This author has a ton of potential. While the writing itself is pretty rudimentary, they're a good storyteller with great ideas. I am not only curious to see how this story will unfold, but I'm very interested in watching this author's growth as they find their voice and learn more.

Farlen's healing continues in Book 2. We learn about her beast. She's a hybrid and we learn more about her beast and powers in Book 2. There is a cliffhanger at the end of book 2. Yikes! Definitely looking forward to the next book to see what happens. Great debut series for a new author!
