Men get fat fucking faces, too. I remember seeing pics of Jack LaLanne in Maxim Magazine doing face exercises (think of mugging like Popeye), yup, even macho guys need to work out with their mugs, too. This book is great, filled with cool diagrams. Just don't try any of these silly face exercises in public or they'll call the happy wagon on you. Carole made a great book, and catch her face exercise videos on YouTube, also!

Kind of blurs the lines between ancient martial art and making funny faces. Enjoyable, but I rarely remember to do my Kegels.
