I really appreciated this work by Rev. Lance. At one point in her book she mentions not moving away from the “sting of hard conversations”, which I think she models well. She tackles some of the realities of how the Church is currently comprised and our inconsistencies in terms of how women and men work together for the good of the Kingdom. She details well different roadblocks that need to be removed and paints a picture of a better, brighter future. It’s worth the read!
