In the final mission, the cost of victory could be everything they’ve fought for.

The ultimate showdown begins as Jack and Irina race to dismantle The Veil—and face the price of their choices.

Jack and Irina have one final take down The Veil, the shadowy mastermind behind Isaac’s global empire. But as they track its leader to London, betrayal strikes from within their own agencies, forcing the duo to confront the ultimate question—loyalty to their cause or to each other. From Zurich’s financial underworld to a tense standoff in the South of France, every move draws them closer to their breaking points. In Endgame, the truth will be exposed, alliances shattered, and sacrifices made. As the dust settles, Jack and Irina face the choice they’ve been freedom or the fight.

Endgame: A Short Thriller (Agents of Deception Book 5), my eleventh enjoyable short (63-page) read from author Sam Chase that I finished in under an hour. “I received a Kindle copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review." The gifting of this book did not affect my opinion of it. I look forward to reading more from this author. RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018.

The last book of the series, although there could have been more, I would have enjoyed reading more about missions Jack and Irina undertaked. Overall a good series but the end could have had more action. It felt as if something is missing, that there should have been more.
Hope to read more books of Sam Chase in the future.
