This was a good one but the lack of common sense/sense in general lost stars. All the characters are likeable initially but the brain power was missing from every single partner in the operation. I also feel like the author tried to hard to indicate accents and location lol after the first 22 Thurr we get it they in St.Louis w. Chingy,Nelly and Sexy Red. My real issue is the two main brothers were raised by an unhinged cartel boss, and really thought they was gonna walk away with peace and joy ??? Like of all the things yall could think WHY DID YALL THINK THAT? Like maybe had they not been introduced to us with Lupe going crazy tryna torture a man then I’d say “hey this guy is reasonable” like WTF. As for Keoni, I don’t like the sharp and drastic pivot into a cardinal. She was Billy Bad ass for almost the whole book, All it took was some D and fed time for her to just turn off her brain. Like did you not learn this lesson and serve 10 yrs for the lesson of putting men over you??? I’m optimistic they could experience growth but I don’t know if I’m fully invested in the outcomes. Like no one really had any sense. Autumn arguing with inmate 384648 instead of getting a divorce cus how he got 10,000 for some hoochie but ain’t put nothing down on your moms house? Yeah girl that’s not ya husband. Overall it’s a really good story if you can accept a bunch of dummies. Also Renzo weird cus you worked to take down a St.Louis operation when you knew ya brothers was in St.Louis BUT LEFT THE CARTEL ALONE BFFR 🍅🍅🍅🍅

LOVED

CoCo Shawndé did her thing with Securing the Heart of a Millionaire! The ending left me absolutely speechless—so many twists and turns, I never knew what was coming next. It had me glued to every page! All the characters were so likable, which made the story even more enjoyable. CoCo really knows how to deliver a masterpiece. Highly recommend! Can’t wait until the second installment!!
