I don’t even know where to begin. I stared at the wall for a while processing my emotions. The books just keep getting better and better. Continue on the journey with Enzo and the family as they try to find a way to bring loved ones back. Is it possible? Maybe. New characters emerge, new bonds built, unexpected mishaps, and endings we won’t expect. Jane Rose can capture an audience and write beautiful stories that will make you fall in love and at the same time shatter your heart.

When I say you will go through all the stages of grief in this book, you will be inspired by the resilience of the human spirit! This book continues where book one left off, with Enzo showing unrelenting passion to reclaim Aliyah, facing his past and walking the fine line between reality and delusion. Of course, our cherished characters from book 1 will not let Enzo face this alone, and we are treated to their viewpoint as they grapple with the loss of Aliyah and tackle their own personal demons. This book will take you on an extraordinary emotional journey, evoking laughter, tears, and applause, for this series truly has it all!

What an incredible read, you will definitely be on a roller coaster of emotions through the entire thing. There’s great character building, I’d say that’s one of my favorite parts of the book as well as the smart quips they make to each other. You’ll fall in love with a new character then get your heart ripped out and I can’t forget about the slow mysterious burn we feel for the loss of Aliyah.

This is the 2nd book in the “Broken Realms” series!

I loved this book, we continue right where we left off in book 1!

We are continuing their journey as they are trying to find a way to bring their loved ones back. They are all grieving, but Enzo is going to do whatever he can to get answers.

We get some new characters, new bonds, absolutely amazing!!

This series is amazing!! Definitely another 5 star read for me!!
I can’t wait for the next book!!

*****SPOILER ALERT!!!!******

All I can say is….Jade is definitely going to be playing a villain in the future!!! After that ending and what the banished king admitted, yeah she’s going to playing a villain for a bit for sure.

P.S. please let everyone have some sort of happy ending please!?!?!? My heart can only take so much pain!!!

Anguish & Anarchy is the second book in the Broken Realms series. I was really pleased with the character development of this book, and I continue to be invested in these characters' lives. Again, the ending felt rushed to me. There were parts toward the end that felt cheesy/unnecessary, but there were also some twists & new discoveries that have me excited to see what happens next!

Oof, this was a good one!!
I felt Enzos pain thru the whole thing, his internal struggles, being one of the only ones who felt she was still alive, somehow.
And, I KNEW I kept Jade on the backburner...ESP how she acted after their true love thing happened [if that's what It even truly was] she was TOO happy & eager...almost as if she knew Aliyah could pop back up any minute and when I tell you my JAW was on the floor when she showed back up and saw Enzo & Jade...oof i don't even know haha!
I had a feeling she wasn't dead or wouldn't stay that way when three Queen gave her that ring and that's the last we heard of it.
I'm still in shock at the ending, yet another cliffhanger, and can't wait for the rest of the series!!
I really enjoyed this series & appreciate the opportunity to ARC read for the lovlies that are Jane Rosenp Publishing ♡

Up until the last 10% I was going to praise this book.

It portraits difficult decisions and struggles really well.
Seeing Enzo in mourning and being haunted by aliyah's presence but also getting a glimpse of the others facing their internal struggles.

Throughout the book, they keep hinting at possible outcomes and then never following up with the potential, which didn't bother me as much until those last 10%.
I could've thought of 15 more interesting ramifications than what happened in those last few chapters.

With great love, because I really enjoyed the second half of this book, what was that ending?

Why wait until the epilogue to put in everything that would've made this book 100 times better?

You need to read book 1 first!
The book goes through the grieving process of losing a loved one. Although I liked the first book a bit more, as it had more action. I guess this book is more like a build up for the next one, which promisses a lot more action. I still felt all the emotions. I was sobbing at some points and it had unexpected twists and turns. Getting to know every member of the "family" and their backstorys more was nice.
The cliffhanger was great or horrible :D however you wanna see it.

I really liked the first book, and while this book gave us a lot of backstory, it was a little too much. I found myself bored, literally nothing happened in the entire book except the last few pages, it was all just backstory and I found myself wanting to skip through to the end. I hope the next book has a little more going on!!

They kinda lost me on this book. Huge let down after the first was so good. It just went nowhere for so long.

We start where we left off and deal with the repercussions of Aliyah passing away. It's 6 POVs constantly switching. There wasn't much movement at all the book overall was a message on moving on and dealing with grief. Most of the action happens in the last handful of chapters.
