I GOT SUCKED IN! The sexy scenes were steamy and had the perfect touch of humor alongside. As if my BFF was narrating it to me in real life over drinks with the bad** playlist emitting in the background. This book definitely had me truly feeling all the emotions the author was portraying. An emotional rollercoaster. I was anxious with my stomach in a messy ball of nerves for the MC, Mil. There is balance with the back and forth of routing for each main character and siding with them, then wanting to smack them upside the head and yell at them! CANNOT WAIT FOR MORE FROM MA CARTER!

This love triangle just hits! My soul felt all the butterflies, tears and torment the MFC experienced. Spice from the beginning and was on full rotation throughout the chapters! Exciting and heartbreaking every reader could empathize with each one of the four characters in this book. I ache to find out what continues for Millicent and her love story!!! Hands down “bro” a must read!!! 🌶️

I could not put this book down! Everything about it was fantastic and I definitely cannot wait until the next one comes out. The descriptions and details, suspense and needing to know what is going to happen…everything I like in a book…and not to mention the spice 🥵

This is a great debut book by M.A. Carter. It had me on the edge of my seat wondering what would the FMC do next. If you are looking for a spicy read then look no further. This book was interesting and held my attention. I look forward to reading more from this author. This is a must read book! 5⭐️
