Absolutely loved the 3rd installment of the Ponniyin Selvan series. As the tale gets more twisted, it sucks you in more. So many interesting and devious characters, such an exquisite historical fiction based on Tamil culture. I feel this one can be enjoyed for the ingenuinity of the plot. It's an easy read with mostly short chapters. Vandiyatevan yet agains remains mysterious on his alignment and there are so many elements of surprise. I can't wait now to read Part 4. I'm so curious for the full reveal of Nandini's backstory.

So many twists it keeps you engaged. 2nd book is still better than the third.
