Overall this book is full of great info for someone who is just starting their journey with diabetes. I read it solely to learn more about it, and I was pleasantly surprised with a lot of the info! However, I found it was very redundant and the same themes were repeated throughout, so I skipped around a lot. But ultimately, it was a good book that taught me a lot about diabetes and things I can bring with me into the future should I ever be diagnosed with it.
