For over a decade, Tessa Shaw has been on an unrelenting journey to figure out who she truly is and she’s still not done. I just finished reading and this book is a direct continuation of the first book, T as in Timeless and I have to say that I love the second book so much more than the first book!
Like the first book, I love how the book is written chronologically alongside Taylor’s album and I love the found family aspect in this second book so much along with the core group’s character development especially Katy and Cameron. I also think why I love the second book a lot more is because I love to read about the messy/ party it girl and that was a pretty huge part of who she was in the book. Calvin is my favourite character because he is so mature and he is the first person that is actually there for Tessa all the time so he has a special place in my heart and I also love Joe at a close second. He is so It’s Nice to Have a Friend coded! This second book also delve deeper into the double standards in the industry as there are a few passive aggressive comments here and there from others and it is so not fair how people don’t really take her work as seriously as Taylor’s even though they’re both in the more “artistic” line of work.
My favourite scene I would have to say be the Sweet Nothings poem scene please read and you would understand me!!

i laughed out loud, gasped, love love loved it. going to miss Tessa and Taylor. loved all of the Taylor Swift references but honestly. MASTERMIND!!! incredible

Seriously though, this book is absolutely brilliant. This is the second instalment in a book series filled with emotions, parties, growth, friendship, healing and so so much more. Any lovers of Taylor Swift will LOVE these books; Abi’s research was extensive, and she was one of the top TS listeners of the year!
An incredible writer with an amazing story to tell. Can’t wait to see more from you, Abi!
