I have always been a survivor, working my ass off to get a degree and pay my mom’s hospital bills after my dad abandoned us.
Then I met Richard Moore. He’s twenty years older. Hot as sin. My ex’s dad.
Wealthy, forbidden, and tempting.
He makes me want to be cared for, spoiled, and babied.
He says he’ll be my daddy.
I can’t say no. Not when his touch ignites a fierce longing inside me.
I’m exhausted. Overwhelmed. I need a daddy to lean on, a man who will protect me and be my safe space. Someone who knows how to make my body cry with pleasure every time he takes me.
But what if Richard wants more?
What if he wants to put a baby in my belly and make me his forever?

I kept reading because I hoped it would get better.
This was just a massive disappointment. It reads like it was written by a man trying to write a book based on a pornographic film. I'm sorry, but this is just bad writing. I'm amazed I managed to get to the end - and I can usually stick with a book despite bad writing if the plot was interesting enough so it's telling just how bad this book is.
Who knows, maybe the other books in the series do get better, but I simply cannot stick with it, I already wasted part of my day reading this drivel.
✨ Daddy kink ✨ Breeding kink ✨ Age Gap ✨ Workplace romance ✨ Lactation kink
If the above strokes your fancy, this is a book for you, we don't judge.
The pacing in this book was actually pretty decent and the smut was absolutely filthy, FILTHY, F I L T H Y 🌶️🥵🔥
That being said, the romance was nice, the romance plot was also sweet and the way the relationships (the ex being ok with his ex and his dad) all settled was actually pretty plausible so that was a plus.
Violet gets cheated on by her boyfriend but doesn’t really care because he didn’t do it for her. They were friends first, so David felt guilty and tried to make it up to Violet. Violet works as a waitress at a more risqué Hooters. She bumps into Richard, but doesn’t know who he is. David call Violet and let her know that he got her an interview at his dad‘s hotel. Violet went to school for hospitality. Violet was struggling to make money because she was paying for her mom‘s end of life care as well as having her dad come and try to take money from her whenever he needed it. Violet shows up early to the job interview and Richard is there and they lock eyes and she thinks Richard is mad at her but then she gets tipsy and ask him if he wants to see her breasts again we don’t know it, but Richard has a d@ddy k!nk and also a ABF k!nk. Violet had felt alone and neglected for so long that she loves that Richard wants to take care of her. Richard also has a Br€€ding k!nk that Violet is also into. Richard gets her some pills to help her lactate and then he br€€ds her. Violet and Richard get married and have a son names Mark. She gets pregnant again at the end of the book.

4 Stars: Really Good. Whether the story drew me in or a specific character, will definitely continue the series and look into more books by this author.
🌶️🌶️🌶️.5 - Frequent spicy and detailed scenes throughout. Good blend of spice and storyline. Kisses that can be felt for days, praise and dirty talk.
If you ignore the quite frankly numerous and incredibly obvious contradictions a page away from each other (how do you regularly engage in one night stands when not two pages ago said you haven't had sex in years? That is one example of M A N Y), a few cringy words sprinkled here and there (especially choice words in the epilogue, ew) then the smut was actually decently enjoyable. I'd probably give it 2 and a half stars if I could.
This is a sexy short feat that is pretty good. What I was constantly getting the ick about was the cheesy line when she is referring to him as Daddy, that grew tiresome fast.
It was an easy quick read. There was some errors but I was still able to enjoy it. The story of fate bringing to 2 ppl and them getting together with steamy moments.
Everything was there for a nice short read. Romantic, passionate, intrigue heart break. Then that all inclusive HEA! I definitely think it will be worth your time!
