While not as strong as Beautiful Dark, I think Olson manages to mine some interesting insights from Twin Peaks: The Return thanks to his intensely analytical eye and his encyclopedic knowledge of Lynch.

This will probably be more difficult for fans to get through; it's just as analytical as Olson's prior book, but its lens is much more microscopic this time around, moving from episode to episode rather than film to film.
