I made a deal with the devil...

Declan Pierce is a bully and a sadist. He’s been my enemy since birth, and he’s made my life a living hell. But when my father barters me in an arranged marriage, Declan proposes a deal I can’t refuse.

After all, so long as Declan owns my soul, it can’t be sold to another…

But it turns out Declan wants more than I bargained for. My body, my submission, the truth behind what sent me to Montgomery Psychiatric Ward three years ago. And he’ll haunt every facet of my existence until he gets it.

I thought death was the only truly inescapable thing. After all, nothing is eternal… except maybe him.

Ohhhhhhhh I love this one way more than the first and I already liked the first !!!
Declan comes off as such an asshole bad boy who fucks around and cares about no one ….. For us to find out here that he actually ALWAYS liked Teal and wasn’t the fuck boy we thought he was it was actually a good surprise.
Also to find that he is actually a good president to his fraternity and truly cares about his friends INCLUDING Alex who I am EXCITED to read about ! 😍🥰😍🥰 all of this just made me like him even more ! I love how he is so perceptive with Teal’s moods and needs. I love how despite being her bully his entire life , he was the only one that never called nor made her feel crazy. And i love that he gave her no option but to BE his and made her CLAIM him because he was always hers. I love how HE was the one with all the PDA and the social media posts …. And if i wasn’t already in love with him there is a “MY WIFE” scene 😳😱😍❤️🥰🥵🔥🔥🔥
Teal was my favorite. She was so depressed and constantly trying to find ways to make herself feel. She doesn’t trust anyone and she has all the reasons in the world for that. She is strong but also fragile, she is sassy but also meek, she is artistic and beautiful but doesn’t want attention! She hates Declan for all he put her through but she also recognizes his power over her and how she says he is “rich boy porn” made me giggle every time !
I simply loved both ! But the book I’m very interested is ATONE and now I am also very intrigued the professor…. Hummmmmm

It's really worrying how recent English-language dark romance books have become so mediocre. Not only are they filled with clichés, but many even have identical scenes. Some don’t even meet the basics of a cohesive and developed writing style.

And this book managed to bring together all these repetitions, but with a complete waste of ideas:

* A female protagonist who is an artist and mentally ill—and that is her entire personality.
* A male protagonist who happens to be a stalker and a participant in some secret sexist organization with unclear rules and origins, but which serves powerful men.
* An emphasis on how passionate and obsessed the couple from some previous book is, with them always being noticed in some scene that is clearly irrelevant to the story.
* A male protagonist who kills a man because he disrespected and objectified the female protagonist—but during sex, he threatens her with being exposed and raped by all the men in his sect just so she doesn’t cum. (Even the female protagonist doesn’t doubt that he does this just to reaffirm his authority over her.)
* An intense dispute between the families of both protagonists, but both parents have the same personality: vain and ambitious rich people, as seen in recent books where one of the protagonists is wealthy. The mother lives for appearances and only does charity work, and the father is an ambitious businessman—possibly a criminal in 20 categories.
(Another class-conscious heroine who was born into a powerful family.)
* A list of trigger warnings for sexual scenes, only for the actual scenes to be almost vanilla sex—the difference being just a strong slap and the neck being strangled with force, even though there’s never a bruise. (This is not sadomasochism, but a fantasy fetish for people who specifically don’t like real BDSM.)
* The endless use of terms like devil, demon, dark desire, dark soul, and even hell to describe dark content or “wrong” feelings.
* I usually don’t mind a detailed description of the space the protagonists are in, but this book was sorely lacking in setting the scene.
* Another male protagonist with contradictory writing. Even though it’s suggested that he has an emotional connection with the female protagonist—and even an obsession with knowing everything about her—many of his actions and even internal narrations suggest more physical interest and a lack of care for her feelings. (Their first time together, he even threatens her with watching him being sucked off by another woman until she admits she desires him, but he gets angry because she interprets their relationship as a convenience for both.)
* The female protagonist is supposed to be a virgin, but there’s no detail of her suffering from the rough sex she had with the male protagonist. (All the pain seems to be justified by her being a “masochist.”)
Correction: From what I was informed, the heroine is not a virgin and has a past involving sexual abuse. But honestly, that doesn't change the lack of coherence in how the sex scenes were built and how she reacted to the hero's abusive behavior — it only gets worse the more you think about it.

JAW ON THE FLOOR with how this book made me feel. I loved this so much more than the first. The characters & the plot were so engaging & I felt so connected to Declan & Teal as a couple.

Declan Pierce is everything you want in a MMC. He was so obsessed with her & went about things in such an unhinged way but I fear I ate it up. The way he protects Teal HAD ME SWOONING and I liked how Teals mental health was written. It showed the raw and realistic side of navigating a mental illness.

There were parts in the book that were a little far fetched & if I’m being honest they weren’t giving enemies for very long but I SIMPLY DIDN’T CARE because the storyline was so engaging and it was written well

The spice SHOOK

“She’s the type of beauty that’s so big and loud they can’t possibly wrap their minds around her. She spills out in every direction and fills the space. They say she’s a mess because they don’t take the time to step back and look at the full picture on the canvas. I see her.”

I truly thought after reading the first book that nothing would beat Kole and Violet’s story for me because of how Declan was portrayed and whewwww baby was I in for an awakening .

Declan and Teal’s story is so beautiful I cried like 3 times throughout this book🥹😭. Teal constantly feeling like a pawn which unfortunately in this fucked up Sigma Sin society she is ; all the kids are . Born into darkness and die by the hands of it . Their hatred for each other has a multitude of meanings and secrets that it stems from and there’s so much truth in the quote there’s a thin line between love and hate .

If the first book wasn’t really for you I would still recommend this one . I would say the first was more smut than this one . This one had way more plot imo and more depth and I just ate it tf up👏🏾

Some of my fav quotes from the book:

”If there’s a thin line between love and hate, we’re walking it. Because we’re two people incapable of loving anything or anyone. So, instead we use our animosity to fuel this fire. We hate each other with so much of ourselves that it’s the only thing hot enough to sear through the nothingness that’s existed up until this point.”

“When things are okay. That’s what’s wrong.”
“What’s wrong with being okay?”
“It’s a lie.” I laugh. “Okay exists in blips between things being good and things being bad, but in the end, the bad always wins. Have you ever wondered why good things are so easy to lose, but bad things stick with us? Suns and stars burn out, but darkness is eternal?”

“You said nothing good stays, only darkness is eternal. But that’s a lie because you’ve been burrowed under my skin for as long as I can remember. And even if at the time I thought it was because I hated you, it wasn’t. You and I are something more. Something bigger. And what you do to me is greater than any good or evil. You are the only thing eternal for me ..”

“As bad as you wanted to die is as bad as I needed you to live. I needed you to be mine.”

“I’m yours … And if you want to take a knife to my chest to slice me open and play with my heart, I’ll let you.”

Declan and Teal…they’re eternal. What can I say that other reviewers haven’t already said? This was a delicious romance full of suspense, secrets, trauma and pain.

Teal considers herself broken due to her past and her current predicament and Declan is just the man she needs. Even if she doesn’t want to admit it to herself. He is a bit unhinged but this guy will do ANYTHING for his girl.

“You said nothing good stays; only darkness is eternal. But that’s a lie because you’ve been burrowed under my skin for as long as I can remember. And even if at the time I thought it was because I hated you, it wasn’t. You and I are something more. Something bigger. And what you do to me is greater than any good or evil. You are the only thing eternal for me, Teal.”

I mean😍😍😍

This world and all the players make for such an interesting plot and these alpha males and their heroines are epic. Smutty just how I like it. I am just loving this series.

Sigma Sin is back at it again (that rhymed) and I was absolutely here for itttttt!! I haven’t read a true enemies to lovers bully romance in a hot minute and oooooof this was delicious.

Teal is one of the founding fathers’ daughters and as such has certain responsibilities/ expectations that have been placed on her regardless of her own desires and dreams in life. As she has struggled with her mental health throughout her life her family has never really cared about what she wanted and only what benefit she could bring to them. When she finds out her father’s plan for her she’s approached by her nemesis, Declan, and son of another one of the leaders of Sigma Sin. He makes her an offer she can’t (literally because he’s blackmailing her) refuse. Pretend to be together in order to get him information he wants and release her from her father’s plans.

As Teal and Declan battle through each others tests of wills Teal realizes that submitting to Declan seems to bring her a sense of peace she’s never really felt before. And Declan? Please play Down Bad by Taylor Swift. This man is the definition of “touch her + 💀”. More accurately…”talk about her + 💀”. We love a man who sticks up for his woman.

I thought that Saint had a lot of twists and turns and plot roller coasters but Eternal really said “hold my beer”…in the best possible way. My jaw was on the mfin FLOOR so many times during the last 30% of this book and I was LIVINGGGG for it!!!! Declan is a criminal mastermind, evil genius, obsessive control freak and also a man in love. And we wouldn’t change anything about him or that. Seeing Teal finally start to find her footing and have someone she could trust and love just made it all that much better.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5

I CANNOT WAIT FOR ATONE! Oh my god. I predicted who the next couple would be halfway through this book but I cannot even imagine how delicious the reality is going to be.

This book impacted me in a way I didn't expect. Declan and Teal exceeded all my expectations.

I swear, this is infinitely better than the first in the series. It feels like the author poured all her emotions into the characters and the dialogues. The relationship between the characters is deeper, and you can feel it's genuine because they complete each other in such a unique and crazy way. It's adorable.

Eva Simmons is delivering everything I expected from a dark series. If she keeps this up, she'll become one of my favorite authors, and this series, one of my all-time favorites.

When we were kids, we were told that if a boy was mean to you, it meant he liked you. Declan Pierce has always liked Tealene Donovan but their fathers were sworn enemies, which made her strictly off-limits. And since he couldn’t have her, Declan chose the next best thing: torment.😈

Years later, Declan is now president of Sigma House, better known as Sigma Sin, and Teal is still the one girl he can’t let go of. Only now, his obsession has evolved into something much darker. He’s been low-key stalking her for years, even going as far as hacking into her psychiatric records. And when he threatens to release those confidential therapy sessions unless she agrees to “fake date” him... yeah, we’re deep into morally black antihero territory. Don’t expect a prince.🖤 This isn't that kind of book. And Declan isn't that kind of man.

Tealene is a beautifully broken mess, relying on prescription meds just to get through the day💊. She wants nothing more than to fly under the radar, but Declan makes that impossible. Once she agrees to his fake dating scheme, it’s game over. Declan’s done pretending, and Teal has no idea what she’s gotten herself into.🎭

Declan is completely unhinged, but somehow, still not the craziest one in the room. (Looking at you, Kole.👀) There’s a ton of potential in this story: dark romance (if you can call it that), secrets, obsession, twisted power dynamics. I enjoyed it, but it would’ve hit harder if some of the drama had been drawn out more. It flirts with that edge-of-your-seat energy but doesn’t quite commit to the plunge. 🔥

Add in the fact that Teal’s father has promised her to another Sigma Sin legacy, and things get even more twisted.💍

Sigma House isn’t your typical frat, it’s a secret society breeding future politicians and power players. 🏛️The Council, made up of past members, pulls the strings. Once you’re in, you’re in for life—unless you cross them. Then… you’re done. Permanently.☠️

Book 3 drops next month, and I’ll be grabbing my popcorn and diving back in—because when it comes to Sigma Sin, the chaos is never optional. 🍿📚

This is my formal apology letter to Declan Pierce, I'm so sorry I ever doubted you, king.

First of all, this book deals with sensitive mental health problems, as well as dark themes. As much as I thought I wouldn't understand the book, the writing pulled me in. This book is beautifully written, often I'd just repeat the sentences and marvel at how well written and well versed they are. Not only the dialogues but the abstract way the noise of the FMC, Tealene's world is described, I was in awe most of the time. It was so poetic.

Declan Pierce definitely started as a bully, however I understand now why I was confused about their dynamic because that's how muddled the FMC's brain is. The plot was thickening and I was devouring the plot like the scrumptious ice cream it was. I loved how their lack of communication didn't result in a miscommunication rather than a conclusion.

I didn't really want to finish this book because of the delicious butterflies it was giving me. I've read Eva Simmons's books before but I'm pleasantly surprised how poetic and artistic this book was. I wish I could read this again from the start.

♾️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️♾️

Eternal is my most favorite book in the world. Declan and Teal's story is my oxygen at this point. I love them so much and every time I read their story I fall in love all over again. Eva's writing is poetry and is like a balm to my soul ❤️.

5 stars for Declan and Teal!!!!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Audio Review: The audio was just perfection. I loved hearing Declan and Teal come to life and Eternal still remains my top dark romance novel! My previous reviews stand and I have no complaints here. Just praise for Eva, C.J. and Mollie 😌.

I am soooo excited for Atone's release in a little over 2 weeks and I can't wait to officially get to know Alex and Mila ❤️!

(6/24/2025)

5 stars for Declan and Tealene
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I mean how could I give them anything less than 5 stars? Eternal is a book that owns my heart and soul. I have fallen in love all over again with Declan and Tealene. Even reading this for a second time, I'm impressed (all over again) with Eva Simmons' talent to weave together an incredible story. Honestly, just read my previous review, it says everything that I still feel about this book and couple today. I love Teal and everything she represents. I relate to her feelings and emotions and I loved how Declan protected and supported her.

I CANNOT wait for Atone. Alex and Mila have already caught my attention and I need their story. I'm desperate for it to be July 11th. I cannot wait for Revere either. I can't wait to see Patience and her Prof, Jacob Gray together. I hope he melts her like an ice cream on a hot summer day. And after all the little things we learn about Maddox and Jase, I really want them to get their own books. I'm really excited to see how everything will play out! I am so excited for the Saint audio release on April 1st and I reallllly can't wait to know when Eternal will come to audio because I am going to be alllll over it! God and the extended epilogue? I'm really hoping and rooting for a Sigma Sin next generation. This was the perfect way to end March and I can't wait to dive into Legacy next month.

I love Eternal and Declan and Teal so much ⛓🌻💛! Their story is one that will stay with me forever.

(03/25/2025 - 03/30/2025)

5 stars for Declan and Teal🌻
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved Eternal so much 😭! This book was so amazing. I fell in love with Declan and Tealene from page 1. I've been intrigued about the two of them since Saint, and I'm really happy that we got to hear their story.

Declan Pierce is the President of Sigma House, and he will do anything for his house... And for a certain multi-colored haired girl that he loves to bully. He is strong, manipulative and so freakin' hot. God I love him. His silver eyes and black hair? 😍! I loved how we got to see Declan's character be true to himself. He was like, "well this is me and I am not changing, but you are mine". The way he became a safe place for Teal is what sold me.

Tealene Donovan is Bristal's resident "crazy" girl. She is an aspiring artist who is dealing with her own demons... And a certain fraternity President who makes it his goal to pick on her everyday. Teal easily became a FMC that I loved and rooted for. During the book, I felt for her. I just wanted her to have all the happiness in the world and I wanted Declan to be the one to give it to her.

Eva Simmons really delivered on Eternal. I was in a serious book slump and Eternal brought me out of that slump. The way that Eva crafted Teal and Declan's story was just perfect. I loved seeing Teal resist but give in to her hidden desires, and seeing Declan provide that relief to her was perfect. It was like a breath of fresh air. I loved every time he called her 'Pet'. It was so adorable to me. I love how she hated him but loved him at the same time. I loved the meaning of Eternal for them. I felt like each chapter was perfectly named and added to my interest in the book. I kept wanting to read as much as I could every night but also found myself wanting to savor Teal and Declan's story. I loved seeing their past and seeing Teal reach into Declan for that tiny bit of kindness that he hides.

And let's not forget the spice 🔥🔥🔥🔥!! It was sexy, sensual and possessive. I loved how rough Declan was and how Teal loved it. He gave her what she needed to feel good. The paint scene(s) were hot and I enjoyed every bit of them especially the epilogue 😌! I loved seeing Teal explore her sexual side. It's always nice to see someone find comfort and acceptance.

Eternal has definitely become one of my favorite reads. It left me satisfied and super curious about the next Sigma Sin novel. I so need to know what happened to Alex and what's going on between him and Mila! I am also really excited to learn about Jacob and see him melt Patience's icy exterior! I'm also realllly curious about Maddox and Jase and I realllly hope that Eva will give them books as well! Especially Maddox! He's too hot to not have a book and after this one, I need to know his story, especially after that little bit in the epilogue! Ooh and let's not forget what's going on with the Council! I'm excited to see how everything will work out.

Oh! And do yourself a favor and read the extended epilogue. It's so satisfying! And just a suggestion, but if Eva ends up doing a Sigma Sin next generation maybe Declan and Teal's baby should be named Torren? Just an idea heehee.

All in all, Eternal, was a great novel and continuation of the Sigma Sin series. I really recommend picking it up and giving it a read!

This is the second book in the Sigma Sin series. You can read as a standalone if you really want (no cliffhangers), but there will be spoilers to the previous book. As usual I recommend starting with book one, Saint.

I seriously don’t know how Eva does it. Constantly delivering banger after banger. She has such a knack for writing morally gray book boyfriends who will burn the world down for their women and I’m so fucking here for it. This story is dark, raw and twisted. My heart ached for Teal and everything she had and still was going through.

Okay, so this was even better than the first one, which I thought was impossible. This story was epic & I could not get enough of it. The way I need the next two books like I need my next BREATH…please and thank you…is actually insane. Declan and Teal have my heart and soul, and their love is soul consuming. This series is criminally underrated. I will never shut up about these.

3.5⭐️ 4🌶️ all i got from this is men who do art are hot !

no but really i thought this was fine... not great, not terrible. i did enjoy Teal's backstory and the dive into her mental health and thought that whole storyline was interesting. it was also refreshing to know the MMC wasn't as big of a manwhore as we thought he was after book one (tbh still a bit of manwhore, just not as much/in a different way!).

what i really needed was more emotional depth. it was kinda there sometimes, but honestly not enough or as raw and real as i would've liked in order to really feel a connection with either main character.

all this to say; it was average and i have read WAY better books from Eva Simmons. Her MC romance series is one of my favs in that genre and i just think her writing has really evolved since this specific series was published. i will probably continue onto the next book when i need something quick and easy to save me from a slump, but it's not at the top of my tbr.

Last quick thing- I listened to the audio and i wasn't really a fan of the MMC narrator's voice specifically. Neither narrator was "bad" per se, but just wanted to note that this wasn't a "must listen" in my opinion as an audio girly.

that is all!

Alright, when I was reading Saint I absolutely disliked Declan…. But holy shit did he make me love him in this book. I have such a soft spot for him and Teal. This book is fantastic and so unique. I loved the rollercoaster ride that Eva takes you on. The hate to love and back and forth between the two of them is so good.

There is so much depth to the story and the plot is insane. Definitely check trigger warnings because there are some very heavy topics in this book, but I highly recommend this series if you are into darker romance.

I can’t wait to read book 3, and finally know Alex’s story.

Releases 11/22

Eva was a new to be author this year and I'm SO HAPPY I picked up this series. It's everything I want out of dark romance. The men are unhinged, have 0 morals, are obsessed with their women, someone's always got some trauma to deal with, someone's always getting stabby, and the spice is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I absolutely couldn't wait for the 2nd installment of this series. We met both Declan (the Sigma Sin President) and Tealene (his secret obsession .... that he masks with hate and torment...from a rival family) in the first book. Their explosive banter immediately made me excited for their book and they did not disappoint.

I'm a SUCKERRRRR for a man who not only fixes some problems for her but *shows her what she is capable of* and Declan exceledddddd at that microtrope. Teal had ALOT of baggage and and he was with her every step of the way whether she knew it or not.

All in all.. obsessed. If you like Rina Kent you should definitely check this series out.... very like Royal Elite + LOG vibes. Book 1 is called Saint. This is book 2 with 2? More planned.

Read if you like:
- Dark Romance
- Secret Society President
- Fake Dating
- Mentally unwell artist
- Rival Families
- There's a fine line between hate and love
- Fun with paint 🎨

Yes, Yes, Yes!!!

Oh Eva Simmons has done it again!
Teal is dealing with her mental issues all the while she is trying to get into the Summer Art Program that is held in Paris, and she is trying to dodge her bully from her past, Declan.
Declan loves to mess with Teal, and is digging in her past to uncover some truths and makes a deal with her but she has to fake date them to ruffle up their father's feathers (she doesn't believe it will work).
This is a dark book, and I would highly suggest that you read Saint first (events and characters reference some things from this book).
Oh how I loved this book so much!!! Can't wait for the next one!!!

The more books a reader reads, the more adept he becomes at recognizing when a writer is trying to deceive him.

Eva Simmons's Eternal is a book with a very interesting premise, but it suffers from a problem—ever more common in literature—that of the dishonest writer. They use deceit and manipulation to solve problems in their story, acting as if the reader lacks intelligence and critical thinking. Unfortunately, throughout this book, it was as if Eva Simmons was saying on every page: "I think you're stupid, reader!"

The synopsis for "Eternal" reveals a fake dating plot between a psychologically sensitive girl and a mentally disturbed man, set in a college. Following this premise, one would expect the writer to introduce these concepts throughout the story, perhaps at the exact point where this premise begins, a little before, or a little after. When I started, I encountered an extremely fast pace; things happened quickly and without much explanation. I overlooked this because this is the second book in the series, and I haven't read the first, so I couldn't tell how far the characters had been introduced. However, all comprehension slipped through my fingers when Declan and Teal rubbed shoulders in her painting room. Even if there had already been some level of exchange between the two characters, all this intimacy still wasn't justified, as Teal describes their relationship as pure hatred. So why does Declan do what he does without any kind of impact? There's no surprise in the act between the two characters. Teal isn't shocked by Declan touching her that way, she just describes how she can't resist him, and at that moment, you start to wonder if you missed something from the book.

Finally, the fake dating begins, and you think, well, this is where the romance was supposed to start developing, and LOOK! Out of nowhere, they kiss, and Teal suddenly has an epiphany that Declan is the love of her life. Bitch, WHAT???

In the first chapter, Teal seemed frightened of Declan—with good reason. After her conversation with Violet, it's possible to sense a certain distance between the two characters, as if she were the one suffering at his hands but lacking the necessary contact to form any kind of truly solid opinion of him. But then, they have to pretend to be dating; in their first interaction, they kiss, and BOOM, an epiphany of love. No, that's not how it works. There was no pre-established relationship there, no hidden love. Eva tries to manipulate her reader, and to be honest? I could have played dumb and let this madness slide, but it happens again, and you simply can't turn a blind eye.

The construction of this book is extremely strange, revealing an extremely disjointed relationship between the two main characters. The feeling you get is that their romance happens off-screen, and this is a romance, a dark romance, but still... romance. You need to see the interactions between these two characters to feel their love, and in this book, that simply doesn't happen.

Declan is all or nothing. At the beginning, his speech about Teal is: I want to torment her, I hate her—even for no apparent plausible reason. I want to break her myself—even though later in the book he explicitly states that he KNEW she was struggling with a lot of shit, he still says he wants to destroy her. And in the other 80 minutes, oops, I want her for myself, no one is touching her. Again, we don't see this transition unfold; he just wakes up one day determined to make a breakthrough.

Teal. So much potential wasted, huh? I love a character struggling with her own mind, and Kim Reed (played by Rina Kent) is there to prove it. They're my favorites because I usually identify with them so much, but in Teal's case, I simply don't. Her mental health issues are an aesthetic. An aesthetic she uses to justify her colorful hair, her attitude, her clothes, her music. Teal doesn't truly feel her struggle. She talks about it, but she doesn't really talk about it. It's 100% the author's fault, OF COURSE. In the end, we understand that Teal truly doesn't have something; however, trying to kill herself is still a delicate issue, one that Eva doesn't handle with the necessary care. I don't even want to begin to tell you how insensitive Teal is to her friends; at one point, she describes how those girls don't understand her, but SHE doesn't make an effort to understand Patience's side either. Teal can be flexible with a terrible boyfriend who kicks her like a voodoo doll, but she can't see the side of her friend who has a sick brother.

Returning to the initial concept, I feel Eva underestimated her readers by developing her characters halfway like this, leaving them with so many gaps. Throwing pretty words in our faces, but not really piecing them together to make sense. I thought this story would be an improved version of Kimxander, but I received it worse.

I confess I'm interested in AlexMila's story. Mila is a good girl, and even with her random comeback, Alex seems like a very captivating character. However, it turns me off to read the idea that the author's deception strategy might be present in this book.

I wish this book were written by someone else.

"sᴜɴs ᴀɴᴅ sᴛᴀʀs ʙᴜʀɴ ᴏᴜᴛ, ʙᴜᴛ ᴅᴀʀᴋɴᴇss ɪs ᴇᴛᴇʀɴᴀʟ.”

Eternal is the second book in the Sigma Sin series, the story of Declan and Teal. I've been impatiently waiting for more in this series, and Eva did not disappoint with this story.

"ᴅᴇᴄʟᴀɴ ɪsɴ'ᴛ ʜᴇʀᴇ ᴛᴏ sᴀᴠᴇ ᴀɴʏᴏɴᴇ. ʜᴇ's ᴍʏ ᴠɪʟʟᴀɪɴ. ʜᴇ's ᴍʏ ᴍᴏɴsᴛᴇʀ. ʜᴇ's ᴍɪɴᴇ.

Teal has been labeled many things, hidden behind the stigma by her family because the truth is dark and demented but Declan he knows Teal he "sees" her. Declan may have secrets because of who his family is and the Sigma Sin house, but the biggest one he hides is his true feelings for Teal. He covers his love for her with hate, he blackmails her into a fake relationship, but is it truly fake when deep down she's his.... she just doesn't know it yet!

"ᴍʏ ᴅᴇᴠɪʟ. ʙᴇᴄᴀᴜsᴇ, ʟɪᴋᴇ ʜᴇ sᴀɪᴅ—ʟɪᴋᴇ ᴛʜᴇ ʟᴇᴛᴛᴇʀs ᴄᴀʀᴠᴇᴅ ɪɴ ʜɪs ᴄʜᴇsᴛ—ᴛʜɪs ɪs ᴜs. ᴇɴᴅʟᴇss. ᴛɪᴍᴇʟᴇss. sᴏᴜʟs ᴛʜᴀᴛ sᴇᴇᴋ ᴇᴀᴄʜ ᴏᴛʜᴇʀ ᴏᴜᴛ ᴘᴇʀᴘᴇᴛᴜᴀʟʟʏ, ᴛʜʀᴏᴜɢʜ ɢᴏᴏᴅ ᴀɴᴅ ʙᴀᴅ. ғᴏʀᴇᴠᴇʀ."

If you're looking for a book filled with secrets, twists, and turns that leave you jaw-dropped, then you definitely want to grab this one and dive into the world of Sigma Sin because after you'll want to revisit this world again and again.

Would Recommend!

My Review:
Eva has done it again! She’s one of my auto-buy authors, and this book proved why. 🙌🏼

Eternal had a slightly darker vibe compared to Saint, but honestly? I loved it even more.

Teal’s journey—her struggles and her determination to heal—was beautifully portrayed. And Declan? His obsessive, unhinged devotion to Teal made their dynamic amazing. 🖤🔥

I will keep it short so I don’t spoil anything since this is one of those books that you will love to experience for yourself.

The action-packed plot, chemistry, and raw emotions are brilliantly executed, and I’m already excited about Atone!
I cannot wait for what Eva delivers next🖤✨

ARC REVIEW!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Eternal!!!
🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

Fake Dating…check!
Enemies to lovers…check!!
Morally grey MMC…check!!!
Touch her and 💀…check!!!!

All the things I love most in a dark romance!
Enemies to lovers, secret society, morally grey/corrupt/ bully MMC with all the 🚩🚩🚩 I love Declan Pierce!

Declan is morally grey and he owns it! Love that about him! And his sole purpose in life is to torment Teal! But in all the best ways! This is a full on “I hate you so much” enemies to lovers but he will do whatever he m needs to do to protect her.

Teal is constantly struggling with her mental health, but you can tell she's trying so hard to be strong and move forward from her trauma, if only her therapists were on her side! I was so consumed by this story! I loved it and the characters; I can't wait for the next one!

"I'm yours, Teal. And if you want to take a kn!fe to my chest to sl!ce me open and play with my 🖤, I'll let you."

So, so good! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Also, I can’t wait for Alex’s story now!!!

TW: This book dives deep into mental health and self harm and the significance of misdiagnosis! Mind your TW’s! Your mental health matters! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Eternal is the 2nd book in the Sigma Sin series. It's an enemies to lovers dark college romance with the MMC being her longtime sadistic bully and the FMC having extreme mental health issues. This book is emotional, full of suspense, has a gripping plot, karma gets it rewards and a smile worthy HEA and bonus epilogue. Highly recommended for the secret society and hate to want you tropes.

Declan Pierce is president of the Sigma Sin house and he needs to put a stop to the greed and corruption within its ranks but he needs more proof to make that happen and his fathers enemy's daughter will be his main focus.

Tealene Donovan has been dubbed the insane girl. Her family has medicated her her whole life to keep her quietly controlled but she has some kinks that she can't resist and unfortunately someone is using that against her.

Declan hacked Teals therapy sessions and found some interesting information that will be useful in his blackmail scheme to get her to go along with his plans of fake dating each other.

Teal knows no one will believe they are dating and this plan will only make their fathers furious since plans have already been arranged for her to marry someone else.

Declan used the excuse of hate to cover his want for Teal but he's not going to do that anymore. She belongs to him and once she's remembered her past then they can focus on their future and the reckoning of those responsible for hiding there crimes.
