Needs some editing

It could have been good but there were so many editing issues- changes form past to present tense, words hat aren’t words tucked into the story, odd pacing with not enough character development to really understand why characters were acting in odd ways... I only read the first 25% but just couldn’t keep going after “tireder” popped up.

This book was a joy to read full of action silence and adventure. It is about a young archeologist and accents in her life around the time of a bid discover. It is not what you would expect get the book and join the adventure.

Iris, an Egyptology grad student was not used to being social with anyone, however because of her non-social life, she was very good at her work.

Before traveling to NYC to her brother's first art show, she was working on some artifacts from a tomb discovered in Italy but had Egyptian items. Having experience some sort of flashback, Iris is worry she is having a breakdown due to over working herself.

John Hale is the man that has help her brother Jay to his first show, meeting Iris for the first time, he know there is something about her. Iris feels very safe when she's around him.

Rob is Iris's co-worker, being attracted to her has been difficult to him since Iris doesn't seems to like him. When Iris decides to give herself a chance with Rob, John makes it his mission to let her know how he feels about him.

There are many interesting things happening throughout the story and you will learn how this 3 characters are connected to one another.

I found the story fascinating and I was not able to put the book down until I read the last page.

I recommend this book.
