Clara Whittaker loves Christmas more than anything!
So when her aunt and uncle decide to retire, she jumps at the chance to run the family business in Love Springs - the beloved Whittaker Christmas Tree Farm.
Clara firmly believes that a little Christmas spirit can solve almost any problem.
Unfortunately Christmas is right around the corner and all of Clara's belief in Christmas magic isn't enough to miraculously get the town council to approve the permits for all the new events she wants to hold on the farm...
Thankfully she now lives right next door to an experienced farmer who knows a thing or two about small town bureaucracy and the non-festive red tape that comes with it, right?
Nope.
Peter Caulfield despises everything about Christmas. After he heard the Whittakers were retiring, he nearly threw an anti-Christmas party in their honor. When Clara moves in next door and says she's planning on making Christmas at the farm even bigger this year?
Not on his watch!
Except small town habits die hard and Peter can't leave a neighbor in need, even if she wants to blind him by putting up every Christmas light known to man on her stupid Christmas tree farm.
And when one chance encounter under the mistletoe leads to something more than magical, well...
Can Love Springs' newest resident Christmas Queen convince the grumpiest man in town to give the holidays (and her) a chance?
Ginger Hudson loves writing fun and cozy small town romance with a grumpy hero and sunshine heroine. Her books are meant to make you smile and leave you always satisfied with a beautiful happily ever after ending.
She lives with her occasionally grumpy husband and their cat, Ed, who loves watching videos of chinchilla dust baths on YouTube. One of her favorite things to do is curl up on the couch with a good book, a cup of tea, and a cat in her lap.

This must read page-turner is a beautifully written, entertaining and heartfelt holiday romance. It's original storyline had me captivated from page one. Peter and Clara had good chemistry together and the witty banter and dialogue are wonderful. Definitely recommend reading. Look forward to reading more from Ginger Hudson.

When Clara inherits a tree farm, she has so many plans but getting approval does not go as planned. Having a grumpy neighbor does not help either. However, the constant interactions start turning into something more. The chemistry between them was intense and the story was charming as the magic of Christmas mistletoe emerges.

Clara was delighted to take over her family's Christmas Tree Farm. She has lots of plans for even more Christmas events but her Christmas hating neighbour Peter Caulfield is horrified. However, he has to help a neighbor in need and things go further than they expect.

Jess is like the sun, bright and full of spirit - Christmas spirit to be exact. Her new neighbour at the farm however is her grumpy opposite, not feeling the same about Christmas. A lovely steamy festive read with touches of drama along the way.

I guess if you are in the mood for the cheesiest Christmas book ever, you might like this. Clara doesn't seem to have a thought in her head that isn't about Christmas. Maybe March isn't the best time for Christmas themed books, but I don't see myself enjoying this during the holidays either. I did not like what I was reading.

The author has given us a fast-paced story that pulls us into the lives of Clara and Peter. The story keeps us turning the pages with connection, denial, realizations and steam.

This book definitely reads like a book that could be transformed easily into a holiday Hallmark romance. I enjoyed it so much. I would recommend and plan to look for further works from this author.
