Billionaire Devil is the third book in the New York Billionaires series by Julie Capulet. This is Colton’s book, the youngest of the four Maddox brothers. This is such a delicious over the top insta love romance. I’ve been loving these Maddox brothers since the first book of this series. When they fall, they fall hard and fast and nothing will stand in the way of claiming the woman of their dreams. The blurb of the book says just about everything you need to know so I’ll try to give you a couple of other details that might convince you to pick this book as your next read. Or any of the books in this series!



Colton Maddox is twenty six years old, the youngest of the four Maddox brothers. He is known as the King of Heartbreak because he never sees a woman more than one night. He lets her know right up front that this is one night only but they always believe they will be the one to win him over. They aren’t. Maddox and his brothers lost their mother at a young age and were raised by a cold, unfeeling father. There was no love in their home, only nannies and boarding schools from a very young age. When their father passed, Colton’s oldest brother took over his father’s firm but the other three brothers started their own investment company, Invested Enterprises, which has been wildly successful. Colton is beyond rich, being very good at his job. It’s at a company party celebrating their best quarter yet when he first meets “her,” and his life was forever changed.

Lila Bailey is twenty three years old. Lila has dreams of being a fashion designer. She grew up in Los Angeles but after losing her mother, she decided she would try to make her dreams come true in New York. She’s been there now for a year but between working for a store that dresses the mega rich, which was slowly sucking the life out of her, and working several nights a week as a waitress, all to be able to buy food and pay the rent on her postage stamp apartment, she’s about ready to give up. When her best friend from L.A. calls and asks her to be maid of honor at her wedding, Lila thinks maybe she should take this as a sign to throw in the towel and go home. But, on the night before she was to leave, she goes to a party with her girlfriend who just happens to be the assistant to Colton Maddox, and she meets him for the first time. Next thing she knows, he’s packing her up into a fancy RV, insisting they made a deal, that he was going to drive her to LA for the wedding, and checking off items of her bucket list all along the way.



Lila was warned thoroughly about Colton’s heartbreaker reputation. But she takes this week for what it is, a week long escape from her worries, to try to figure out what to do next. She may be innocent, but Lila is no pushover. The banter between these two was so fun. Maybe kind of their love language, only they didn’t realize it yet! Colton can’t figure out why he is so obsessed with Lila. All he can think about is how to make her happy. He does everything in his power to make the trip as amazing as possible for Lila. Because as each day passes, he begins to realize, that after this week is over, he doesn’t want to let her go.

This is one of those books that are a wonderful escape from reality. Colton has more money than he could ever spend and I loved the way he showered Lila with the finer things. And Lila who existed on a diet of Ramen Noodles, was suddenly eating the finest foods and drinking the finest champagne. But really, the money didn’t mean anything to her. She wanted love, the fairy tale. And is convinced that Colton is not capable of that. That when this week is over, they’ll go their separate ways. You’ll have to read the book to see how it all turns out. All I can say is that it had the sweetest ending. And be sure you download the bonus epilogue. It was wonderful. The last single brother is Noah. I can’t wait to watch him fall in love as well!

So,here I am,on forced bedrest because I fractured my left leg,tore some ligaments,and a sprain to top things off,not to mention various shading of bruises.
What is a girl to do except catch up on the neverending tbr pile.
I have been reading tons of dark mafia and some murder mysteries.So when I had dreams/ nightmares about chopped up bodies and monsters hiding in closets,it was time to take a break from those genres and read something completely different.
Billionaire Devil,book#3,in this series about 4 billionaire batchelor brothers who find their one and only is my choice to read.
What a completely 360 for me as this was exactly what I needed.A light and frothy read with an ott H and an adorable heroine.

I really enjoyed this book.Even though Colton presented himself as a manho at the beginning,and I was fully expecting to dislike him,he won me over very soon into the story.I loved that when he is first introduced to Lila,that was it for him and he went out of his comfort zone to make all her desires come true for her.I mean really,you want to drive cross country to your best friend's wedding in your beat up Toyota,how about a top of the line luxury motorcoach to get you there courtesy of hero as your personal driver.You need a pair of cowgirl boots to match your dress ,let's just pull over,pay 2 passing strangers to watch your luxury transport and spend close to$4000 for your pretty little feet.Who doesn't want a man to spoil and worship you!
Reading their romance,all I could think is that he is such a loveable rascal!
So far,this has been my favorite out of the 3 books.The 4th brother should be getting his hea soon.
So,yea,not going to be dreaming about chopped up bodies tonight,that's for sure!
This book delivered for me,hence the 5 star rating.

Should I read in order?
This is very readable alone even though it’s #3 in Capulet’s New York Billionaires series.

Basic plot:
Lila gets drunk and tells her friend’s boss all about her problems – including her unrequited love being on the guest list at her friend’s wedding she’s driving cross country to the next day. When he shows up the next morning, they go on the road trip of a lifetime.

My thoughts:
I really enjoyed this book! I loved Capulet’s writing style – I feel into it really easily and I found her funny and engaging. I loved her playful dialogue. I definitely want to try more from her!

This is my first billionaire romance (I think??) and I rather loved leaving behind all the financial stress of life and reading about doing anything your heart desires. I loved how obsessed the hero was and how hard he pursued her. That is my jam in romance and I found it in spades here.

There was some aspects that were definitely a bit cringey to me….things the hero would say in the bedroom that had me rolling my eyes a bit but also eating it up. Like cringing but loving it?? haha


As for the pregnancy aspect – I kind of wish we had the briefest passing thought from the heroine that she wanted a baby? Knowing her history with her mom getting pregnant and then being alone raising her, knowing she was on birth control but forgot to take it but seemed like she was still within the plan B option….I don’t know it was all a bit cringey? I did love how into it the hero was. Like it was obvious he was secretly hopeful for a baby – the no condom option, the slight irritation over her being on birth control, the breeding vibes...Maybe it’s just my sensitivity to all pregnancy nuances lol. I didn’t hate that she got pregnant but I think what it was, was that she was so like...surprised by it. With all that background it seemed like it would be a thought? Maybe that’s just me.

Colton uses a rough thumb to wipe an errant tear I hadn’t noticed. The concern in his eyes...shouldn’t be there. It’s too caring. Too invented for what this is.
“You’re crying,” he tells me, his perfect eyebrows furrowed, like it’s the worst thing that’s ever happened in the history of the world.

Colton slides over to sit next to me, covering my mouth with his hand and splashing water over me with the movement of his body. “Negative, Bailey.”
God, he’s even bigger up close.
“What are you doing?” I murmur against his hand.
“Let me finish.” Sternly. It’s a command, like he’s finally lost his patience with me.
I give him a muffled, “Okay.”
He takes his hand away, but not entirely. His thumb brushes across my bottom lip and his other hand wraps itself around my hair, pulling only enough to let me know I’m fully at his mercy. His sapphire eyes are fiery with challenge. “A part of you thinks yu might still be in love with someone you haven’t seen in a long time who never loved you back, because you have nothing to compare him to. Which is something you need and something I can provide.”
I blink at him, sort of obeying him, for once. And possibly only once. Because his warm, solid thigh is flush with mine and my brain can’t quite compute what he’s offering. He’s also without a doubt the most physically beautiful – and strong, and warm, and hard – human being I’ve ever been this up close and personal with.
“I promised you the time of your life,” he growls.
I blink again.
“Let me fucking give it to you.”

Readability: How ‘readable’ was the book? Did I fly through it? Did I have to tell myself to pick it back up repeatedly? Were any passages confusing? (I will probably score like (1) is literally unreadable due to formatting/typing errors, etc (2) There were lots of errors that made it difficult to read OR It was extremely confusing and I had to reread passages to make sense of it OR I disliked it so much I had to bribe myself to keep reading (3) I didn’t really want to keep reading and would have preferred to abandon the read and start something else OR some minor continuity issues/confusion (4) I liked it fine, maybe a minor error or 2. I was happy to pick it up when I had time. (5) I never wanted to put this down. I thought about it when I wasn’t reading it. I hid in the bathroom from my kids to read. Feels: Totally subjective to each person but did the book give me any tingles? Any butterflies? Did it rip my heart out (in a good way?)

Sexual tension: Again, subjective, but how strong was the wanting and longing to me between the characters? A book might have strong sexual tension without a single touch.
Romance: Was there romance? Did romantic things happen? This can be actions/words/thoughts of the characters and again is subjective.
Sensuality: This is how the intimate scenes are written. Kisses and sexual scenes – how sensual were they? Were they on the mechanical side? Was there emotional pull tied in? Were the details explicit or flowery? These are subjective but generally (1) too short to get a good judgement (2) not all what I'm looking for - very vague or flowery prose (3) either not explicit enough or not enough emotional pull (too mechanical/physically descriptive without the emotions) (4) what I love in a scene (5) absolute perfection - perfect balance of emotional longing and explicit descriptions
Sex Scene Length: How long the bedroom scenes are (generally (1) is 1-3 sentences (2) is a few paragraphs to a page-ish (3) is about average, a few pages (4) more well developed scenes, quite a few pages with descriptions (4) the majority of the book takes place in the bedroom. This is always hard to tell for me on audio!
Steam Scale: Generally, each flame is a scene. If scenes are super close together I sometimes combine them. If a scene is super short or so vague I don’t know what’s happening, I don’t count it. There’s some levels of grey but generally the number of flames is how many sex scenes there are (I max out at 5 so I’ll put a + after if there’s more than that)

This book was a bit more angsty and fast paced compared to the other books in this series.

Colton is more laid-back and chill.... he's very persistent (his negative trait tbh) and ..... over the top possessive.

Lila.....Omg i loved her, i feel Julie's FMCs are a chef's kiss 😍😍.

Overall, this was a fun read, and I cant believe I finished it in an afternoon. It was way more entertaining and angsty.... the OW and OM drama....dont worry about it, its very short lived.

On her way to California via her hunk-of-junk, Lila meets the youngest Maddox brother, the notorious playboy, Colton. Instantly besotted with her, he plies her with champagne and tequila in order to get her to agree to a road trip together.

Their cross-country adventures are meaningful, their exchanges are funny, their lessons steamy. All in all, watching Colton Maddox brought to his knees by Lila was swoony. Seeing the playboy chip away at the cage around Lila's heart was equally swoony.

There's no other author that writes an insta-love like Julie Capulet. She's one of my one-click, go-to authors because I never have to worry if there will be a HEA, too much drama, cheating, etc.

Lila dreams of being a fashion designer, but doesn’t have much time to put into her craft because she has to work two jobs to make ends meet. When her best friend called asking her to come home to LA for her wedding she decides that it’s time to do some soul-searching and decide if she wants to move home from New York.

The night before she leaves, she decides to accompany her friend Sloane to a party. Little does she know this party is going to change her life.

Colton Maddox is the playboy of his brothers. He works hard and enjoys the fleeting company of women and doesn’t understand how his brothers have fallen in love and committed to one woman.

When he sees Lila at a party, he feels like he’s been struck by lightning. They have a few drinks and he overhears her telling Sloane (who is his assistant) that she’s driving to LA. He tells her he’s coming with her, but she doesn’t even remember until morning when he shows up with a RV.

Colton is insanely swoony and it is awesome watching him realize that it is possible to be interested in just one girl.

Lila is inexperienced and has been pining away for her high school crush. She finds out he will be at the wedding and is excited to see him. Colton tells her that he will teach her how to make sure she gets noticed by him.

The two of them embark on a road trip where they discover much more about each other than they expected. Lila has some insecurities, but mainly because she’s heard Sloan talk about him before she even met him.

Can a leopard change his spots? Colton is convinced he can make Lila see that he’s never felt like this about anyone. Lila is convinced that their time together has an expiration date.

This is the third book in a series. Although it can be read as a standalone, the first two were also fantastic.

I received this book as an ARC and I gobbled it up in a matter of 2 days - only because I had to go to sleep. I loved it as I have all of Julie's other books!

Lila has been living in New York for a year and its not going how she thought it would or how she wants it to - She's working 2 jobs and working to sell her designs/clothes but she's about to give up and go back home to LA. Her bestie in LA calls, says she's pregnant, getting married, and she needs Lila to be her Maid of Honor. Lila decides its time to make the cross country trek back to LA for good.
The night before she's set to leave, Lila's NY bestie invites her to a party where she meets the Billionaire Devil himself; Colton Maddox - several glasses of champagne and tequila shots later, Lila is spilling her life story to Colton.
Colton is a playboy but he's been on a dry spell as of late; seeing his brothers happy with their significant others he wants that.... then he sees Lila and everything changes. Lila is a fashion designer working 2 jobs and being miserable because she can’t work doing what she loves. Her best friend is getting married and asks her to be her maid of honour and she accepts. Her friend warns her that her old crush would be there as a plus one for one friend (they had an on and off relationship).
Colton is the baby brother and the playboy but he’s being celibate for some time, like something is not feeling right. He wants to feel something meaningful not just the ONS he usually went for.
They meet at an event for his company, and he’s gone for her but she doesn’t trust him because of his reputation. They spent the week together travelling to LA, getting to know each other and having a lot of sexy times too.
I didn’t like at all Colton's past as a playboy but he’s been celibate for some time (not much) and he does everything in his power to make Lila's dreams come true. He was sweet with her and completely gone for her.

This is the third book in this awesome series, and this is Colton and Lila’s story.
Colton is a playboy billionaire, and the youngest of the Madox brothers. Lila aspires to become a fashion designer, and her best friend asks her to be her maid of honor at her shotgun wedding in Malibu. When Lila is dragged to a part by her friends Sloane, she meets her boss Colton, who is instantly attracted to Lila, and when he overhears their conversation, he volunteers to go with Lila to LA and give her pointers on how to seduce her crush. Will this turn out the way Lila expects?
This is a well written story which is easy to read, fast paced, and with family, friendships, emotions, humor, witty banter, passion, close proximity, palpable chemistry, and love, which leads to an entertaining, spicy, and fun, compelling page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Billionaire Devil is book 3 in New York Billionaires series by author Julie Capulet.
This Billionaire, Contemporary Romance has us following youngest Maddox brother Colton ‘Cole’ Maddox and FMC Lila Jade Bailey told through their dual perspective.

Following along the narrative led you upon an adventurous storyline, considering the road trip Colton and Lila venture upon in their journey together.
It was emotionally high in a happy way from all the feelings being faced and explored, and entertaining given the witty banter shared between Colton and Lila with their back and forth, pushing and pulling.
Colton and Lila’s story was like reading a RomCom instead of watching it, especially with the laughter author Julie bought to the table. Even despite the moments of a little bit of drama and tension that came about.

The book Billionaire Devil made for quite the relationship whirlwind.
Although a majority was full of happy, cute, sweet, mushy gushy, cheesy, yet romantic moments, that didn't negate from seeing the exploration to the heavier side of touching upon deeper moments given the intense emotions. Adding to the whirlwind.
Seeing the way Colton was there for Lila, trying to fulfil everyone of her wishes that she never asked for, it not only showed, but proved that Colton had fallen head over heels for her, and I was here for it. He most definitely put the swoon in swoon-worthy with all of his actions towards Lila.

Simultaneously author Julie showcased the physical side to them and their feelings too, bringing high levels of Fiery AF steam from all that was unleashed between Colton and Lila in their spicy moments together.
The sparks was very much sparking high and bright, but then again it was to be expected due to the chemistry they shared. It was no wonder they could never get enough or keep their hands off one another. Mostly on Colton’s part, who continued to raise the alarms with the highs he carried Lila to and through in all their sexy times together.

Not going to lie, the ending did feel a little anticlimactic IMO, on top of being somewhat lack lustre considering what was delivered in the lead up towards the end.
On top of that, I felt it was too rushed with how quickly everything came together, only to then abruptly finish. Making me feel a little letdown by this all, since I expected more.

All in all, author Julie Capulet came through with another funny, sweet and steamy AF read from New York Billionaires series that was Colton and Lila’s story Billionaire Devil.
In the end, it made for an enjoyable reading experience to me.

Billionaire Devil is another flirty, fun filled standalone romance in Julie Capulet's New York Billionaires world with banter galore and smexy times aplenty, when fate brings Colton Maddox and Lila Bailey together, one tequila fogged evening in the Hamptons.

This first meeting between the youngest Maddox brother and this hard working young clothing designer in the making just might be the beginning of an obesssion that could beat Colton at his own perpetually single game- he's not known as the King of Heartbreak for nothing!

When Lila thought driving cross country to LA to be her BFF's maid of honor would be the only way she could swing this trip- she didn't picture sharing a tricked out, custom tour bus with her only friend in New York City's gorgeous bossy boss. He invited himself along, but he wasn't serious, was he?

When that party-hardy night turns to a massive hangover morning and the hot guy from last night actually shows up ready to rock and roll, Colton convinces Lila to take a chance on him...and that road trip to California is ON!

Colton and Lila's impulsive co-piloted adventure was a ton of fun to read- her wish list of must see destinations- all checked off with this swoony guy who really knows how to have a good time. I loved the way Colton swept Lila off her feet and spoiled her with one surprise after another- no one has ever made her feel so special. Between those smoldery 'lessons' and a fuzzy Vegas wedding, Lila's ex will still be around when they arrive in LA and the thought of it is driving Colton's possessive side over the edge.

If an escape from reality is what you crave, this book will have you smiling all the way through. The combination of undeniable chemistry, Colton's charming personality, Lila's sweet sass with an HEA where dreams really do come true, theirs is truly a romance to remember. I loved all the surprise cameos and found family vibes, the brotherly wit and tempting teasers hinting at the last Maddox standing. This story leaves me wishing for much more of these guys and the ladies who love them- I can't wait for whatever comes next!

Lila is an aspiring fashion designer living in New York but frustrated as working 2 jobs and struggling with her dream. She's been thinking about returning home to LA. Now, her bestie at home has asked her to be her maid of honor. Her crush will be there, though, with someone else. She decides she will take a cross-country road trip when she heads back.

Colton is the youngest of the hunky Maddox brothers. He's known to be a playboy and a bit of a manwhore but has been looking for more as of late. When he meets Lila at a party in the Hamptons the night before she is supposed to leave, he's taken with her. She ends up drunk, telling him her story and the next day he shows up with coffee and a fancy RV for their trip. Further, he says he will give her lessons in seduction, but really plans to win her over to be his.

I absolutely love love loved this book!!! Lila was such a trip, I totally fell in love with her. And Colton, I thought I would hate him with his reputation, but I adored him too. He fell so hard for Lila and was so sweet trying to make all her dreams come true. Their chemistry was hot 🔥 hot 🔥 hot 🔥 and we ended on a happy note after a bit of drama. It was so good!.

This book is captivating, intoxicating and smoking hot! Colton the obsessed billionaire alpha has never been in love before so doesn’t even know what that feeling would feel like. But as soon as he sees Lila who’s beautiful sweet and innocent and is just trying to get by on her own in life he’s HOOKED. This author never disappoints! She’s a master at Insta love romance. I’ve read hundreds of best-selling contemporary romance authors books and Julie is one of my 10 most beloved authors! Her ability to capture and portray all the feelings, angst and all the feels of an Insta love romantic relationship are off the charts! I get swept away once I start reading her books and can’t put them down until I’m finished. All the books in this series are excellent! I can’t wait for Noah’s book in June 2025. If you want to read a romantic story where the H falls hard at first sight and does everything to convince the h he is the man for her, Julie's books are for you! Little to no angst and big on romance and hot sizzling times! Her books will make you feel good about love and commitment.

Lila Bailey struggles every day to survive in New York, designing clothing, and dreaming of the crush that got a way years ago. She gets invited to a wedding back in LA where said crush will be and plans a road trip home.

All plans go up in the air when billionaire Colton Maddox meets Lila at a party the night before she leaves. With the tequila doing the talking, she spills her loves truck tale and agrees to travel with him cross country.

Colton and Lila start out quite uncomfortable, due to her friend Sloan's description of Colton play boy, one-and-done, noncommittal status. I loved the banter between the two as Colton tried to prove to Lila the kind of man he was, not what she had heard of him, as they stopped along the way for sights Lila wanted to see. Also as he gave her "lessons" on how to seduce a man. The chemistry was off the charts! I loved it!

The ending was perfect, the epilogue sweet, and the bonus epilogue superb! Now only Noah is left to find his soul mate!

Written in first person from an alternating dual POV, this can be read as standalone and ends with a HEA.
Colton (26) is the youngest Maddox brother. Lila (23ish) is a struggling fashion designer working 2 other jobs. When Colton meets Lila, he falls immediately though he does not realize that is what happened at first. Lila, on the other hand, has been warned about the charming billionaire and his playboy ways. When Colton decides to take the road trip with Lila to her friend’s wedding from NY to LA, he is a force who convinces her to take the trip in style with him.
I loved how he doted on her and pushed her to overcome her fears along the way. I appreciate that Lilah finds herself on the trip and gains confidence in her femininity. They are fire together with lots of steamy moments as they go through the “lessons” Colton promised Lila in his pitch.
If you like an instalove, billionaire, alpha hero who loves to carry his girl around, calls her multiples pet names, and makes her see stars then you will love Colson and Lila’s story.

Ones she probably shouldn't be having, but she just can't seem to help herself. Now she's starting to realize she prejudged him. He's proving to be a swoon-worthy road trip partner whose charm and sincerity combined with their insane chemistry is chipping away at her resistance to him.



Whew, for such a playboy commitment-phobe, Colton falls instantly and never wavers once he meets Lila! He's possessive and intense and his world is spun off its axis, and he relishes every second of it. Lila requires a bit of convincing, but once she gives in, the two of them light up the pages with their delicious chemistry. These billionaire brothers falling into insta-love have been so entertaining, now I'm really excited for Noah's story up next, Billionaire Romantic.

I was mesmerized by the whole experience of taking this adventure ride with Lila and Colton. It felt as if I was right there with them, battling the feelings but going all in where Hot Times are concerned.

Let me tell you, the spicy times in these ones.. oh my... Colton definitely has a reason for being so braggy about his skills and definitely why girls can't seem to let him go after a single night with him.

But seeing a man like him, who has everything, all the wealth and extravagance, falling to his knees for a woman so hard and so fast... I WAS A FREAKING GONER.

The playful banter between these two which danced from wicked fun to downright dirty was so freaking fun. Also, Colton is one dirty talking man and he can definitely melt a girl only using his words.

I can't even begin with the insane number of highlights I have in this book. It's like almost every other page had a scene or a chapter had a dialogue that had me... Swooning one second, intrigued, excited or melting with the passion these two shared.

Por fin el libro de Colton! El eterno mujeriego cae enamorado por primera vez pero no se da cuenta pero cuando conoce a la indicada sus acciones lo dijeron todo; comprar un autobús equipado con los mejor para que ella viaje a salvo en carretera, estadías en hoteles de lujo, jet privado, conciertos con artistas famosos, una cabaña nevada, un viaje romántico en góndola, regalos costosos, mucho champagne, casamiento en La Vegas acompañado de un enorme anillo de Tiffany… porque cuando un Maddox se enamora lo hace con toda la loca obsesión y adoración y deseo de hacer felices a sus mujeres!

El viaje de lujo fue divertido y me gustó lo fácil que conectaron Colton y Lila, sus bromas me hicieron reír. Dios mío, qué calor con las Lecciones, Profesor Berserker? solté unas cuantas carcajadas con esto porque hicieron un juego divertido y travieso Maestro-estudiante. Lila era inocente pero con su lado travieso, me gusta que las heroínas de J.C sean atrevidas e inteligentes. Me pareció genial que finalmente pudo salir adelante con sus diseños. Colton era demasiado, tanto que yo estaba tan abrumada como Lila, pero esa es la marca Maddox, todos ellos caen fuerte por sus mujeres y son intensos, posesivos, dominantes, adoran el suelo por el que ellas caminan y cumplen sus sueños. Amo a estos hombres por eso!

La historia de amor fue como me tiene acostumbrada la autora, un amor instantáneo lindo y picante con un final feliz que deja sonriendo. No puedo esperar para leer el libro de Noah, el mas romántico de todos? Habrá que leer para creer…

This is the 3rd book in The New York Billionaire series,and the 3rd Maddox brother to fall head over heels in love.
Colton is the youngest Maddox brother and a bit of a playboy.
He has no plans to follow in his brothers footsteps and falling in love,that is until he sees Lila.
Lila is his assistant Sloanes friend and they are at a company party and for the first time ever Colton is Smitten with someone and that lady is lucky Lila.
Lila wants to be a fashion designer and after the party is over,she plans on travelling by car to L.A to attend her friends wedding.Colton overhears this and decides he is going with her,it will be perfect opportunity to spend time with her and to get to know her.
He practically tells Lila that he is going with her...and so a Love story begins on a road trip to L.A....And it is a unexpected love story because Lila has feelings for someone else,her high school crush.But Lila is so inexperienced with men and she has no idea how to get her crush to notice her.
So Colton offers to help her become irresistible to men but he didn't think that it would include him also.
Lila is conflicted and uncertain about her feelings towards Colton,because she has a pre-concieved notion that he is a player and she needs to keep feelings out of it.
Colton is determined to show Lila that he is the man for her...Their chemistry is something that cannot be ignore and they get very hot and steamy.
Colton is so swoony,He doesn't hold anything back he would literally give Lila the moon out of the sky if he could.
Julie Capulet is the queen of insta-love stories and her guys always fall hard and fast and her writing is always exciting.
I am thoroughly enjoying these New York Billionaires and I loved reading Colton and Lila's love story.

A love who didn't know that she existed. The star hockey player who she has only met at casual events and probably doesn't even know her name. It was pathetic really and now the woman baking the wedding cupcakes asked if it was okay to bring a plus one. You guessed it, Troy Beckett, the star hockey player.

As she is packing for the trip wondering if fate is telling her to give up her dreams and return to California her friend Sloane calls and begs her to go out with her to a party so she isn't stuck talking shop all night. Maybe a last night in New York is what she needs.

Colton Maddox and his brothers are throwing an office celebration at Noah's Northhampton estate to thank their employees for their work. Despite the multiple women trying to gain his attention, his eyes are glued to the woman speaking to his assistant Sloane.

Coming up behind her the husk of her voice and her laughter drew him closer forcing Sloan to introduce them. As she turns around to greet him he can only stare at the breathtaking vision in front of him. When he finds out that she is leaving the next morning for California and may not return a plan starts forming. He can't let her get away without getting to know her.

Cassie hears the pounding on her front door she crawls from bed in the drunken fog of last night. Opening the door is Colton Maddox with a bright smile asking if she was packed. She vaguely recalls agreeing to let him drive her to California. How drunk has she gotten the night before? And why had New York's favorite eligible playboy offered to drive her from New York to California?

I loved this book! It is very well written and the characters are fully developed and relatable. The characters in this series are recurring as it centers around the four Maddox brothers. It has its own HEA, but I suggest you read the complete series to get the full experience of these brothers.

Lila is discouraged and thinking of moving back to California and can't believe that she agreed to have Sloane's sexy boss not only drive her across the country but teach her the skills she needs to seduce the man of her dreams at her friend's wedding.

This book is action-packed and will keep you laughing at what Colton is willing to do to spend time with Lila. And his brother's response to his unhinged actions is even funnier. This book is smoking hot and a definite page-turner. Three brothers down. One to go. Highly recommend!

The mouth on that man had you constantly looking to fill your glass with ice water so your lips wouldn't stay parched. Colton Maddox does live up to his billionaire devil status, and I love it!

Colton is the playboy out of all his brothers, and his reputation perceives him. Lila Bailey was right to feel wary. An inspiring up-coming fashion designer did not have time to fall for the charming Colton Maddox. She only wanted to be the maid of honor for her best friend's wedding.

When Lila attends an event with her friend at a party her boss hosts, she attracts Colton's attention. Drunkily, she sparks a conversation about her crush, who will be at the wedding and informs him of being a virgin. Colton comes up with the idea of escorting her to the wedding and giving her lessons on how to seduce a man.

Lila and Colton's road trip was colossally EPIC! These two characters had you wanting to plan your own road trip. The banter between these two love birds was sweet and comical at best. The chemistry and "lessons" are not to be missed. I was scared to turn the page of me being consumed by the heat.

If you're a fan of hot romance, Billionaire Devil delivers it all. The tension between Lila and Colton is electrifying, with every stolen glance and playful argument pulling you deeper into their world.

Billionaire Devil is the third book in the New York Billionaire series, and I must say...Colton might be my favorite Maddox brother. I thought Alexander from book #1 Billionaire Grump was my favorite 😉

This book had everything I would want in a book boyfriend, and I can't wait for our next Maddox brother to come out soon! This book is worth the five stars it deserves. Julie Capulet, as always, gives us a swoony hero we can all love and a heroine we can relate to!

I recommend purchasing the series now if you have not already read the
previous books. You don't know what you are missing regarding the Maddox brothers 😍

Colton Maddox is the youngest brother of the highly wealthy, handsome and investment savvy Maddox brothers. He is unfamiliar with the concept of Love since he has never experienced it. Not even as a child. He has the earned reputation of commitment phobic, love them once and move on. At the Hampton’s home of his second eldest brother Noah where a party is going on, he spies Lila Bailey in conversation with his assistant, Sloane. The two girls are besties. Colton ‘overhears’ their conversation. It seems that Lila is leaving NYC to return to LA for her childhood bestie’s impromptu wedding. With a fear of flying, Lila shares that she is planning to drive from NYC to LA by herself. She also feels adrift since her hopes to establish herself as a clothing designer is not panning out. Colton watches as the 2 get slightly drunk and suggests to Lila that he will drive her himself and they shake on it. Lila remembers little of their conversation but awakes the next morning to a droop-dead Colton with coffee exactly as she drinks it and an RV he has rented to take them whoever she wants to go in style. Forwarded about Colton’s reputation, Lila is hopeful that he will simply fulfill his promise to teach her how to seduce a man so she can eventually lose her V-card. And they leave NYC on a grand adventure across the country. Stops in Roanoke, Va, Nashville, Tenn, Aspen, the Grand Canyon and Vegas are all on Colton’s list to surprise as well as to entice Lila. The bantering between them both as they learn more about each other. Why does she fear flying? What are her dreams? Do their backgrounds of no father figure give them something in common? And can Colton help Lila conquer her fears as well as reach her dreams? Will she believe in Love, the real life altering and forever kind? Is it ‘at first sight’ for these two? Colton’s brothers are concerned that he simply went on vacation since this is totally not what Colton does. Their interest is fun to watch. Can it be their baby bro is finding HIS HEA? I absolutely love her stories so much 🩷 Colton and Lila were so entertaining to read!! I loved their back and forth banter!! Plus, the way their story happened, and how they fell in love….🥰 I really liked how you can relate to someone like Lila. She moved to New York to pursue her dream of becoming a famous fashion designer, only to be rejected numerous times. Then, her friend invites her back to LA for her wedding, only to find out the guy she has had a crush on forever is going to be there, but he’s never noticed her 💔 Also, she’s not the biggest fan of flying!! Like Lila, we’ve all had struggles, and when it rains it pours!! The best part of Julie’s stories is there’s always a hot billionaire just waiting to swoop in 😍 Julie allows you to escape reality for a bit and just fall in love ♥️

honestly, there was nothing in this book that was amazing. It was so boring and by the time I got to 50%, I just had to finish it at that point.

She is a poor, trying to be fashion designer and working 2 jobs out in California to make a name for herself. She moved from the west coast to New York to (GET THIS) get away from a manho in CA that knew her name but nothing else hahahaha. Shes pining for this almost hockey dude turned high school hockey coach who doesn't even care about her existence. WHAT A FUCKING LOSER.

So she goes to a work celebration with her friend Sloane and H (Sloane's boss) sees here there. Its instalove and throughout the whole book, it just feels like its a bunch of lust of how hAwT the other person is. She walks by and hes all like, "damn, her boobs are amazing! She is so hot. Why is my boner about to POP OFF?!" not verbatim but close ya know?......

She is scared of flying so he invites himself to her cross country trip back to CA for her friends wedding. And he tells her he'll use that time to teach her sex. Kinda cringy since he kept saying that he was going to prepare her sexually for the manho guy she has a crush on. So....like, what? You're her fluffer? But you annoy and question her everytime you think of her with this other guy but you keep saying you want her to be preapred to have a great time fucking another guy? UGH.

They get married when they end up in Vegas. She forgets to take some bcpills and she ends up pregnant. But the author throws in a third act breakup where the h wakes up during the night to find all these texts from other women that want another fuck from him. and then she finds out another girl that he fucked is at the wedding. And she wants to PrOtEcT her HeArT so she tells him that she can't do this with him. But at least when he sees her, shes all he sees. Cuz shes so hAwT. lordy be......

Not gonna spend a lot of time reviewing this book, but her book Hopeless Romantic must have been a one off. I loved that book so much!!!! But then I tried a nashville book of hers and it was just.....so BLAH. BORING. ANNOYING. this was not worth reading. it was surface level.
