The book is definitely a picture of truth and it talks about a lot of practical aspects as well. The author has even jumped out of philosophy at times and spoken about various things.
The auhor is Jashan Pahlajrai Vaswani, better known as Dada Vaswani. Although he was a Hindu by birth, and perhaps a Hindu in outlook, he was largely a non-sectarian. He espoused many ideas that cursorily looked Hindu, but his beliefs significantly differed from the important tenets of Hinduism. A case in point is this book, where his ideas of what happens after death, and what the astral world is, are not in consonant with the teachings of Hindu scriptures.
This text could be helpful for anyone who needs some comfort after he has lost someone he loves, but it cannot be a book that can be trusted for authentic information. Much of what has been said is the author's conjectures and surmise.
