Soup’s meant to banish the sniffles, not summon steamy chaos!
When Nali’s attemp at alphabet soup becomes a gateway to trouble, she finds herself face-to-face with a sexy demon straight from her nightmares.
Or is it her dreams?
Join Nali on a wild, noodle-fueled adventure as she navigates an accidental summoning, jumps into spicy encounters with a demonic hunk with horns, and brings a whole new definition to 'hot water' in this hilariously steamy tale of magic gone deliciously wrong.
Help! I Summoned A Sexy Chaos Demon By Accident is the first in the Match Made In Hell trilogy. It’s intended for readers 18+ and features explicit language and scenes, a feisty FMC, a gorgeous but troublesome MC, devilishly fun uses of horns and tails, and a love story that’ll squeeze your
“Zil-gurgle.” A snort escaped me at my sad attempt to read the words swirling in the giant pot of simmering alphabet soup. “Zil-i-grig. No, that’s not it. Zwil-griffon?”
A bubble from the boiling broth popped, splashing onto my skin, and I yanked back with a yelp. I rubbed at the spot while glaring at the letters that pushed together. It was probably just the cold medicine but I couldn’t seem to stop trying to pronounce the strange combination of pasta.
“Zig-rig-fil…zzzl-gr-gfffl!”
BOOM!
My kitchen exploded with color and sound as a beam of light burst from my pot of soup. I squinted against the brightness, my already watery eyes clouding with tears. Just as quickly as it appeared, the light winked out and in its place was someone.
Someone massive, muscled, and horned.
“You called?” the sexy nightmare dripping my dinner all over the counter drawled.
“Uhhhh, w-what?”
“You summoned me.”
“I what?!”
“Summoned. Me.”
“I think there’s been a mistake.”
“No mistake. You summoned me.”
“By accident!”
“I think the bigger question is now that I’m here, what are you going to do with me?”
“Do with you?”
Inappropriate ideas whirled around in my mind like a cyclone on the loose. My unwelcome visitor waggled his eyebrows, making his pointy ears bounce up and down with the movement.
“I have a few suggestions that end up with both of us covered in whatever you were cooking…”
“Listen, pal, I don’t know who you think you are—”
“How rude of me, red-nosed mortal! I am Zlgrghfl.”
His name sounded just like the vowelless word I had been trying to pronounce out of alphabet pasta. I groaned, realizing I did summon this mischievous beast. As if my night couldn’t get any worse, I now had this headache to add to the list.
I don't even know what I just read. You can summon demons by reading illegible letters on a soup? Huh 🤔 I honestly found this hilarious and btw who the hells names a MMC "Zlg“? How am I even supposed to pronounce that?! Another thing, the "book" was 128 pages and it ended in a cliffhanger?! How ? Make it make sense.
❛❛ …everyone is broken. Life isn't about putting all the shattered pieces together. It's about looking into the shards and seeing what reflects back. These are the parts of your soul that are calling to you. Heed what they're saying. ❜❜
This was just a humorous, lighthearted, sexy read that had be giggling most of the time but also cringing because what are these names? Zlg?? Kllr?? Also his nickname for her being “kitten” was absolutely diabolical please don't talk to me I am disgusted
Overall this was an enjoyable read, quick and spicy with some funny moments.

Gah! Nali seems pretty relatable and normal. She has a cold and is sure for a hot minute that this demon is a hallucination from too much cold medicine. When she realizes that he's not a hallucination, she rolls with "feeding him". For a short novella, there is plenty of spice and a good moment or two for some feelings. But that cliffhanger hit hard!
I thought this book was cute, it had a good premise and the scene between them was hot. I enjoyed the stuff about snoops aka kllr. The relationship progression between Nali and Zlg was really cute and felt relatively realistic. The one part I’m disappointed about is that I was promised a 3 book series and book 2 was supposed to be out as of January of this year and I can’t find anything on book two I can’t find a single thing about the author or any updates so that’s really disappointing because it does end on a “cliffhanger” of sorts, so it does feel unsatisfying in that way
Nali isn't much of a cook, which is further proven when her attempt to make soup ends in summoning a sexy demon who pushes all her buttons. Now, stuck with him at her side, she must fulfill the summoning terms that get murkier every hour.
This is the first novella in a planned trilogy and was a quick read. The banter is well done, and I love Nali and Zlg's chaotic thoughts. Adulting is hard at times, and there were moments when I could relate to Nali. The spice was mild but will more than likely ramp up as the series progresses. I enjoyed Snoops the Cat and found this an enjoyable read.
A part of me wishes the book didn't end on a cliffhanger since it's a lighthearted novella. The author could have made it a full-length book, but I'll likely check out book two when it comes out. As with most novellas, the storyline is fast-paced, but the author did an excellent job inserting a few serious moments that added depth to the story.
If you like shorter novellas, sassy FMCs, evil boy demons, some spice, and lots of banter, you should check this book out.
This was just not very good when it comes down to it. The compilation of thoughts was too chaotic and at the same time overly complicated. The author managed to say a lot without saying very much of anything. What I assumed was a smutty novella really ended up not being all that exciting, spice wise. I've never read a book where the author managed to make all the spicy scenes they did include sound so boring. She was very descriptive, but described the wrong things to really hook the reader in. I have never glossed over spicy scenes in any smut book, so that was a new thing for me. The book also ends on a cliffhanger, which I didn't really see the need for. The length of the novella isn't that long (only 128 pages) - why not just finish the storyline and make it into an entire book? I haven't decided if I'm going to read the next book once it comes out. I want to see if the storyline gets any better; I really thought that a woman who accidentally summons an incubus while trying to make soup would make for a more interesting read! So, if I had to let someone know if they should read it or not, based on my experience - I would say skip this one.
This was a hilarious, cute and short read that I can’t wait to continue. Nali is a dedicated introvert with her loving but pesky cat snoop. A misplaced order of organic alphabet pasta and some congested garbled letter reading and she now has an incubus problem.
Nali was just the right amount of snarky, spirited fmc that I love. She has witty banter skills but knows when to take a moment to soften up and think through her emotions. Zlig is infuriatingly funny and head over denial in love with her. A light hearted story that starts with trying to make sure she goes back to her normal life turns into a quick but effective dig through her trauma and the realization that if zilg don’t buck up he might be bumped out!
Be warned ends on cliffhanger! I am so coming back!
Going in I was wanting to support a new author, was not expecting to not only give 5bstars but be left screaming. Book 2, I have to wait for book 2! This is a perfect mix of comedy and twisted romance? Would quite call it actual romance but I was laughing out loud so much, before I knew it the book was gone and I was left with a cliffhanger. Cruel cruel beast, but amazingly written. Great first release. Cannot wait to see more form this author.
Nali is what I strive to be.. as in totally determined to not interact with people, unless her cat counts... (which it totally should!) Dealing with an incubus accidentally summoned who is trying to get her laid so he can feed? What could possibly go wrong? Such an entertaining and enjoyable read looking forward to book 2
This was a very cute story. Nali is very relatable. I've also done some weird things while and the fact that, like her, I can't leave a review for how horrible adulting is a travesty. This book has good world building and the timeline of events is very clear. Zlg has this brother's annoying friend vibe and it works for him. I wish him luck on freeing the cats. I always knew they were demons.
I read this as a buddy read with one of my dear friends, and we had a great time reading together. The banter is absolutely hilarious and so are the chapter titles. It's a fairly quick read and left us giggling and happy to see there is a 2nd book!
New accidents please summoning a demon could be so fun?! ;)
You ever get so sick you accidentally summoned a demon while making soup from the accidental order of 30 cans of soup you made. It's very instalove, but yeah of course lol. The story is cute and very spicy but ends on a cliffhanger. Book 2 was listed on Amazon a while back and now it's gone??? The last page says book 2 is coming January 2025 so not sure what is happening 😭
Okay so Nali is utterly relatable, and this story is adorable and sweet and spicy and I can't believe the author is just gonna....leave us with that little cliffhanger. Rude. 😅(Impatiently waits for book 2)
Cuteness 🎂🎂🎂 Plot ⭐⭐⭐✨ Characters ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Spicy 🔥 🔥 🔥 1/2 I can't wait for the next book. But it's a cute spicy read. The succubus was the main character in this book. The girl slightly got on my nerves, the art makes it look she is a pastel bubbley person and she is so far from it.
I read this as a filler for my book goal and it wasn’t bad! Definitely more of a cozy read based solely on characters and little-to-no plot. I definitely giggled out loud a couple times. One thing I learned from this book: cats are adorable demons.
This book ate and left no crumbs - except for me laying on my couch desperate for book 2! I loved the story, the characters and the spice that I need so much more of!! I’m about to become this authors biggest fan 😍
So...is there anyway possible to get this soup name so I can order myself some? Zlg is amazing. He's so...everything all wrapped into one beautiful Demon. Nali is adorable and entirely relatable on so many levels.
Please Rebel! You ended on such a cliff hanger I'm dying here! I need more!
This was a quick, cute, and spicy read. There’s tension between the main characters but, honestly it wasn’t even needed because it was clear they wanted each other. It was good! 7/10(128pgs)🎊
And boy was I not wrong! This was such a belly laugh after belly laugh! I’m not one to usually go for paranormal books, but the comedy aspect of it really helped!
Cute story, insta love and sorta HEA but cliff hanger so incomplete. Would have given 3.5 stars just for that alone. Hopefully the next book wraps this up and in a way that makes sense.
Loved the character development and the comedy aspects in it lol. Definitely super cute and looking forward to reading more 🥰 Rating 4 ✨ Spice level 2.5 🌶 🌶
