Well, it looks like the Hotte Flasch girls (Dusty and Carly) are settling into early Crone stage! And both are honing their somewhat rusty witchy skills! About time! Of course, there's a murder that gets blamed on Dusty and needs solving, but the best part? the older Crones are tasked with a couple of spells that go a little awry! Funny consequences, but repairable in the end. My favorite quote: "...If you think something often enough, it starts to make sense, and the next thing you know, you are acting on it.”

Loved it

Great book. Dusty and Carly are terrific character and I absolutely love Cricket and Grandma Sadie. Can't wait till the next book.
