Not as bad as everyone states
So I liked the concept and direction of the book. It's main focus was on Tess and her "commitment issues" so to speak. She breaks up with on-again-off-again cheating girlfriend and has all but sworn off woman until computer nerd Courtney comes knocking on her door.
Things between the characters seems to move very fast and then very slow and then somewhere in between. Since the book mainly focused on Tess we really didn't get a big enough picture of Courtney so it felt a bit odd when things about her life were thrown in like the brother storyline. As far as the editing goes, it could have been oat worse. There were a few missed punctuation marks and once or twice the wrong name used. Nothing I thought was too drastic. Anyways, if you've got time, have nothing to read, and have kindle unlimited, why not give it a go. It's not too terrible...

No Expectations was a pleasant read. I especially loved Ali (Tess' daughter). She was a little firecracker - what a cute kid!
As another reviewer mentioned, there were a few grammatical errors, however nothing too disconcerting.

Loved it
Despite the grammatical errors to me it was still a good read. Tess and Courtney love their relationship and how Courtney interact with Tess daughter.

Much better editing, but still needs some help. Wonderful story again though. I like when a book makes me laugh.

Great read
Couldn't put the book down. I love how you really get to see every characters personality come out. Love story at its best with ups and downs.
