They promised me heaven for Christmas, but we found ourselves in hell…
We’re spending a dirty, festive weekend at a secluded cabin in the mountains. One girl and my three men; Dom, Tino, and Kirill. We’ll take a trip to the Christmas market, and eat roasted chestnuts, while we drink hot chocolate. It’ll be wholesome and sweet, a holiday movie come to life, but with added spice. And as the snow falls outside, and the festive lights twinkle, we’ll get all hot and bothered inside. After all, toys aren’t only for children on the nice list…those of us who like to be naughty get them too. But we hadn’t counted on the men watching us with jealous eyes, and depraved thoughts. Men who wanted to put us through a twisted game where we might not make it out alive. One thing is for sure, if we survive, I’ll never look at Santa or a snowman the same way again.
***Please note; this is a Verona Falls University Christmas novella for the Verona Falls Devils. First book is The Devils and The Duchess. You do not need to have read the first book in order to enjoy this novella, but it helps!

I have not read this series yet but I'm defiantly going to! I want to know how Mackenzie and her three men came about. This is such a good story, and I need more of it!
Having not read any of the Verona Falls University books, I wasn't a hundred percent sure on what I was walking into. 🫣 I don't feel it gave me any spoilers as such.
Do not go into this book thinking it's a sweet christmassy book. Spoiler alert- it's not.
it's grit, smut, anger, hostility, stalking, sexy, messed up and everything in-between. 😍🥵
Vegetable play anyone? 👀🫠
I freaking LOVED it. I devoured it so fast. I couldn't get enough. I loved the men, they were all hot and delicious in their own way, the way they cared for Kenzie was just utterly beautiful. They way they would do anything AND everything for her- Tino proved it! Iykyk!!
I was on edge at parts of the book, fully immersed in it. I was along for the ride in more ways than one. The writing is phenomenal and I can't wait to start from book one to find out what the foursome went through, cos, colour me intrigued!
It’s a quick Christmas read based on Marissa’s Verona Falls Series. You don’t have to read that series to enjoy this read but bonus to you if you do or have 🖤
Mackenzie is outward bound with her three guys, Kirill, Dom and Tino. After having their daughter they don’t get to spend much time together but this Christmas her daughters’ grandfather has paid for a cabin for them and looking after Lucy whilst they get the holiday they need. A wander around the Christmas market brings some unwarranted attention from the local but it goes from here to worse when intruders crash their festive cabin!

Don’t go into this thinking it’s all a kink fest, there is that but then there is red Christmas 🩸so do heed the warnings. I enjoyed this R/H storyline and would it be Christmas without a little snow and mayhem ☃️
Yule Tied Up: A Verona Falls University Christmas Story by Marissa Farrar, S.R. Jones My Rating: 5 Stars Reviewed by: Tammy - Book Nook Nuts
REVIEW I was so tickled these authors put together a holiday story of our favorite characters from Verona Falls. Mack and her men are off on a much-needed weekend away. The baby is safe with granddad. It was Dom's dad who gifted them the treat. Mack is all about the snow, small markets for holiday gift shopping, and spending time with her men.
It is going to be anything but cheery for these four and OH my gosh the laughter too. Talk about a dysfunctional holiday lol. I absolutely loved it.
The authors note had me intrigued from the get go “please don’t come for us if you struggle to eat your honey glazed carrots at Christmas lunch”. I throughly enjoyed this Christmas book if you love smut and are a bit twisted this book is definitely for you but make sure you read the trigger warnings first. There’s four main characters in this book, Mackenzie, Dom, Kirill and Tino there chemistry was off the charts don’t think I’m going to be able to look at strawberries, carrots and cucumbers or whip cream the same all for good reasons. But does the way they live come to haunt them while they are away.
3++ ⭐⭐✨ YULE TIED UP brings back the Devils and their Duchess on a Christmas getaway for a little adult time before the holiday. It is nice to see Mackenzie and her men doing so well after all the trauma and loss but what promises to be a few fun days filled with lots of sexy (aka kinky) times quickly becomes twisted and dangerous. This tale will keep you turning its pages, and when their romantic getaway turns wrong, you’ll be on the edge of your seat. Not your typical holiday novella, but if you’ve read “The Devils and the Duchess” trilogy, you will want to read this one, too.
An instant lets toss it all in here book. Mafia men yet college age 3 found their one female and decided to go on a winter vacation to reclaim her like the old days before she she had their baby. Of course trouble follows them in this small deserted town. Two brothers are angry at this group since they openly show love and they believe its only one man one woman not 3:1 ratio. They want to teach these 4 a lesson but they dont know of the background in Mafia they have. Its like a TUBI drama and i ate popcorn and watched it unfold.
This chaotic, spicy Christmas novella is a festive dark romance that delivers everything you want from a holiday read and more. It blends rich holiday atmosphere with sharp tension that makes every chapter addictive. The chemistry is constant, the pacing is tight, and the plot keeps you turning the pages from start to finish.
The spice is a standout — definitely a 4.5/5 on the spice scale with scenes that will have you kicking your feet and turning pages way too fast.
Christmas with The Devils and Duchess is as exciting as waking up Christmas morning as a child, not knowing what you'll have but knowing your with the ones you love.
If you haven't read their story first please start there because this will have spoilers for their overall trilogy.
Amazing and unexpected outcome. Loved every moment
Yule Tied Up was such a fun holiday escape with the devils and their duchess! Cozy Christmas vibes, spice, and that college chaos I love from the Verona Falls world.
It’s a quick read with great chemistry, fun banter, and all the festive feels. If you want something short, sweet, and steamy for the holidays and have followed along with the devils in their series this one’s perfect!
An interesting story line. Never read any of the other books and didn’t know what to expect. Loved the spicy in this till the town folk brothers came into play. I wanted to punch them! This book is about 3 men and 1 female. All of the men in love with the one girl and shares well. She is one tough cookie. A good read, definitely dark. And definitely some spice.
That was a great read but man did it take a very twisted turn there for a moment I almost lost it! That was unfortunate for Santa and his brother but well deserved. Quick and short read and enjoyable to read. It was good but I feel like it was missing something. Not sure what… but it was enjoyable!

I have not read any of the other books in this series, but I will be doing so soon. This story has a little bit of everything love, lust, anger, Holiday cheer and violence. I loved it ! The MMCs were all hot but different personalities and issues. I need to know how they got to this stage in their relationship. This is a fun and sexy read for the holidays.
I have not yet read the series this novella goes with but definitely need to as i need to get the background story of kenzi and her devils. I devoured this short story. Definitely not what you think it is by the tittle. you will need to buckle up for this ride. Definitely very spicy 😋 ate it all up. I definitely like kirill more pit of the three men but they all sound delicious.
All Mack and her men wanted was a peaceful weekend to enjoy some play time, just the four of them. But what they got was something else entirely when two strangers try to ruin their stay. They should have known better!
I guess this is a spinoff of another series which would have made more senccse if i hadnt read it as a standalone. I still liked it as a standalone but i felt s bit confused at times. my bad. it would probably be 4 stars if i understood the contextual events.
Trouble seems to find these four wherever they go. This was a crazy ride. It did not surprise me that Santa was a perv nor that Mack and Kirill would .....
