It may be a remote coastal town but it does not mean it is not dangerous. A murder will occur and it is brutal death and he will be pulled in to solve the case. There are more mysteries he will find out as he investigates the case. See how he gets on and how he will deal with the case
I received an advance copy from hidden gems and I was quickly pulled into the story

I enjoyed the premise and the setting of the book. The writing style is not my favorite and it made it challenging for me to read. I think some of the scenes could have been expanded and a little adversity added for the main characters to manage, and explored more which would have helped with the overall story.
