This released not too long ago, and as I've started becoming a huge Judith junkie, i had to pre order this. As soon as it hit my e-reader, this was bizarre perfection.
A couple of my favorites were
The Woman in the Box by Robert Essig, it was brutally horrifying. And while i am already working my way through his books, this would have had me diving into his past work head first anyways.
Six by Amanda M Blake, who I ran into recently in another anthology and was also one of my top stories, she knows how to write a tale. This is about someone that is haunted by a number, and I myself have OCD and the way it feels when you are stuck in a loop, FEELS like your being haunted, by things your brain has convinced you , you haven't done, or shit that isn't there.. This hit hard for me.
And finally Cannibal Catacombs by Judith Sonnet, she has become one of the few authors i trust with cannibalism, i am a very harsh judger on that topic. I need it to be good, and worth it. And lawd that first line....
"Rita Olinger held Grant's cock in her mouth" I wanted to bit it off for her, fuck Grant. The story didn't stop after that and i loved every freaking second of it.
This was well worth it, and really a story for every horror lover in this one.
