Piper runs her farm where she grows her produce and sells it at the farmer's market. She also has a good online presence to market her wares.

Her neighbours Brent, Dalton, and Tate who have been friends since childhood ask her for help in marketing their specialties on their farm. In return Piper asks them a favour, something she has always wanted, but will they accept?

All 4 have wanted more than just friendship but never broached the subject. Now that it's been broached, can it be more than just a transaction between them, or once that line has been crossed, it can never go back to the way it was? Can they prove to each other that they were always meant to be together?

A cute story that I thoroughly enjoyed reading. Piper Cassidy has been best friends with Brent Hayward, Tate Kirkland and Dalton Winchester for over 13 years, and now she has come to them with a proposition to help her have a baby, also they have asked Piper for help marketing their ranch. Piper is confused, but doesn’t want to lose their friendship, so she tells them of a plan with rules, but before they know it, the rules have been broken and they all need to tell each other how they feel. The guys have been in love with Piper since they have known her, but didn’t want to spoil their friendship. This is a good story that are thoroughly enjoyed and was happy with the happily ever after.

She left town and went to the big city, however she was not happy so when her best friends tell her that a ranch next to theirs is for sale she heads to Montana. Her luck in love and relationships is bad so she puts herself on a time out from men. The problem is her best friends are hot and she wants to cross that line. When they need her help getting their ranch in the black, she agrees if they help her with her problem.

When Piper learns from her three friends from childhood that a farm next to theirs is up for sale she buys it. She has always had strong feelings for each of her friends and they have had the same for her. They need help saving their ranch and she wants a family so they team up to get what they all want. The guys are delightful in their bumbling ways, no one wanting to destroy their friendship. They all get their HEA. I recommend this book to all RH romance readers.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. I liked how helping each other has Piper, Brent, Tate and Dalton has all their dreams coming true. The only issue is communication and once that's solved along with not dividing things, everything is good. All four share their love equally with one another and their family.

Absolutely love this Author and all her series. I just can't get enough! This was such a cute story. I wanted more and more of their backgrounds and what lead for them to meet at just become the friends that they are. I love how they finally took the plunge to be together and finally become that family they have always needed to become. I'm still giving a five out of five, because I want MORE!

Best friends to lovers is my absolute favourite book trope! Especially when the men are as exquisite as these 3. The men are charming, loving, caring, and would do anything for the FMC. Only reason for 4/5 stars was because I found the didn’t really have a climax. It was an amazing book but just very slow.

Piper longs for a baby and who better to give her one than her 3 lifelong friends? Tate, Dalton and Brent are 3 very unique men and they are all in love with Piper but nobody wants to ruin what they have. I think my favorite is Tate. He always flirts and he has lots of charisma and none of the moodiness of the other two. I do wish Piper would just go for what she wants but her childhood traumas hold her back from happiness. Overall it was a good story with moderate spice!
