🐻Every single book in this series becomes my new favourite. I was so excited for this why choose & you did not disappoint. One page & I was hooked.
🐻Kay always does a great job at creating really in depth characters, usually with a lesson they need to learn.or some sort of growth. The mix between spice & plot are always on point and delicious.
🐻I loved Amber, Bradley, and Ronnie. Their connection was so beautiful. It was so fun to watch them grow and develop throughout their story. All the banter & tension had me in a chokehold girl. Amber we was my favourite, super sassy and strong. She had been through so much, and I could definitely relate to her. Bradley & Ronnie are really funny characters who even though have been through a lot of grief & hurt continued to love and be there for one another. The three of them really were everything. Their friendship grew into something so much more than what I expect and I loved that. If your looking for a really good why choose & found campy that was spicy & fun then this is your book. You can definitely read any of the books out of order in the series since it’s a standalone but every book is amazing.
🐻Thank you Kay again for the ARC, I love this series so much.
