Loved this magazine! It has so much good information and great tips to apply.
The design was beautiful, although the layout was a bit tricky at times to follow the text, but this didn't ruin my experience while reading it.

I've read the dutch translation of this book.

I'm not new to this subject, which at the start made me think I wouldn't read much new info, but I was wrong :).

The book reads like a magazine full of different articles about the subject 'anxiety'. What I really like is that most articles are written based on scientific research. And where I tought it would stay on the surface the articles really go in depth and also explains you things like the names and functions of important brain parts.

I really liked the layout of the book. With different fonts, colours, pictures all based on the same attractive style that you see as a theme through the book.

The lay-out did sometimes make it difficult to read and let you search where the specific text that you were reading went on. Next to that I sometimes found the start of the articles a bit overlapping, because they explained things that you've already read in an article earlier. On the otherhand I think that also makes it possible to read the articles in a random order instead of just following the sequence.
