This book has not aged well. Maybe revolutionary when it was first published, the basic theme that I took away was the diversity is good and people that reject it are bad...

I have to agree with that premise but do not need to read a book to know that. This "sleeping pill ok paper" is on the Navy Reading List so I can at least check it off as completed.

A good beginning for the study of diversity. This book is mainly about business.
