We had been gone and happy for months, but no good deed ever goes unpunished. Especially when Fae were involved. I was terrified for my mate when I had woken and could not find him, but once I had figured out what had happened. Had discovered that they had stolen him from me. All I could feel was fury. With only two warriors at my back, I created my own portal and stepped through with only one purpose in mind. Burn everything Faerie to the ground until I found my mate.
Magical beings really shouldn’t make plans though, as nothing ever goes the way we need it to when the beings we’re up against have magic as well. I will find my mate no matter what Faerie throws at me, I was born here after all. As I watch my companions though, I’m starting to worry that by bringing them with me, I may have condemned them as well.
As a nomad and child of the Moon, I love adventure and immersing myself in other cultures. I am from nowhere, and yet everywhere. Where I can not get to physically, I read, to journey there through the eyes of those who have been and experienced the wonders of our world, and worlds beyond.
Good last book in the series. Great ending, however disappointed it's all concluded. I would love to see more of the characters and how their mate bonds developed. Good storyline, although someone could have roughed up Aza a bit, as he grates on my last nerve. There is action and romance resulting in a mate bond. Good enjoyable series.
