Life Changing

When a young FBI agent returns to his home town to recover, his life takes a traumatic turn. He's not healing fast and his mother's coddling was pushing him to the edge of insanity. It felt like prison.
A girl he'd grown up with was facing her own sentence. After the trauma of losing her mom to cancer, she had planned to return to her successful business as a hair dresser. Then the bomb dropped. Her mom had left her the family bookstore in her will. She'd never even thought of running a business or, being saddled by her mother's wishes that she not sell the store for at least ten years!

The book was ok.
I just couldn't see the main characters in a long standing relationship. They were way too different. I believe the diference bought the comic side of the book forth, and they semeed like they can at some point become great friends, but not a couple.

I loved this book - and the entire series - going to start her next ones. Can't wait until the final book of this series is released in November. Very funny, cute books. By the way, I NEVER write book reviews but so loved these that I had to write a note.

Thoroughly enjoyed this great laugh out loud book. True small town story, wonderful characters. Would make a fun Hallmark movie. Anxiouxly waiting for book 3.
