The Ripple Effect: Healing Ourselves, Healing Our Planet is a fascinating look at the connections to nature and simple lifestyle changes. A look at the connections of today's stress-filled, need to be busy, convenience laden society. A close-up look at how things like stress, poor diet, lack of exercise, lack of connection to nature, poor sleep, and more affect our health so dramatically. What should be simple is so complicated. This book is so well researched, research and facts and info is so well documented, definitely a worthwhile read!

Well thought out and creative take on healing our planet. The Ripple Effect is a call to action to address the climate crisis, by taking better care of ourselves and the environment which supports life as we know it. 🌎 More than ever, we all need to come together towards a purpose that truly benefits the environment and humanity as a whole.
Every action we take has more than one reaction, each with its own ripple effect.
This is an everyone - everywhere mission.
We can do better!
