Forever Found

Rate this book
Just when Addy thought she was finding her way out of the never-ending darkness and into the light, the monsters of her past have returned to break her once and for all this time.

Only this time is different. Addy knows this time it will be about more than just surviving. With her brother tangled up in the web of evil, and betrayal driving her rage, Addy refuses to go down without the fight of her life. She cannot allow her fears about Adam to break her. She has to keep moving. Keep fighting, and just hope he is doing the same – fighting to get back to her.

Determined to keep Eli from being broken as she was, and desperate to get back to the men she loves and her new found family, can Addy find the strength she needs from within, or is the darkness too much to survive this time?

Asher will do whatever it takes to get his brother and sister back. He’ll call in every favor he’s owed, use every resource his money can buy, and destroy anything or anyone who gets in his way. With Jordan and Kane at his side, all of them driven by anger, fear, and the need for revenge, they should be unstoppable.

But the monsters they have to battle, have plenty of power of their own. With so much at stake, they won’t go down easily.
Can Addy find the strength she needs to not only survive this time, but to fight the monsters who threaten the life of her brother. as well as the demons in her own head?

Can the men who love her, and the brother who would destroy the world to get her and Eli back, really be the heroes she needs?

Addy had only just begun to dare to dream of a future for herself, with the men she loves, a career she’s passionate about, and the brothers who pulled her from the darkness when she needed them most. Can she have any of that now, or will darkness finally claim her completely this time?

I don't know how much more poor Addy can take! The hits just keep coming! While the overall pace of Forever Found was quite slow and a little drawn out, it was ultimately the resolution to Addy’s story that I was hoping for. I really felt the ups and downs and the drowning in trauma that she was experiencing time and time again. This entire trilogy really pulls at your heartstrings and forces you to FEEL and while it was absolutely horrible what happened to Addy, I enjoyed reading about her journey to healing and better mental health.

Soooo many mistakes and typos.

Repetitive as fuck!!

Anticlimactic as fuck!!

This is my 2nd series I’ve read from this author and in my opinion from what I’ve read she can’t write spice, I’d rather read fade to black in her books than her spicy scenes. The scenes she had with each of her 3 mmcs was literally boring af copy and paste spice. The build up, the scenes themselves and the aftermath were all terrible. Now obviously I’m not expecting pure smut or super adventurous spicy times because of what the fmc has been through but I expect more than this. It feels like the author doesn’t want to add the spice but it’s what readers want so it’s the most generic boring repetitive scene with each mmc.

Also can I just leave this little snippet here:

“Come sit up here with me now,” Eli told me as he scooted across the bed away from me with a slight grimace, then patted the space at his side.
“I shouldn’t. The nurses won’t like it,” I argued. “I don’t care what they think. I care that you feel safe. Come up here and let me hold you. We’ve both had a tough couple of days, and I need this as much as you do.”

If you’re thinking, aww what a nice couple moment they’re having. Yeah.. no, this is her brother.

This last book focuses a lot on mental health – especially suicidal ideations. We finally get to tie up the loose ends, but unfortunately this book is severely under-edited. Really a shame. This author has a lot of books under her belt, and her writing is overall fine, but there are just too many grammatical mistakes. A wrong name for the fmc was even used once (don't know where Lana came from). I did however appreciate the focus on prioritising ones own health and fostering healthy relationships.

the plot of who is behind all this kinda dragged. I mean how much can the girl take?! Kane thoroughly pissed me off with his “youre mine” declaration but obvi that was the point. overall i liked it but it wasnt my fav of mrs taylors books. i was kinds glad to see it end. however if she came out with another series of course id read. I love asher and eli, the big softies. i hope they get their hea

This one was dragged out a lot with the same repetitive things happening over and over again. Someone would go after addie, someone would get injured and she’d have a breakdown thinking it’s all her fault. This happened like 5 times and it’s not even an exaggeration which is disappointing bc the first book was amazing.

meh

It was good, but I think it should of had several more editing/spelling passes done before publishing. If there’s one thing that takes me out of a book it’s tons of writing errors. At one point they even call her Lana instead of Addy.

Lost, book 3

This series was just too long for me. It was sort of a dnf, except, I had to skip most of this book and jumped to the end. Come on, how much can one heroine, or reader take?

I really liked this book. The plot is heavy, and I genuinely appreciated how the emotional aspects of depression were handled. The FMC’s struggles felt real and grounded—her memories, flashbacks, and internal feelings were very well portrayed, and I found myself truly connecting with her journey.

I honestly enjoyed all the characters. Relationship issues played an important role in the story, which added depth, but I would have liked more insight into the MMCs’ internal struggles as well. At times, it felt like their emotional processing stayed a bit too surface-level compared to the FMC’s, and that imbalance stood out.

The groveling could also have been stronger. I understand why the FMC was ready to forgive—especially considering how important emotional stability and strong relationships are for her recovery—but let’s be honest: they were idiots at certain points. I really wished they had worked harder to earn that forgiveness.

One of my favorite aspects was the FMC’s relationship with the brothers. That bond was meaningful and well done, though I would have loved to know them better. Since this is a three-book series, I felt there was room to explore all five male characters more deeply and give each of them more emotional presence and individuality.

I also missed a longer-term epilogue. Seeing where everyone stood a few years down the line would have added a lot of emotional payoff and closure.

Lastly, I missed more interaction between all four of them as a true relationship group. The RH dynamic felt more like three separate relationships rather than one cohesive group, and I would have loved to see more moments where they functioned together as a unit.

Overall, it was an emotionally impactful read with strong themes and characters—I just wished it had gone a bit deeper in certain areas to really make it unforgettable.

50% through, and I needed to take a break.
I love this author.
Most of her books are evenly balanced and engaging but this series is harder to get through.
There is an abundance of inner monologue.
Sooo much.
And believe me when I say, I understand what the fmc is going through however, by this point, I wish we could move further into the storyline.
I will take a book or two break, and come back to this one, once my mind is clear of the monologing....

Great Series

I wish I could give this series 5 starts. There was just too many grammatical and spelling errors.

The story line and execution of it was amazing though. It gives a very in depth insight into mental health and how hard it is to battle the demons in your own head. I love how everyone stood up for one another and how they all came together as a family.

Overall great read and story!

Good Read

This book brought the story to a really satisfying conclusion. I think it was the most action packed of the three and there were points that kept me on the edge of my seat. I found the story to be as addictive as the previous two books and I really loved the characters created for this world. I would highly recommend not only this book but the entire series.

Loved it.

A few errors but nothing too distracting. Absolutely loved it as I usually do with a Kerry Taylor book. It's sad and real life and that sucks that there are people out there experiencing horrors like this. As always beautifully written. Kerry Taylor is a master in her craft.

Happy ending!

I love happy endings! I knew we were going to have one, but the darkness even got to me. Mental health is real, and never judge someone because of a lack of understanding. I loved this series!!

good focus on healing and therapy

So this was good I like how it wrapped up the story I liked how she didn’t just find love and all of her trauma went away. She had to work for it and get the help that she needed. overall, I enjoyed this book 4 stars.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very good series but I'm so glad it's over. This book has a lot going on but is weirdly slow at times. There's a lot of trauma and mentions of suicide. It's heartbreaking.

What in theory should have been a good series was ruined by constant typos, misplaced punctuation, and errors in continuity, and facts. 5/10.
