Something between a preview and table of contents of a book (not this one!). Has some good ideas that could be applied to a paperless office, but they're merely mentioned by name and not really developed. Feels... incomplete and rushed.

I hate it when I neglect to look at the number of pages before placing a library hold. Yep, this was one of those "teaser" books that was produced to try to get you to buy other materials. Not only that, but the audiobook version I encountered sounded like it had simply been taped at a live workshop or something, so it had visual aids referenced that didn't make sense. It went through a very good daily work file system (does anybody besides teachers use paper files for that anymore?) and that's all.
