Sixth grade renaissance man Nate Wright is bombastic, enthusiastic, and larger than life — it’s why his friends call him “Big Nate.” But behind the bravado, Nate is a faithful friend whose antics crack up his classmates, impart life lessons to readers, and bring a smile to comics lovers everywhere.
Snack-loving sixth-grader Nate Wright always has his hands full—of Cheez Doodles! But those delicious orange curls make his breath stink, and when he tries to quit them cold turkey, poor Nate’s a hot mess. And that’s not the end of his problems. Can our favorite troublemaker turn the funk back into fun? Find out in this uproarious new collection of Big Nate comics, Attack of the Cheez Funk Breath!

I’ve been reading “Big Nate” for years, and these comic compilations always remind me of reading these exact comics when they were released, and this was another great entry in the series. It’s a funny and charming book, and I’m very glad that I read it. Not all of the stories are great, such as the story with Miranda wanting Nate to get her ball back, with Miranda being the worst character in the series. However, other stories, such as the doppelganger story were very funny and probably some of my favorite stories that Lincoln Peirce has written in a while. The only other problem with this book is that it reuses some comic strips from the previous book “Big Nate: Remain Calm!”, but apart from that, I thought that this book was great. I would recommend this book to kids ages 8-12, fans of “Big Nate,” or to someone who loves comics. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lincoln diva, you have done it again. You are only getting better. This shit was fire. I liked the Morgan Wallen diss cause I hate Morgan Wallen. Buy this book for your children. It is so good. It is so funny. I’m 21 and I’m still reading big Nate books divas. Lock in 😭🙏
One more reviewer-proof Nate Wright book. Whether it's Nate trying to work out how to be less egotistical, a dilemma with dates at the school dance, or just his dad being lame at golf, nobody can say anything on these review sites that will change anybody's mind about the book. If you haven't read Nate by now you never will, and if you do then, well, you'll have this on pre-order already. Typical good fun, sustaining the high standards we've come to expect.
Not as much cheez funk breath humor as you’d expect by its title, but still one of the best written and funniest comic strips out there still producing. Schulz would approve! Nate/Francis breakup was especially hilarious.
Big Nate is always funny. This collection of comics are up to the standards. Middle school has Nate looking at himself differently....can he change? Should he? Probably not.
