This book started off so strong for me and I would’ve loved it had it focused on Lonii and Chief. By adding in personal stories for all the side characters, I feel like Lonii and Chief’s story wasn’t as flushed out as it could’ve been. They had some big moments we kinda glanced over and some that could’ve been included to add to their story. I think each couple could’ve gotten their own books because they had interesting stories.

This was literally 5 stories in one! So many novels can be birth from this.
It had great potential but it read like the author thought she was only gonna be able to write one book, ever.

The storyline of Loni and Chief was so strong and had me so invested but once all the other characters got chapters I felt we lost sight of the main characters and it was so much brushed aside with then that could’ve used more details and I felt the last 10 chapters was so rushed and so much was happening that I couldn’t really get into it before it was over
But I would give the book at 3⭐️

I can't believe I'm saying this but this should have been a series. There were way too many underdeveloped plots. The ideas were there though. I kept having to go back & see if I missed something because everything went from 0 to 100 in like 2 pages.
