Conceptually, I liked this book a lot. I was specifically looking forward to it because it mentioned tips for virtual teams.

Realistically, these activities (maybe 1 or 2 out of the 50) will actually work for me.

I know my circumstance is unique in that I am working with a very small, half remote and half local team but I was still hoping to find something for discussion points and found that most of these won't be used.

I like this series a lot, and I use the majority of these games in training and meetings and even in team building and development workshops.

A must not only for managers, but also for trainers and consultants.

I really liked to first part of explaining how to use the materials and how to help keep an excerise from being a flop. what is also beneficial is a good portion of the exercises don't require any materials.

Lots of quick and easy activities for meetings with good discussion about how to set it up, make it work, and mine it for useful learning.

I found most of these exercises to be dated and stale, especially when working with boards.

Great team-building ideas that mostly stay away from stupid and annoying ones we've all done in the past. Lots of ideas to use, with specific objectives for each activity.

Great, every facilitator must read. Managers should keep this and implement regularly.
