RAGING BARONS MC – JIG, from internationally bestselling author J.E. Daelman.
“… A hero comes along… a hero lies in you” – Mariah Carey
In Book Fifteen of the continuing saga of the Raging Barons MC series, Jig, a single 29-year-old mechanic who works for the club’s garage, comes into focus. He happens to be at the right place at the right time to stop a further assault on a woman, earning him the nickname of hero, much to his disgust. All he wants from his club brothers is to be left alone… to ponder why he rides solo when his brothers have their Ol’ Ladies on their bikes. Knuckles helps Jo with her endless research and even Meat has the Star of his dreams to act out scenes with… sometimes bleach would be handy!
Where is his Wilma?
Perhaps it could be Kenzie? She certainly is strong-willed and full of vigor. The way she handled the mayhem at the bookstore showed she was no wallflower. And just what the heck is going on between her and Amelia?
Raging Barons MC Is not a hardcore read-MC LITE Each of the books in the series covers one of the MC characters. They can be read as standalone but are best read in order. No cliff-hanger, HEA
Jig wanted to be loved, he wanted what his other MC brothers had, an ol lady by his side, but so far he hadnt found the one. Mackenzie is a strong willed gal but with a temper, one she's trying to get under control, their first meet has fists flying (curtesy of her and Amelia). When their paths cross again will a second chance to get off on the right foot lead them to becoming more? Well written the story has your attention through out, the characters develop well through out and the hilarious club antics will habe you coming back for more! A great addition to the series
This was kind of a disappointment. The other books were just so mush better. I really thought the story was going to go one way but it didn't. It was a good read but I wanted something different out of it.
I ABSO-FREAKIN-LUTELY LOVED IT! I can't stop smiling, I loved it so much. This book made my heart happy. In this book we get to know Jig's character much better. My heart always went out to him in the other books because he wanted to find what his brothers have, a special woman of his own to fall in love with and he tried so hard but never quite made it. His character is a real sweetheart and oh so sexy. But sometimes I think he was trying alittle too hard and comes on to strong. Now since things didn't work out for him with Lina he's made up his mind to slow down and give himself a break from women. I was so consumed by this book I couldn't put it down and almost peed my pants a couple times. Lol. I've truly come to love these characters. This book is so heartwarming you can just feel the emotions coming off the pages. There are so many laugh out loud moments, some had me in tears laughing so hard. The old ladies have really come into their own. They've grown alot stronger and more confident if that's even possible and the three stooges are still as ornery as ever. Amelia in particular. Lol. When Jig meets Sara and her son I thought oh this is it. What Jig does for them was so awesome I had tears in my eyes. Then we get to know Sara's story alittle better I thought oh for sure she's the one. Lol. The first time Jig meets Kenzie I was laughing so hard, Amelia is such a little spitfire I absolutely love her character and wish I had my own Amelia to love. Lol. I love when a book involves kids and animals and this book has both. There are some new additions to the family that you'll fall in love with and as usual there is always something exciting going on. It's so romantic, exciting and fun. This story is engaging and so enjoyable. I laughed and I cried and I loved every minute of it. I EXTREMELY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK/SERIES TO EVERYONE!
There was something about the romance in this one that I had a hard time buying. Part of it was that Kenzie was such a bitch at the start, it made me not like her. I actually was hoping that Sara would have been paired up with Jig. The other part is that Jig wanted someone so bad, it seemed like he settled for the first woman that crossed his path that was available. And with their first meeting, it seemed odd that Jig ended up even giving Kenzie the time of day.
Then there was the 100% personality transformation of Kenzie. I get she was angry with so much in her life and that made her bitter. But then going to a gun nut, self defense nut, when that never seemed on her radar seems weird to me. And hating the thought of ever being on a motorcycle to embracing her trike form the second she saw it?? Again weird.
I did like how she save BigDog and how she helped at the book signing for Jo. But the bit with Amelia felt off to me, too weird.
I'm glad that things worked out for them, but I was also glad to be done with the book when I was.
Book 15 of the Raging Barons Motorcycle Club. I have to say, I think Kenzie is my favorite old lady in the RMBC. At the beginning, I wasn’t sure if Jig was going to end up with Kenzie or Sara. I am glad he and Kenzie ended up together, but I hope in the future there is another book with Sara in it. Her story needs exploring! Of course we had all the normal characters and they never disappoint in making me laugh. This was just a feel good book that made me smile. It just showed the progression of their relationship, although rather fast, and had an HEA. Looking forward to the next book in the series!
I loved the book. I liked Jig and Kenzie together. However, I feel that their is a huge plot hole in the book that was started and left hanging. Sara and little Evan, if just left as the damsel and son in distress that Jig helped, would have been fine. But you brought them up several times after that. Then, you didn't capitalize on it. I think it was a missed opportunity - could have caused jealousy issues, could have caused issues with the ex and had her contact Jig who then brought another club member into the fray. And then you introduced Maverick as a family member, who only recognized Kenzie because he saw Flynn.... scratching my head over that. But as always, good story....I just thought the author missed easy to read storyline filler.
The Raging Barons MC is fast becoming one of my favorite series. Kenzie is the perfect addition to the girl gang and being Jig's Ol' Lady. I love how strong willed she is and how quickly she stands up for what is right. Jig is almost immediately all in. I hope somewhere in the future little Evan and his Mom will appear again. There are still so many brothers that need a good Ol' Lady. I'm currently planning a trip down Route 66 with my husband - definitely not a spur of the moment road trip but I'm sure that it will make for a hilarious story about the girl gangs adventures.
After the slower pace of Rock we have gone warp speed with Jig. I absolutely love Jig he is a little nutty but a total romantic (in his own way) and hilarious.
Jig and Kenzie’s first meet was totally hostile yet hilarious, although Kenzie has a slight attitude and a red hot temper she is perfect for Jig.
There were so many funny moments with Amelia and Kenzie, had laughing out loud.
I’m so happy Jig finally found his one and his happy ever after with Kenzie. I just love this series and can’t wait to see who catches the love bug next.
Jig finally gets his happily ever after and I’m so glad he did,he’s wanted it for so long now. Just when he decides to slow down on looking for an old lady along comes one for him,I wasn’t sure at first who his old would be but he got the right one for him. Lots of laughs, some drama, old ladies and MC brothers and of course lots of love. Another great book in this wonderful series by one of my favourite authors 🖤❤️
Overall a light read. Few moments of anxiety thanks to Big Dog and work issues and some family sadness. Lots of laughs at almost everyone's expense at numerous times throughout the story. Love, Love, Love the wedding scene. So happy that Kenzie was able to find her happy work environment after some difficulty, and her pooch and his ride. She fits right in with the Ole Ladies and the antics continue.
I was so consumed from the first paragraph that I couldn't put it down. Jig is a SEXY and handsome man and all he wants is to find love. He got way more than that with Mackenzie. She is strong, opinionated and feisty. This story as always had me laughing out loud in tears and holding my stomach. The old ladies were full out in this one.
Kenzie and Jig... I loved this female character from the beginning when she was so mad at her car and life she went postal on Jig and Amelia punched her in the face. This girl was hysterical. I was hoping the other lady Jig rescued would find a brother in the club to be the next book, but it doesn't seem that is the plan. I guess her life is going a different direction. I loved this book soooo much! Well done J. E. Daelman
I just love this series. All the males are alphas and the women are bad a$$es. This book is Jig and Kenzie’s story. Kenzies life has been in turmoil lately that has her temper on a hair trigger. Jig and Kenzie meet when her car dies but with her temper the meet doesn’t go well. They meet again at TJ’s and hit it off. Their story continues until they get their HEA. Can’t wait for the next book in the series.
Really liked this one. Don't know how she keeps coming up with new folks. It's also refreshing that all of the women aren't in some kind of trouble. One caveat tho, learn more about guns if you are going to feature them in your books. Glocks are semiautomatic firearms, not pistols.
Jig is our main character who is envious of his MC brothers as most of them have met and fallen in love with their “old lady” - he wants what they have. Someone to love and come home to. Lina is the person he thought would be the one but then he decides to stop looking! Typically, when he is not looking he meets Sara and her son and then Kenzie, which leaves us the reader, trying to work out who he will end up with and why. As usual the old ladies are on top form, there’s plenty of laughter, some tears, drama, action with twists and turns and so much more. I promise you if you’re a fan of this series you WILL not be disappointed. Another great read from J. E. Daelman.
Can't get enough of this series. This book highlights Jig. His MC brothers keep praising him for helping a stranger in distress, but he is done hearing it. Everyone has their old ladies, and he is still trying to find his. Enter Kenzie and his world changes. Jump on board the Raging Barons MC train for love, suspense, and some laughter.
These Raging Barons stories are pure heaven. It’s like a visit home to family you’ve been missing. After the hiccup of their first meeting, Jig quickly realises he’s found his one. Loved it.
Fantastic read. I absolutely loved Jig and Kenzie’s story ❤️❤️❤️ As always this book was another excellent addition to the Raging Barons MC collection. A definite page turner and very entertaining. 100% recommend this book to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ you will not be disappointed 😎🖤
I love this series. I can't get enough of it. Every story is different than the others. I am excited to see what this author comes up next in her books.
Jig and Kenzie’s story was great! Loved how they met, the chemistry, and how she just fit. But what about the woman in the elevator? Could she be a mate to Mav??
This is yet another great book by this author! I love how she gives her characters unique personalities and great karma! They way she matches up the couples is genius!
It’s about time!! Jig is a sweetie and deserves his HEA. Some readers may find it a bit predictable but I love Jug and have been waiting for him to find his one. And as always, it’s nice to interact with old friends. Thanks Jan. Your books always make me smile.
Kenzie and Jig as super. Their story was a blend of new and reaccurring characters that made the book great. The bookstore scene was unbelievable. Amelia and Kenzie’s was was a huge delightful, thank you
Raging Barons Mc by JE Daelman is one of my favorite reads and she did not disappoint with Jig and Kenzie’s story. Jig was waiting for his ride or die and when he meet Kenzie she was perfect. Their story was such a fun read and Kenzie fits right in with the girl gang.
This is Book 15 in the Raging Barons MC. Jig works as a mechanic for Hot Hogs and Cages. He wants a wife, kids, and a picket fence but he just seems to have bad luck where women are concerned. So, he’s decided he’s taking a break from them, but he still wants a home of his own. He makes a deal with Amelia to rent her house when she decides to move so he’s got the house. Now what will happen in his life? This is when he meets a damsel in distress who has the worst attitude of anyone in the world. It’s so bad that Amelia punches her in the jaw! Yeah, that was fun. That was how we meet Mackenzie. She’s had several things happen that just make her mad and she is taking it out on anyone who gets in her way. But we have other thing that Jig does that gets him being called a hero (which he absolutely hates being called) and he meets a woman who he thinks might be the one until she moves out of town. This is when Mackenzie comes back into the picture and things get really exciting. As they get to know each other, Jig wonders if she could be the one for him, but he wonders if she really is since Amelia and Mackenzie don’t get along with each other at all! The trouble between them is hilarious at times and bad at other times. This is yet another great book in the Raging Barons series. We meet new family members and get to hang out with the rest of the family. So, sit back and get ready for some entertainment! I can’t wait for more of this series.
