Not being interested in becoming a Life Coach, I can say this book gave me more then I expected. My goal was to learn and understand something about their way of work/approach. I got that and more valuable - the questions tactics...a bunch of solid and targeted questions for helping clients understand & refine their values. 5 stars because this book overdelivered on my expectations.

Now here is a practical, down-to-earth guide to getting a life coaching practice under way. While I'm not one who was able to do it all in 30 days, I do have my practice in place. This guide was, in fact, a road map to getting my practice off the ground. Helpful.

Ms. Stephens hit the high points. There is sufficient reference material. Good ideas. Could have gone into more depth in a few areas.
