Fast-paced, steamy, why-choose, multi POV contemporary romance. I enjoyed the three main characters and how they’re all so different and their growth throughout the story. There is a major shift in the story around 80% (not exactly a plot twist but it does take a turn).
The characters internal monologues were somewhat repetitive which would draw me out of the story, and some details were lacking overall which left me with some questions about the characters and their motivations.
Overall, a quick, easy read by EM Merrill.

Review Rating: 3.5 out of 5 stars - Emma catches the attention of two men who soon try to prove they belong in her life. Caught up in their competition to win her affections, no one saw the potential for any roadblocks coming from anyone other than themselves. Good story; some steam, some drama and action! Glad Emma has a worthy HEA!

A nice in depth look at the pros and cons of getting into a polyamorous relationship.

Divorcee, Emma, decides to embark on a polyamorous relationship with two guys who don't know each other. When they eventually meet the emotions are raw, their personalities clash and it looks like Emma's dream will end. However when disaster strikes both Seth and Russell are there for her and a HAE ensues.

There's a lot going on in this story and sometimes the author loses focus, especially in the latter half of the book. That said it's an interesting read that looks at the idea of navigating a polyamorous relationship in the real world.

Wow! Where do I begin with this thrilling book that is told from several different perspectives. Emma is a woman determined to reinvent herself after the death of her husband and learning about an affair she didn't know about especially with it being so close to her home. She takes back control of her life in ways I applaud although it involves two men. As their lives entwine a threat becomes eminent from a disgruntle ex. Will Seth and Russell be able to get ahead of the danger before it takes out the woman they are beginning to fall in love with.

A wonderfully captivating romance read with main characters Seth, Russell and of course Emma. Told in multiple points of view, this steamy romance read is sure to bring the heat but also the feels.
