When business executive Jane finds herself stranded in Evergreen during a snowstorm she checks into The Evergreen Inn owned by Tom and Martha Keane. Their adult children Holly and Nathan also live there and help with their financially struggling Christmas tree farm.
The town school is also struggling to make ends meet.
Using her business savvy skills and experience Jane helps bring business to the farm with fun family events, organizes a fundraiser for the school and helps with a festival for the town to attract visitors.
Jane wonders if she is truly happy with her demanding job or if she finds happiness in small town life. She is attracted to Nathan and they share a slow developing relationship and wonder what the future holds.
This warm and cozy holiday story will help bring a splash of joy to your heart as you enjoy this quick seasonal tale.

This is a cute short story with a Christmas setting. A Christmas tree farm on the brink of going under has added a bed and breakfast to try and save the family business.
Overall a cute story but there were a few word and grammatical errors that really should be fixed. I also wondered about (what I consider excessive usage) all the winking Jane did at Nathan. It was just weird.
I would have liked a little deeper storyline with the family and it would have been nice for Jane to tell Nathan that she loves him too.
