Reading this series ( Mate Rejected ) has been so fun and even has some tender moments as well as sad ones, but I truly enjoyed it. Even tho I think this is supposed to be the end of the series I really do hope there will be more.
This last book in the series “Found “ Mate Rejected Book 8 was absolutely amazing. When I finally got to book 6 I did not expect it to go back to Mack and Aerin. I was taken back by the how the series ended up. I was so sad that they had to be separated and how Shane came back thinking he could just come back into her life just because they were fated mates at one time. Of course in the werewolf world you cannot undo a rejection but he i think felt shocked when the love of his life Bree died and thought he could just go back with Aerin and make her see reason in his screwed up mind. I think him dying for Aerin kinda redeemed him for almost all the shitty things he had done and all the abuse she suffered. Now that does not mean it made me like him per se, but I think making the ultimate sacrifice by dying to protect his former fated mate and his baby for the guilt he felt for everything he did to her redeemed him. I do believe he finally loved her in the end, but I feel like he should not have done those things to begin with and feel it should not have taken for all the stuff to happen as it did for him to finally love her like how she wanted it to be to begin with.
I am so glad that they finally live like how a pack should on one property in one big house with everyone being safe in larger numbers. I’m also glad that Aerins’ dad finally made amends with his daughter and that there relationship is finally how it should be and has finally decided to take a new mate and Aerin now has two new siblings. I’m Also happy that Macks’ dad is finally accepting of his omega daughter in-law and has made amends with his son and has taken on a new mate with Aerins aunt. Even tho Mack and Aerin now have one more thing in common in regards to their fathers and making amends, and healing how they are as well as the fact of taken them all in is a good thing. Family Is very important and considering how in the werewolf world their pack is considered family the fact that they have all finally made amends and healed together I think it makes them even stronger.
In conclusion I really wish the author would continue the series because it would be really nice to get a book on Macks’ Dad and Aerins’ dad as well. I would also like to see a book on Aerins’ aunt Ivy and maybe some of the members from Aerins’ moms old pack. Anyway besides my desires I truly felt this series was brilliant and can’t wait to see what comes next. If the author should see this I would like to say thank you for creating such a wonderful series. I know I’m not the only one who enjoys your wondrous works of art. Please don’t stop creating your masterpieces. 🥰

Great series.

Enjoyable
