Discovering that I enjoy reading the process of mind break, but get bored after it happens 🙃 but it’s a nice cherry on top to an enjoyable story, so how could I complain?

це було справді неймовірно!! нарешті мала змогу прочитати й цю частину і мене аж розпирає від захвату! ота солодкава м'якість, яка огортає всю серію, тут мене просто добила своєю млосністю. технічно це той самий mindbreak hea, але як же він доладно тут облаштований! взаємодії лі з ешером (та його думки з приводу нього) були настільки-- настільки ч у д о в і, усі натяки на майбутнє, його місце й почуття зараз--- те, який він з ералом та ронетом---- уся та втіха й злагода--------- гннґнґнгххх

My babies!

I have been screaming the praises of these books for so long, from the highest mountain, and to anyone who will listen. They are so GOOD I did not know sweet cuddly noncon was missing from my life but now that I do I will never be the same.

This installment follows Lee post mind break so he's already deeply in love with Eral and Ronet. This is just an excuse for smut, we all know that. But what makes it interesting is that there is another human who hasn't gone through the mind break and is still very resistant. I would argue more than Lee was when he first got the planet, but with less resources to fight back and escape because his communicator is broken and he's not trained in the same way Lee was. That interaction alone was really dope and adding something extra to this. Plus the super hot smut but that's a given.

Lee even gets to fly a ship and escaping isn't even a thought in his brain. The progression of where he was to where he is now is insane. That's what I'm trying to get at here. 

I love this. I love these characters, I love this world, and I just want more in any way that D Dove will give it to me. I don't think they're going to write more with these characters but I really hope they don't abandon this world. I've read a lot of dark Sci Fi smut but this is by far the most imaginative, most interesting, and just flat out hot. These characters and their story made me fall in love with D Dove and are why, while I don't love everything they write, I will never stop reading their books. Five stars because they have cemented their name as one of the best dark and taboo writers out there and that is the hill I will die on.

Definitely my favorite installment from the Alien Clutch series. It was a really nice addition, and now I'm hoping for another short story or a full length with all of these new characters, they totally captivated me.

This one is set after book 2, Broken, and now Lee, Eral, and Ronet are going in a vacation to the Falls. There, they meet another couple of alien mates and tbeir human pet, who's been having issues at "adapting" (in their eyes). Lee gets surprisingly interested in this new human and asks to assist with a process during their playdate.

It was fantastic. I loved Asher, and now I need more of him and his two aliens. I'd love to read another of their playdates involving Lee, or another book with the this new throuple separatedly. It was hot reading about Lee being attracted to him and reminiscing about his own journey until who he was made to become.
