Wow. Wow. WOW.
Jennifer knocked this one out of the park. I absolutely LOVED the characters in this book.

If you are seeking your mafia biker book boyfriend, look no further.
The FMC (Sam) battles some trauma from her past and the MMC (Cross) is the one that goes through great lengths to fix her pain. If you read Give Me Tonight, then you discovered that Liam is immediately obsessed and very much touch her and die. Well then, let me introduce you to Cross. Cross is very much over the top obsessed and fixated on Sam. He does not let anything stop him when it comes to her. Cross and Sam both help build each other along the book. They balance one another out when it comes to their demons they face.

5 stars well earned on this one from me. Although I was prepared for the end, I wanted more. I will be happy to see them in future books. I typically am not speechless, but this one was just that good that I have little to say about it. The more I say, the more I may spoil it. So, just trust me and go read this book!

This book blew me away! I really felt like we had the chance to dive deeply into both Cross (MMC) and Sam (MFC) pasts, present, and future. If you're looking for a possessive, burn the world down, hot, Mafia biker, then look no further than Cross himself. Sam is a bad ass FMC who overcomes some heavy past trauma and really comes into her own throughout the book. The overall character development in this story was perfection. You can't go wrong with any of the Rizzoli men truthfully, but I think Cross may be my favorite right now.The eiplogue left me kicking my feet and shreeking. I could read about them so much more, though. Definitely make sure to read this series, you won't be disappointed.

I am having fun getting to know the Rizzoli family.
You don’t want to cross, Cross. Family means everything to him, and now so does his girl, Sam. It was nice to see the other family members (from the first book) pop in throughout Cross and Sam’s story. After all, there are very strong family ties here! And of course all the characters accept Sam so effortlessly. She’s been through some shit and feels safe with all of them. Cross will stop at nothing to protect his “little orsa”

Absolutely love this book, the love and protectiveness is over powering, watching how the main characters help mold there partner in to a better person is heart warning, this is a Mafia romance so expect Mafia shenanigans and the desire to jump straight into the next book afterwards. This is also filled with spice and some moments that might trigger some so please read the trigger warnings before dividing in.

This was an AMAZING second installment in the story of the Rizzoli Family. I think my favorite part was the increasing crazy and acceptance of that crazy between Cross and Samantha (the two MCs). Their obsession with each other, amidst everything else going on in their lives is everything. Glad I kept reading from book 1, and will continue to read as long as J. Smith continues to grace us all with the great writing and swoon-worthy MCs of the Rizzoli family.

Was it even possible to love a couple more than Liam and Mia? Yes!! Cross and Sam are a match made in heaven!! Their story is epic with the perfect amount of spice and violence. I didn't want this story to end and felt some sadness when I realized it was over. But I'm also excited to see what happens next IYKYK.

Cross and Samantha story!!

I absolutely love how unhinged Cross was and so unapologetic about it! I love how Sam loved all of him and I didnt matter how crazy he was.
